I have been in front of the closed gate since 5am, the posted opening time. The employee said 5:30 when I asked. It is now 5:40 & still closed. Upon inquiring again she not till the bread is done... I am very disappointed, still very hungry & flight out @ 6:05. Will not be getting food obviously due to the fact the 2 employees can not seem to open the establishment. I am from Hawaii & will probably never eat here due to the lack of professionalism... Very disappointed

Waited in line for 30 minutes to be told myself and everyone behind me couldnt order. They ran out of all food. But the 5 people infront of me could.Really.... they were closing soon. And thats what it was.

Puerto Mikegives you a 5 star experience. The only time when you become a number and not a name but smile about it. The food is good to. Fast friendly service from every one here.

I had a 10AM flight and was unable to grab a bite to eat before heading to the airport. This was the only place open in my area.There were two people working and I received a hot delicious sub very quickly. Glad that this place was open. I will look to eat here again if I must fly through this airport.

The store was supposed to open at 5am on 5 July 2021. The employee told me…Sir we ain’t finna open until 6am because we’re short of workers, We only have 3 employees on duty. Terrible customer service!

I am a big fan of Lennys. Since they really amped up their franchising efforts and began to really expand the brand it has not been as good as it once was. This however was a new low. I arrived at the airport location and the chip rack was virtually empty, there was no white bread, the griddle was not working and they didnt have sweet tea. One issue would have been understandable, but four speaks to the management and lack of accountability.

Food was fresh, but service could be better. Ice for soda machine was empty, and communication in kitchen and expediting was off. Was called to pick up my order a couple of times after I had already picked it up. Also delivery could be friendlier - was just handed a bag with barely eye contact or a thank you. Memphis is becoming a great a city, and I feel it deserves better service ambassadors.

I ordered a Chicken Philly with mushrooms and bell peppers. OMGGGG!!! FOOD WAS PERFECTLY SEASONED, FRESH, CORRECT AND HOT!!! SERVICE WAS AWESOME AND FAST!!! FOR BEING IN THE AIRPORT AMAZING FOOD!!! MY STOP B4 I HEAD OUT ANYTIME I LAND OR LEAVE MEMPHIS!!!!😋😋😋

Really great, really fresh food. Staff was super friendly. Prices way lower than youd expect in an airport. Really the best sandwich Ive had in a long home. Very professional and polite gentlemen were working. Was a great experience.

While the food was quick, I found the service lacking. The cashier asked for my order and stepped away to do something else when I spoke. Then, mumbled something about my order for a drink and needing to be a bottle vs fountain drink and then forgot some of what I had ordered.Despite the long line forming (more that 6 people), one of the sandwich assemblers stood at the prep line holding her cell phone.I do eat at other Lennys but unfortunately this is one of the few restaurant choices at the Memphis airport.

Almost 30 minutes to get my sandwich. The meat grinder looked dirty and they were literally throwing sandwich meat from one counter to another. I have esten here before and service as well as cleanliness was much better.

The food was fresh and really tasty, but I have to say something about the staff. The crew that was working on 1/31 is amazing. It’s not often you pop into a sandwich shop and feel better after seeing a group of employees who are professional and friendly, all working with smiles on their faces. Everyone was courteous and it’s just really nice to see in today’s day and age. Great job to Crystal, Jerekica, LaToya! You all are an amazing group! Blessings to you all in 2018!

My sandwich was delicious but the receipt I got said Look at her eyebrows.. All of the staff was laughing at me. I have alopecia so I have no eyebrows. Mine were healing from microblading. Thanks for ruining whats left of my vacation.

I give it one star for several reasons. The drink machine was out of Coke, Coke Zero,Sprite and Mr. Pibb yet no employee made you aware of this before purchasing your drink. There were piles of ice on the machine up to the drink spouts. The trash was about 2 feet over the top of the trash can. I ordered Turkey and Cheese and received ham and cheese. I heard them telling other customers that they were out of food after they already paid so they were having to chose other items. Extremely dirty. If the restaurant looks like this to the public, imagine what the kitchen looks like. Only positive comment is the staff was friendly.

This score is being kind. This restaurant had menu challenges- no chicken philly, no veggie philly, no regular philly were today’s challenges. I was informed by another traveler that last week they ran out of bread. Wow!! This is quite disappointing. I would think more effort would be put into stocking key ingredients. Because I like the restaurant, other locations, so well- I will give them another chance in the future. Hopefully, I won’t be disappointed.

The food is great, but depending on the time of day, the workers can be quite rude. In addition, it would be great if the prices were on par with other Lennys outside the airport as well as the coupon policy was on track with outside the airport locations.

Worst sub Ive ever had. The employees forgot my order, after waiting 10 minutes I finally said something. They finally got off their phones long enough to slop together a pathetic excuse for a sandwich. I paid $11 for a sub and a drink and am rediculosly disappointed. Never ever go here!

One star is more than this place should get. The only reason is for the friendly service and two nice employees, a guy and a gal. But as for the overall appearance of the resturant behind the counter was the worst I have seen. As a manager I instill and demand a leval of pride from my employees. The utincels were not cleaned and used on every sandwhich. The sandwich station cluttered with items from mayo jars to dry bread. The cup station had no lids, straws and out of condiments. Tables with crumbs and trash full. Food all over the floor and the employees didnt change thier gloves when leaving the sandwich station. To the manager, please take pride in your store and train with proper food handling etiquette and cleanliness. To everyone ordering take a look around the counter before ordering.

My wife and I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak sub while waiting for our flight. We were disappointed. Looking at the picture, on the signs advertising the cheesesteak throughout the airport, it had caramel colored grilled meat, onions and melted cheese but the subs we received were bland, room temperature and didnt appear to be grilled.

I dont know who Lenny is, but hes clearly worked hard at making completely tasteless food! Italian sub (the number 1) with everything on it (86 the tomato), and I am only exaggerating somewhat when I say that it was like eating water. Frankly, Im not sure how thats even possible!Boring, bland, bread bearing brutally banal bites.
