I dont normally leave reviews but i will today. I looked at other reviews about this place and chanced it. And chances are that youll be here longer than you need to be. I got here at 9:15 for a 10am. 2 other drivers walk in after me. So the guy who checks us in ask the question are we all getting loaded? And we say yes. He then smirks and says... theres gonna be some waiting. I knew then i had messed up. The product is ready. He looked at the clip board then went to check product and come back and gave 2 of us a door. The other guy left. I docked at 9:30 and currently its after 14:30. I went back in for update and the lady said they had another truck and lunch and blah blah blah. That was about 2 hours ago and im still here. I dont know if its because of short staff but its very ridiculous to be on anyones door this long. Especially if freight is ready.

I will not come back here. very unorganized people. they will give you a door and they’ll forget you completely and when you check again they’ll ask you if you were here and they’ll keep lying to you . i checked in 11:50 am and now it’s 5pm and am still in the dock

I experience Two Different Times First Time I came on Time 8Am In And out was 30 minutes The Second Time I checkibg On time 7:30 AM thet done loading 1:12 PM only for 7 pallets..its Not That Bad The Way They Explain That Why I Am Giving 4 Starts

Picking up a load took over 5 hours to get loaded. Very unorganized and slow!

Getting loaded there was a nightmare. After 30 minutes of indecision at check in, I was assigned a dock. Sat there in the dock nearly an hour, then was approached by someone else and told to move to another dock. It happens. Moved to newly assigned dock and waited. And waited. After another 2 hours, finally felt trailer bounce. Getting loaded. Then it stopped. An hour passed and yet another employee comes out and says HE will be getting us loaded. Long story shortened: About every hour another individual would come out and tell me that HE was going to get it handled. Total time in dock: 7.5 hours.......No restrooms or water available, no vending machines.....just stranded in parking lot.

Quick in & out nice & informative employees

I asked a warehouse worker where the restroom was and he told me to go through the glass doors, or main entrance and the security guard would let me use the restroom. However, the security guard said I couldnt use the restroom. Do business elsewhere, wisdom is not at this business but ignorant darkness. Besides would you want to do business at a place that treats you like that?

Worst place ever!!! came in at 12:55 app was at 1.its now 730 an they still are not done loading me. I am a o/o i will never take this load again on top of that i will have to stay on the lot because im out of time. Thanks.....

Never again will we haul for this customer, very rude, very slow. 6 hr and 45 min in a dock, still not loaded. No restroom for drivers, no parking, no manners. Ridiculous

Ok place for single stop load, but avoid multiple stops .Your product will be mixed in the trailer and you will have to come back to previous stop . Such a waist of time. And One seal for all stops, by their policy . You have to be a magic man :)

Very slowwww 6 hours waiting still not loaded.

Everyone pleasant enough and got me out fairly quickly . No public bathrooms & no overnight parking however and you have to guess what comes next as all sorts of hand written signs everywhere about everything but no signals on docks and unclear where to get BOL after done ( they bring to you). I guess you kinda just expect more from a company like Phillips otherwise not too bad

Very slow. Arrived on time for my appt 4hrs later they started to load, then it took them another 2 hours to load. No bathrooms and very vague on procedures to get your bills

Several times Ive picked up from here and each time is the same: they have no idea what theyre doing. They cant find the load, they load you with the wrong cargo, they give you the wrong paperwork or theyll have to go check and disappear. And always expect there to be a shortage on the load count. This place is incompetence at its worst.

In 12:30 out 18:12 in the evening this place sucks believe me drivers I don’t know what else to say.

No public restrooms, yep ...even for the drivers that they hold for 3+ hours. Also no overnight parking allowed.

Slow as Christmas. They scheduled 5 trucks to be here at the same time and only 1 dock being used. This may take all night.

They load you out fast

They would rather load all the preloaded trailers before they load a live load. Expect to be there for about 3-4 hours before they even start on you.
