I needed a Radio Installation Kit Wire Harness & Antenna Adapter & was able to get everything!!! Cant wait to get my new radio install!!

I wouldnt let these folks do anything theyre crooked they do Sub par work then when you try to get them to fix it right they act like you done something wrong terrible experience there They put tweeters in my door without the proper mounting that they come with drilled holes in my doors just stuck him in there they were falling out had to return 3 times just to get my stereo hooked up correctly they put one stereo in blocked my air conditioning vents had to go back and have him put a different stereo in area win 3 trips to get my speakers to work right and then when I complained they told me to Sue them they were not Walmart or Best Buy that they were stereo 1 they didnt have to deal with it Its a ridiculous place they try to sell you these subwoofer packages theyve already got fixed up with cheap Amp and subs also use cheap Guage wire and charge for the thicker wire I had water coming from under my dash my tweeters were literally falling out of door this was the Winchester location please dont go here

Called to ask the simple question of how much it would be to put a double din in a Mercedes clk320 and the guy laughed in my face and said 50,000 jokingly, but I did not take it as a joke. Told me to take somewhere else without asking the year of the vehicle. DO NOT TAKE your car here because they do not take there jobs seriously like I take my car. 2nd bad experience at this location.

Had the tent taken off the driver/ passenger door of our new family found truck. I havent gotten a shot of it after the work was done yet

BUYER BEWARE! THEY INSTALLED DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS IN MY 2017 CADILLAC ESCALADE. I WILL PAY FOR A REPUTABLE STEREO SHOP TO REHOOK AND REPLACEBROKEN BASS KNOB AND THEY DIDNT HOOK ADDITIONAL BATTERY CORRECTLY. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL.

Got a radio put in my yukon. They totally over charged me, they charged me as if i was purchasing a new radio and the guy that hooked it up didnt do it right. Instead of them fixing what was working before they put the radio in they told me i needed to spend more money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Customer service not good at all

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNTRUSTWORTHY.I SPENT OVER 500 HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR A SOUND SYSTEM AND IT STOP WORKING AFTER 45 DAYS. THE OWNER TOLD ME I HAD A 12 MONTH MANUFACTURER WARRANTY THAT WILL COVER A REPLACEMENT BUT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A 40 DOLLAR CHARGE. AFTER QUESTIONING THE CHARGE I WAS TOLD I COULD SHIP IT MYSELF FOR A REPLACEMENT. BUT AFTER A CONVERSATION WITH THE MANUFACTURER WHILE STILL IN HIS STORE I WAS INFORMED THAT THIS WAS NOT A AUTHORIZED DEALER OF THEIR PRODUCTS AND NO WARRANTY WAS VALID.

My radio went out they replaced it and the second one went out also they said they have problems with this type of radio all im saying dont sale it if you have problems with it that not good for the customer
