My experience with Jim Keras Covington Pike was Exceptional! Wayne was very helpful and friendly! The part that I needed had to be ordered and it did take a while to come in but I didnt mind the wait because of the great service that Wayne provided. I had actually gone to where I purchased my car for assistance and was rudely brushed off and they tried to charge me 286.00 for a warranty part. Wayne took great care of me. He explained why the part would take a while and that it would be covered underwarranty! He kept me informed via phone every step of the way until my part came in and it was installed! Satisfactory service so far from initial vehicle purchase date. Oil changes take longer at dealership, as compared to a Quick oil change business, but I see my truck as an investment so I expect top notch service from the dealership. When it comes to warranty service and issues I believe its best to have all work done at point of purchase dealership.

Literally every representative we spoke with was as friendly and helpful as he could be. Their sales approach was persuasive but not too pushy or cheesy. They really went the extra mile by staying late on a Friday evening on a holiday weekend to complete our purchase and showed no signs of being impatient. They followed up a couple of days after the sale just to check on me. I have bought a lot of vehicles in my day, and this was my favorite purchase experience.

I had an 11:30 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I came in at 11:10am, and it was 2:00pm before I was able to leave. It doesnt matter whether or not you have an appointment for service, they take people on a first come first serve basis anyway. Thats entirely too long for the service I had done and it will be my last. Im going back to the businesses that do the oil changes right away and rotate my tires myself. I will save a ton of time. I purchased a new corvette in 2018 - in 2019 there was a ticking sound in the muffler. I bring it to your location and it’s repaired (under warranty). In early 2021 the car is making the same noise. I finally get it back to your dealership and was informed it would be $1,800 to repair. It doesn’t seem right that the car is doing the same thing in this short time frame. A car with under 20 thousand miles in 3 years is doing the same exact thing. Either it wasn’t fixed properly the first time or it’s defective parts. Is the car going to need this same repair every 18 months??? The same thing in less than 2 years when your company was suppose to repair it the first time.

This was the best car-buying experience that Ive ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect and kindness. I reserved the car I found online and came to the dealership. There was no pressure from Steven, the sales associate who worked with me. He did not try to sell me on a higher package or pressure me into any extra features or accessories that I did not want. They worked out a good deal and when I made a request for a little more on my trade-in, it was immediately approved and the deal was done. Very professional. Oil change took too long! Most definitely not an express oil change. I saw an old coworker. He dropped his car off for an oil change without an appointment. He arrived before me. Therefore, he bumped me back. Appointments are actually worthless if walk in delay customers with appointments.

The best experience I had buying a car in a long long time..Me being middle age old man, of course I wanted a sports car..and knowing nothing about what to expect..So started with a vette, I’m 6,2 290..CJ (salesman) big dude also..we both climbed in.. we were making some noises getting in.. hahaha..we were shoulder/shoulder 2 big men in a vette, it was funny looking I’m sure..We rolled out laughing..still making noises, so he said let’s jump in a Camaro, now we friends because of the laughing vette experience.That Camaro was a perfect fit, fun to drive, powerful,etc, exactly what I was lookingfor.. CJ gave me all the details, info on Camaro’s, that was the ticket for me..went home did some more research knowing I wanted to buy a Camaro from Jim Keras, after what experience I had with CJ/ Scott/ Andrea..What is so cool, Andrea,CJ, Scott (the internet A team) all work so well together, just professional information on helping me find that car..every time I called, emailed etc..and it worked.. that’s why I knowingly wanted to buy from Jim Keras..I love driving my Camaro, but I’m still keeping my GMC truck..It would be a win win for you to check this dealership out, friendly, everyone was so nice, professional, just good people,,etc ..Thank you Jim Keras and your employees,,

Every visit has been professional and they worked quickly to take care of my repairs.. Every service rep Ive encountered goes above and beyond. On Friday I dropped my car off after not having it for a week. Other Chevy repair shops were backed up or just didnt care to make my repairs a priority. Servicerepair rep Desi T. had me up and running by Monday. He kept me informed the entire time. Im a Healthcare and my car is a must. I will continue to put my trust into Jim Keras

Only problem I have is if a customer don’t request a typical service please don’t take upon themselves to have service done without asking the customer first.......... u should allow the customer decide if they want an additional service rather they need it done or not the customer may or may not have the money for that service but service is already done and the customer is required to pay for that service. Wasn’t happy about that at all other than that Great Job 👏 on the oil change 😏

Desi Tate was very professional. Once I drove up, I saw several associates seated but Mr. Tate came up to assist me. He was located inside the service department and came to see about what I needed my car serviced for. He greeted me and asked how my day was. He also informed me that there was a recall on my vehicle and that they will be taken care of that as well as my tire. While there, I observed many of the mechanics came to him with completed service appointments. Mr. Tate stayed working and very attentive to customers pulling in the service department. I appreciate his service he provided and made me feel like a valued customer.

When I called about my car, the receptionist told me that I would have to arrange towing. I was later told that this was not true. I was told a loaner was not available. The car was delivered to Jim Keras Monday evening 02/22. I received a call Tuesday Morning asking about what was wrong. I was told they would call back later that day. I heard nothing else and I called on Wednesday @ 10:00 and left a message. The call was returned about three hours later. They still didnt know anything and still did not have a loaner. On Thursday @ 10:30 I called and was told that I would receive a call back within three hours. I was clear saying, So you will call me back by 1:30? I asked at this time that they go ahead with an oil change that was coming up. I did not receive a call till almost five, and they still didnt know anything. Finally on Friday @ 5:00, I got the call that the problem was the battery and they had fixed it for $280.00. Heres the thing, I knew it was the battery. I checked it before it was towed, and it showed 4 volts. The only reason I didnt change it was the complexity of the wiring around it and the difficulty of removing it when the hatchback could not be opened. Next time Ill take my chances and do it myself. With the tow charge and their $280.00 Im out over $500 for a stupid battery. Four days to diagnose and replace a battery, and my oil still needs changing.

My service appointment was not until 9:30. I got there about an hour early. Steve did a good job of getting me in early and didnt take long at all to get my oil change completed. The service was much faster than I thought. I like the service lounge area also. Very spacious and the internet was just what I needed to get some work done for the job. I was impressed with how quick the oil change was completed. The only thing that I wanted to see was the results from Multi-Inspection. I wanted to see how thick my brake pads were and how much tread was left on my tires. I normally view this on the multi-inspection report. I found out after my visit that I have to request a copy of this document. Greg Thomas did a great job following up on the service and sent me an email to see if I liked the service. Overall, I was impressed with the service and I will return for my next oil change.

Called for a quote to get my transmission oil and filter change asked for for everything under the sun on personal info i just wanted to know how much for god sake. The questions kept coming about my personal info never informed me about the cost to get it done. I would not recommend calling for info unless you want to tell them your life history and still walk a way not knowing what you called to ask about.

I recently purchased a 2021 Chevrolet Colorado at Jim Keras in Memphis. The salesman Chris was very polite and helpful in arranging this transaction. He even picked me up at the airport. The finance officer Jimmy Muse carefully walked through the paperwork and made sure that the numbers were correct. I was given a $500 credit for my military service.My only disappointment is that the dealer did not allow for the GM incentives of $2000 cashback or $1500 accessory allowance promotions for a new Colorado.

At first I was receiving great service but once I presented the $35,000 + check it was as I was being hastily processed. I wasn’t given the opportunity to do a walk around of my vehicle. I initialed the form because I was told once it was rolled off the floor my salesman and I would perform the walk around. But once outside he was acting if he was in a hurry. It started to rain so I left I got home and looked in the trunk there wasn’t a tire but there was car parts that I felt should’ve been on my car. I contacted the salesman and he asked me to bring it in. I haven’t returned due to I’ve been tested for Covid. However, I contacted Scott this morning about a spare tire and he’s acting as if he has amnesia and don’t remember the conversation. I’m very disappointed with the service and doubt if I’ll ever refer anyone. I do love my car but I need a spare tire.

Our 2019 Traverse was making a strange rattling at different times when we drove. It didn’t sound urgent but we took it in for regular service and I mentioned it. Of course it didn’t really make the sound so we took home and went about regular schedule.We started noticing the noise again and took back in. Steve Hutchison was very attentive! He rode with me until we found it. Turns out we had a part that was welded on the bottom some off and it was banging making the noise. The team was great. My husband and I just purchased 2 vehicles from here! I had been thinking about getting a larger SUV for a while. We decided to go look at a Traverse just to see if I would even like it. I immediately fell in love with it. We decided to go talk numbers with the salesman that first approached us on the lot (Henry Walker). I already had a really nice car so I did not have to have it. Henry did everything he could to get us to where we wanted to be so that I could leave in my brand new 2020 Traverse. Not only did he do everything to get us to where we wanted to be but he was very personable and truly seemed to care. We knew we would be purchasing my husband a truck soon and our experience with Henry at Jim Keras Chevrolet was so amazing that not even a week later we booked an appointment through Lacey Braden to see Henry again. Once again our experience was amazing. This time we left in a 2017 Silverado. Henry and Lacey did everything they could to make us comfortable and have the best experience possible. What a wonderful to surprise to get a call from Steve a couple hours later telling me that it was ready to pick up. Worst dealership experience ever! We drove 2 hours to purchase a new Tahoe. Once there the sales team seemed much to busy to assist, and when they finally did acknowledge us, I offered them asking price for the vehicle. They miscalculated the sales tax by $100 and I questioned their math, to which I was escorted to the front door and told that they were unwilling to even look at their tax formula (it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure 5% tax) and that they had multiple people waiting to purchase the Tahoe! I’ve never been treated as rudely or inconsiderate as I was at this dealership! I’d highly encourage ANYONE shopping for a new car to avoid this nightmare at all costs! The staff was really nice, they worked with finding me a replacement vehicle which was a 2021 trail blazer when the one I wanted wasn’t able to be ordered due to production of those cars not being made due to covid. The only issue was there was a car with more features than mine and I wanted all of the automated stuff with all of the safe driver features. We didn’t realize one of the cars had all of those features till I had already signed all of the papers. I like what I have but automatic open doors would have been good to have with my delivery jobs. :( They thought the floor model had the same features as the one we had looked at outside. That’s the only issue I had everything else was great and it didn’t take to long to get the stuff signed and on our way. The only thing they need to work on is being more knowledgeable about the cars they have in stock especially on the showroom floor. Everything else was top notch. :)

Called to get a pricing on a part and to ask how much it would cost and the mechanic couldnt even give me a straight answer.He kept saying me he couldnt tell me how much it was going to be I needed to come in and have them run there own diagnostic for 139$ but I already know what the issue is. He began to say that if what I wanted wasnt the issue than it would be on me which I completely understand but thats not what I care about. What I care about is me making it verbal that I completely understand the situation and I just wanted that part and for them to put it on. He said he wasnt going to bring it up on the computer to give me a pricing and to call back again later because he couldnt look it up in the system at this moment. Sorry excuse for a con. Really not happy with the customer service I know theyre just trying to get you to bring the car in so that they can charge you for this and that!

My truck broke down on my trip from Pennsylvania to Texas in Memphis. This dealership was the closest Chevy dealership and my truck was towed there. The dealership, specially Tim and Bobby, were very helpful and very professional even through my frustration of my truck breaking down.
