We had a great experience with manager Chuck Taylor. He is proactive, trustworthy, friendly and helpful. Piano shoppers need to check out the shop as well as talk to him before making final decisions. They carry other instrument also but we just shopped for a piano so I can only speak for piano shopping experience. But if we have to shop for different instrument, he still is my first go-to.

I had the absolute best experience with Circle Music Center. I looked online and saw a piano I was interested in purchasing for my daughter. I called and a gentleman named Chuck Taylor answered the phone. He was warm and friendly as I inquired about the piano. He checked to see if it was still available, but it was not. I was disappointed thinking I had missed out. He apologized for that one not being available and offered me two other options he thought I would like. He sent me pics of them both and I fell in love with the second pic he sent. I loved it more than the original piano I called about. He took the time to answer my questions, gave me a great price, and sold me a beautiful piano. The piano was even more beautiful in person than the pictures he sent me. It was exactly what I wanted for my daughter. He even helped to deliver it to my home. I recommend anyone looking for a piano or anything musical come to Circle Music Center. I am sure all their employees are great, but my experience was so enhanced by the patient, kind, knowledgeable and friendly employee named Chuck Taylor. This will now forever be my go to store and the one I recommend to others.

Chuck Taylor shopped his inventory for a grand piano in my price range. He sent me photos of four wood grain pianos and then sent me videos of three of them being played. I still cannot believe that I bought a piano through a virtual experience! I figured at each step of this process that I would end up driving to test the final selection, but that didn’t happen. Chuck answered all my questions, and I made a choice, pretty quickly for me. Twenty-four hours after I first spoke to Chuck, I had made my decision. Thirty hours later, the piano was being delivered and assembled. It is beautiful, both in appearance and sound. It is such a wonderful instrument that I want to be a better pianist. I am loving playing again and gave away my old piano to a friend. I am very thankful to Chuck and to Lane Music; my life has been enriched.

Ive been a musician all my life, and working with Chuck at Circle Music Center has been a wonderful experience! I just made a major investment in a Steinway piano, and Circle Musics attention to detail and level of customer service is outstanding! I was interested in an amp that is inarguably available in limited quantities (its a rare limited edition) and I shopped around to a few music dealers. They showed themselves to be limited in their willingness to help, one dealer seemingly actually indifferent. Then I found Circle Music and both Jason, the sales agent, and Chuck, the manager bent over backwards to help me and get me what I wanted, and I couldnt believe how quickly they responded. That amp is on the way to me now as this is written. I cant speak highly enough of their professionalism and their attitude about customer service. I cant recommend Circle strongly enough. I flew from Chicago to audition a couple grand pianos that were at Circle Music, and I wasnt disappointed. Chuck the manager picked me up at my hotel and personally escorted me around all day, and we had a great time. I ended up buying one of the pianos, and Chuck had his guys deliver it to Chicago and they were excellent as well. All in all I couldnt be happier with the service, price and product. Highly recommend this music store -- youre lucky to have them Memphis!
