Great employee service, helpful and courteous! However need half size of smoked turkey again. $31 too much! Slices in packages too small.

The service was great. Ordered the turkey bacon ranch sandwich but wanted to add chocolate chip cookie but sold out.

I visit the one On Park i normally visit the Germantown location they have the Best chicken salad the server was very nice at the park location i was a lil disappointed with the chicken salad there for the money i paid for the combo i will continue to visit the Germantown location. But there food is good overall!!!

Honey baked hams were normally awesome in flavor.. I made two purchases over the last couple of weeks and the ham had no flavor and were very rubbery. What happened !!!

The manager and cashier Diane ruined my Christmas! This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had! I preordered a ham thinking if I paid in advance that it would be easier than standing in line for hours hoping to get a ham before they run out. It didnt matter I had a 8:00 am reservation for my paid ham. Just to be to leaving at 8:11 with no ham for my Christmas dinner! The manager never offered her name or help because she was deep in a personal conversation on her cell made sure I understood she could care less about my dissatisfaction and disappointment. If you ever want a honeybaked ham for a special occasion. Do not I repeat DO NOT trust this location on Park Avenue in Memphis TN to come through for your family or corporate needs!!UPDATE as of today 3/9/2021 No one has taken responsibility or CONTACTED me to Resolve!

I placed an order online to Honey Bake Ham. I reserved it but did not pay on line. When I got to the store @ 5:30 the police were at the front door and wouldn’t let you in unless you had already paid. They in other words were sold out! Why do you have that option if it is no good! I think the BBB should hear about this. That’s very, very bad business!!!

The people were friendly. If you go early, it is easy to get in and out quickly.

Nice store! Nice dining area, very clean and not crowded. I tried the turkey club, it was really good. More than I could eat. I could have split the sandwich with songone and had more than enough. Staff was very attentive and friendly. We bought and ham and some of their horseradish sauce. Both were excellent.

A1 Love the Sandwich I ordered and I HAD to come back in about 4hrs to get another one...My very first time at Honey Baked Ham....

They have it together! Day before Thanksgiving, 19:00 hrs, I walk into a line 24 people deep. I was expecting to be there at least 45 minutes. 8 minutes later ( e-i-g-h-t!!!!) Im walking out with a delicious ham, sides, and dinner rolls. Amazing service on a very challenging day - great job!

If you pre- paid on the PC there is a separate line for pick up,found that out once i got in a long line

Was the last time I will ever go to this location...new employees are hateful and very disrespectful...I witnessed this not just to myself but another customer! They also lied everytime I had to talk to them...it used one of my favorite lunch places. P S... always check the dates on ALL package food!!

I frequent this location often and the service is always decent however today I was very displeased. The cashier was friendly and I recieved my food in a timely manor. My full sized chef salad was horrible. The lettuce was in huge white chucks and old and there was barely any meat or cheese in my salad. So now Im upset and still hungry. I would have returned it but the place will be closed when I get off from work. Dont know if I will return.

A few days ago I made a dry run to a company that I had a interview with to make sure everything ran smoothly.I enter the address and it took me to another company a block down. Once I seen it wasnt the right location. I double checked the info I put in and it was the same from the info I got from HR of the interviewing company. Wasnt to difficult to figure out it wasnt the correct destination and to find the company I enter, but it still led me to the shipping department of another company futher down the street.

I ordered a ham for Thanksgiving and picked it up a week early. The staff was friendly and quick I was in and out within 7 mins and there was a long line. And the ham was delicious definitely going back.

Went to the fine staff at this location last night. There was quite sufficient staffing to take care of the number of customers that were there. I did receive the wrong turkey that I had asked for but was able to take care of this at a different location. The Parking situation REALLY Sux at this location around Christmas and Thanksgiving.

Very, very busy and processing customers through in an expeditious manner.

Food is always great lost a star because they are currently only accepting debit & credit cards which I think is ridiculous!
