Ordered the jerk chicken pasta and it was REALLY good. Portion size was great as well. Will definitely try them again very soon.

Im a huge fan of this place. But in July and September when I decided to intro them to tourists, Flava House has blown it. I let the hard chicken with little sauce slide once or twice on my own. But my guests are done with you guys. Why operate so partially on quality when quality is the key? Im used to slamming make me wanna dance style hot wings. Sauced up. I hate to let yall go. Yall recipe for sauce and season is legendary. Let the cooks know yall known for food excellence!!!! Quit playing.

Food looked pretty decent until I noticed an eyelash or hair on my container. Atmosphere was off putting due to people sleeping in the restaurant but I might give them a try again. Customer service was good and cashier was friendly.

This is my second time eating here. The food is always fresh and always flavorful. It will be about a 30 minute wait, but for fresh food, that’s not bad at all. The prices are so reasonable. I would eat here more often if it was closer to home!P.S. This is a family business. Have patience.

9/29/2021 was my 1st time trying this place. I ordered the Salmon Alfredo Pasta and it was very good. The only thing missing was my garlic bread but I was pleasantly surprised. I definitely will be going there again.

Flava House Express, has it! This was my first visit, but it was very hot inside like they expected a foot of snow! I hope next time It is a more comfortable temperature inside. But I didn’t visit to stay and eat, it was to go, so I waited for my order outside. I ordered the 3 piece fried Cajun dusted catfish with fries,slaw,and hush puppies, also the Big salad with Cajun spicy grilled chicken. Both are Excellent! But they did forget my slaw. The prices are reasonable! My husband and I split the catfish combo and the big salad and it was more than enough for the two of us. I will be back

Service was decent. A/C was out so it was kinda stuffy in there. From their online menu, it says they have Philly Chicken Cheesesteaks but the menu when I arrived was different and missing lots of things. Ordered chicken sammich and some jerk chicken tacos. Everything was hot fresh and tasted good.

Location was not opened....theyre online websites allowed me to place an order & when I arrived there the restaurant was closed what a waste of time.

Smallest wings I have ever seen. Pretty pitiful, these chickens werent very old when they got put into the bag.There is no shortage. Ordered from Don Dons after I received the order and saw what I got. Theirs were the typical size

Love the menu selections and prices make it even better. Sometimes the food is not seasoned consistently the same, sometimes food can be a bit salty and sometimes the flavors are perfect.

Its a NEVER again for me! Its bad business to be sold out of everything but still be open for business. We could have chosen to go somewhere else for lunch instead of waiting for 45 minutes food then to be told that you are sold out of half of everything on your menu! I think its poor management. And last but not least please take this poor excuse for a chicken Philly off of your menu you can use that space for something. you really put some thought

I ordered (2)Ten pieces wings with seasoning fries.Then I add lamb chops with fries and broccoli.Once I arrive to get my food they messed up one order of my 10 piece wings.They fix the order but once I got all my food I noticed the wings were so small,fries were like checkers fries instead of seasoning fries.Lamb chops were small.Food was ok, this was my first time trying them and I would never try them again.

My first visit will definitely NOT be my last. One of the BEST salmon sandwiches in Memphis. I loved that they put salmon filet on it. The last one I had was great BUT a little messy due to salmon being chopped.

The customer service was amazing! I was even allowed to sample some of the wings. I ordered a salad and pasta with shrimp. They were a nice size and not overcooked. I cant wait to go back. They have a few other dishes I want to try.

Great food & great people! This is a fun restaurant with dominoes, connect four, & other games you can play while you wait on your food. Yes, the food might take more than 10 mins to prepare and serve...but that is because this is NOT a fast food restaurant & everything is fresh & made to order! My fav are the shrimp tacos & the salmon sandwich.

First time eating here. I called in my order and they picked up on the second ring. I ordered the cajun chicken pasta since Ive heard good reviews about. It was really good, but they were out of garlic bread which they subbed for rolls. Id definitely go back and try more from the menu.

The wings are the tiniest wings you can imagine! They are like a baby birds legs! And on top of that didn’t receive the fries we ordered. But what I’m astonished is the size of the wings 😂 we didn’t even know if to be mad or laugh 🤦🏽‍♀️

Excellent food with real flava! Catfish was served perfectly cooked, hot and the portion was more than enough. Prices are definitely fair and customer service was top notch. I will be back.

Come on and support a Black owned Business. I’ve heard the quesadillas and catfish are the best items but I had pasta. I could make the pasta better but it was pretty good. The wait is long as hell so order over the phone and just wait to go pick it up. I would say it’s worth it.

Its not the food . Its the service ive waited an hour for my food. Its like the cooks had no sense of urgency for to go orders. The girl at the counter was nice but ill never come to this location again.!!!

Ordered off Postmates for a quick lunch, AMAZING fresh food and perfectly seasoned! They also did not forget my side of Grizzly gold and that is rare when ordering from other wing places! Will definitely add this restaurant as a Top 5 favorite wing place!

I’m giving two stars because I’m conflicted. My lamb chops were delicious. But it took over an hour for them to be prepared. So by the time I got it, the experience was already ruined for me.

Maaann what a disappointment! We tried this for the first time today and we were missing so many things. (We ordered thru Uber eats.) wings did not come with fries,dipping sauce or celery. Catfish plate did not have slaw or any tarter sauce. Smh, you can tell they poorly put it together. Wont be ordering again.

Food is always seasoned while and taste is very different from other restaurants in the order. If you are looking for something different to eat, then you should go here.

For the most part, I have enjoyed their food and the customer service. But there has been a few instances where they just lack. The Doritos on the taco salad were a good idea but the actual chips were stale. The meat on the same taco salad was way...too...spicy. Jerk season does not need to be so heavily handed. Last night I got the fried chicken salad and was much better but they forgot the ranch dressing. Disappointed but had some at home. Had to ask for fries to swapped for onion rings even thats what husband called in when placing order. They also forgot his salsa and sour cream for his quesadilla. I didnt catch that one but I did have to ask for tartar sauce for the catfish. Forgetting little details make a difference. Overall, theyre good people with good food but just need a fine tuneup. Well be back soon.

Food was very flavorful I was surprised and impressed

The food is delicious and always made fresh. I had one small mistake made on an order and the owner made it right with a great attitude. The owner is always kind and professional. My 6 year old requested Flava house for lunch on his birthday and I called a little before the store open. The owner was kind enough to take this order a few minutes earlier so I could make it to my son’s school for lunch. We eat here often and the service is always great! Eat here if you want great hot food and nice service.

UNProfessional to the nth degree. The food is okay if you want to wait until next Wednesday to get it. But, they will not last with food, alone. And, yes, I do Ubereats, Lyft, Uber, and Door dash - usually when I am waiting for my oldest brother to complete dialysis.I give that lifes story because I imagine the point of you telling me that I drive for Uber was to reduce the legitimacy of my complaint. I guess working in this capacity is somehow an indication to you of a persons worth.Know this, my complaint wasnt simply on the fact that it took you all an hour to complete an order, once I made it to the restaurant. It is the fact that you received the order 30 minutes prior to me arriving. This means your actual customers today waited 1.75 to 2 hours to get the order. It is the fact that you told me that it would take 8 minutes. It is the fact that you got angry when I wanted a straight answer after waiting 45 minutes. It is the fact that this experience mirrors my personal experiences when ordering food for myself from your restaurants. It is the fact that you answered my complaint in 12 minutes when it took you 1 hour to finish an order you already had for 30 minutes - even though you are short handed. It is the fact that you would be demeaning when responding when you already provided bad service.I watched 6 people come into the restaurant and make orders and receive those orders. It is possible you prioritized those orders because the actual customers was there in your face. If so, own it and just take your lumps. Its the way of business.But know, your response to my complaint proves my point - UNProfessional to the nth degree.

I Wish I could continue to support this business....I really do. After 4 or 5 tries, I think its time to review. JUST HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. Close the doors and rebrand and regroup!!

Ordered jerk nachos via delivery. The chips were Doritos, no queso, no jalapeños. Onion rings were so salty the were uneatable. Very disappointing.

All I can say is AWESOME! I ordered the full rack of lamb with a side salad with broccoli it was seasoned to perfection.The service was friendly and courteous.I will be going back!

Very Bad Service. Walked in to retrieve my call in to my surprise there was a young lady there whom the front service was explaining to her how the computer malfunctioned and lost her order to where she would need to order over. I stood quietly behind her for 10 mins why he takes her order again, meanwhile not a word has been said to me the whole time, I then take a seat thinking this would garner some type of response but still nothing. The front guy then goes to the back to put her order in and stays in the back. Finally after 15 mins of waiting patiently I stand up at which the front guy initially went to the back sees me and sends the cook to say something to me as if I was bothering him. I politely cancel my order and leave. There was no trying to explain or apologize for what went on, just a oh well bye. I never write reviews but this time I had to

I had the opportunity to try Flava House while I was out of town for business and the overall experience was great. The customer service and waitress was on point. The food was also hot and fresh. I will be back the next time Im in town.

Ordered a shrimp taco salad. Wait time was 20 minutes but understandable since on 1 or 2 people are cooking and place is getting orders. Cashier was kind. Now this is where things get funny. I got the salad and when the dish was presented I was surprised to see so many tortilla chips. I wondered if they thought I said nachos. Under the chips, which were either kroger brand or that $2 white bag brand, there was a small amount of lettuce which made me chuckle a bit. Above the chips (and even below) there was some kind of white sauce which could have been queso, alfredo, sour cream, or all 3. It was a flavorful sauce whatever it was but its not a good sign if you arent sure. Definitely made me chuckle a bit more. The seasoning was good and there was shredded cheese with pickled jalapeno. A little too much shredded cheese for my taste but not a problem. Now the shrimp was seasoned well but it was low quality shrimp. It tasted like bagged frozen shrimp from the grocery store. Thats disappointing. Also the salsa was clearly either Kroger brand, tostitos, or pace salsa. That was disappointing because grocery store items mostly shouldnt be reused in a restaurant. Overall the salad tastes like something a teenager makes when they first start out trying to cook for themselves. I would have given 2 stars but the flavor of the mystery sauce carried it to 3 stars. I would not order this salad again. The restaurant should probably stick to wings if they are not going to put effort into certain menu options.

This place is Top Dogg for jerk chicken and jerk lamb chops. They know what their doing. You wont be disappointed. Everything else on the menu is A-1 too. Plenty of flavor.

Wings was small and dry Tacos were made differently then menu description salad shrimp used not worth the money and they are slow

Their jerk items are what I wake up in the middle of the night craving. (Seriously) I love both the quesadillas and tacos....and whatever is in that sauce they put on top is divine! Its spicy, but not so spicy youre dying. Honestly, there isnt one thing Ive had that wasnt great. YUM!

I got the catfish and philly cheesesteak. The catfish was good. The philly cheese steak was so spicy that it was inedible. Not everyone enjoys burning the roof of their mouths unexpectedly. It has stopped me from ordering from them since.response to owner: Perhaps a better suggestion is to better describe your items. Philly Cheesesteaks are not normally MOUTH searing, nor in your description does it mention spiciness Green and red onions, peppers, provolone cheese, and garlic aioli. If it had I would have most certainly either not ordered it, or requested mild.
