Creative, fragrant, and great quality. From the first time I tried their products, Ive been hooked. I make it a must stop every time I come back home. Big fan! Plus they did a soap based on one of my favorite spots in town :)

I just discovered Buff City is not really local anymore and all the profits go to private equity executives in Texas instead of to the local Memphians who produce the actual value. I will no longer be buying from Buff City and will instead search to support the 901. I am sorry to whoever works here, you are probably undervalued and underpaid. 😔 I feel betrayed bc the company pretends to be local Memphis owned and is happy to Bamboozled people to give profits to their C-Suite. In their words they want to be the Starbucks of soap 🙄

I love their shower oils. It has become a staple in my everyday shower routine. My faves are dirty south and narcissist.

This location is lovely. The large, open space allows for shopping without bumping into other shoppers. The soap is amazing, but the shower oil is really where its at. That stuff is the bees oily knees. Get some. Treat yourself.

First time visitor to BCS and it was amazing!! I wanted to smell everything! I did end up buying soaps and a few other items. Friendly and helpful staff. I will be back again! They have a lot of specials going on. :)

Believe it or not I didnt know about thus location until a friend of told me. Im glad theres one a little closer for me to shop.

Not a bad store, but their shampoo bars are made of coconut oil, which is ridiculous. Coconut Oil is terrible for your hair. Its not possible for hair cuticles to soak up coconut oil and its extremely difficult to get out of your hair. Honestly, thats organic haircare 101, so its pretty questionable that an artisan soap company would make such a huge mistake. They may make good soap, but they definitely dont know how to make hair care products.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I love their body creams as well as the soap. The fragrance Narcissist is my go-to. So amazing!

Could be less expensive, but lets be honest, it sells purely luxury goods...

Love these soaps. They are so fresh and smell amazing! And it’s so comforting to know that they’re made with simple products and ingredients rather that harmful chemicals. I now use the charcoal facial soap, toner, and face cream daily as well as the body soap.

I love the body butter it is amazing and the black raspberry vanilla soap is so buttery and leaves my skin so soft and I have a very sensitive skin kind of expensive but worth the price and and they have a cool point system as well!

Cool place...most of the retailers these days are kinda off-standish. Working in retail management for over 15 years i look at everything however the manager here was super nice and awesome. Even gave me some samples. I enjoyed this shop similar to the one in Florida which i love :)

I mean its a cool little local bussiness with a large selection of soaps for women tbey had a few mens things soap beard oil etc was a bit pricey but as expected with a small local bussiness great to go for gits
