I love this place! I have been going to the mail center for years, and it is always a great experience. I go there to return Amazon packages, to print out stuff for school, and to scan stuff for myself since I don’t have a scanner. The people who owned the place are always super kind, and. Prices are always quite reasonable. I highly recommend the mail center for your mailing needs, especially if you live in Midtown and you don’t wanna go all the way to the library to get your stuff done.

Mark is great! My bank would not notarize a power of attorney, but Mark came to the rescue. I would recommend The Mail Center for all your mailing/business needs! I would not recommend First Horizon Bank as they do nothing for their customers, I will be closing that account! #fristhorizonistheworst

We had a complicated business project that required us to send training materials to recipients across the country and abroad. Mark helped us navigate the best shipping option for each recipient, and remarkably 100% received their materials on time. Best place in Memphis to notarize documents, print and ship. I personally used it for all of the above and I never left disappointed! Lately I used it to ship my stuff internationally. Mark (the owner) found me a good deal with Fedex and he personally handled everything, from the pick up to the shipping to the tracking. He picked up my boxes and kept them in storage at no extra charge until Consulate documents arrived (it took over a week). He checked my packaging and repacked some. He monitored the shipment and promptly called FedEx when it was stuck at customs to tell them where to find the documents. Packages were shipped last Friday and arrived some yesterday (Tuesday) and some today. Super quick! I highly recommend this place!

This is the best full-service mail center in Memphis.Ive been to the Mail Center at least five times and they have always found me a good shipping service at a fair price. They can send packages and mail via USPS, UPS, or Fed-Ex. Its convenient to enter the destination and be able to see the prices and choose your service all in one place. You dont even have to compare prices before you go.They have computers to print documents, stationary, envelops, and everything else that you need to send a letter or package. In my experience, they are about 30% than Fed-Ex for most of these items and the people working there know a lot more about shipping and how to prepare your items.They have a notary service, which was ten dollars for one document when I used it.They take passport photos and took the time to read the instructions and verify the photos with me.Highly recommended!

I googled mail stores near downtown Memphis and decided to use this one due to positive reviews. I had a number of framed artworks & photos which I packed in a box, and also a large, heavy metal sign (long but not tall or deep). I expected everything would be dumped into a huge box with lots of styrofoam peanuts but they essentially custom-made a cardboard box which held it all and minimized shipping costs! Plus they were very professional and friendly. I would definitely use this business again.

So after calling ahead ask him gift for notary was on duty and their reply was simply yes I take the time out of my day to go to their location. When I get there I present them with the quick claim deed which is the instrument that I need notarized and he abruptly interrupts me and says he doesnt do Quick Claim Deed wont touch them. Ive dealt with property over 10 years and never heard of such a thing when you are notarizing a document youre only a testing that the person signing is the person who they claim to be otherwise a notary has no liability Ive taken the notary course Im pretty sure I know what Im talking about. Needless to say they were extremely rude and such a waste of time so seeing if they dont check to make sure theyre wasting your time you may want to ask if she will sign the document that you bring you never know because his reason sounded very asinine.

Dropped off a piece of art to Mark i was so afraid it would not make it to its destination without being damage he assured me it would be ok, He did a wonderful job of packaging it up and the shipment made it without any damage, great shop friendly people. I called to ask about fingerprint and notary services. After an interrogation about why I needed fingerprints, I was finally told only doctors and nurses get fingerprint services, even though I need them for a health care license too. FYI - dont bother getting help there. Youre not worthy.

This is my GO-TO place to ship everything. You may pay a dollar or two more, but the guy that owns this place is all about three things: Service, service, and service. If you leave unhappy, I honestly think there may be something wrong with you-- no offense, but he is that good. Small lines, if any line at all, and well worth not waiting in line at the P.O. for thirty minutes or more.
