Matthews will be the only place I will take my car if I can. I called to get new tires and they were able to get me in the next day (even same day if I wanted to) so I could get a rebate and a discount on my tires. I was told that they may have to charge for an alignment if needed. When I went to pay I was presently surprised I wasnt charged for an alignment. Being a girl looking for work to be done on a vehicle, Im aware some shops will take advantage and Matthews did not. Thank you so much Matthews Tires for being an honest shop!!

Usually Matthews, although not cheap, gets the job done. This time, I authorized a fix for $200. That did not work. So I authorized another fix for an additional $200. That too did not fix the problem. Now I am told that the fix will be an additional $500. So I just paid $400 for a diagnosis with no change in the problem. I will likely bring it somewhere else for the actual fix.

While traveling form another state, I noticed a tire on my trailer was nearly bald. The tire is an odd size and not a normally stocked item. Took my tires to Mathews to get mounted instead of my usual place, because they had a quicker opening. After being up charged $15 for each tire AFTER they were mounted, because they were deemed “low profile” ((apparently anything under a 45 series tire is considered low profile by them, making it $50/each to mount. Which I’m not entirely sure why. As a previous tire tech I can tell you that as long as you’re not “stretching” tires, the machine does all of the work getting the bead on the wheel. Not to mention the techs get ZERO of that money. It’s a counter up charge and that is all)) I got my tires and wheels back absolutely filthy and covered in lube, which then got splattered all over my paint on the drive home on my freshly detailed Audi S4. Not happy. Over charged and under serviced. Not going back.Staff interaction was friendly.

My overall experience with Matthews Tire was a pretty good one. I reached out to them on the first snowy day of the year because my tires were so bald, I could barely control where I was going. I called them, Travis said they were pretty booked up but he could squeeze me in. That was nice to hear when every other place that I called was booked until late next week. Matthews even gave me a ride back to my house and when they were done (way faster than I thought), they called me right away. All in all, pretty seamless experience with an affordable price. So, thank you Travis and the team at Matthews Tire!

Been going here for years. These guys are great, have always did what they could to get me back on the road ASAP. They are a bit pricey as far as repairs, seems my bill is always around $500 whenever I go in. Id recommend em, good crew.

I had an emergency during extremely bad weather when one of my brake hoses ruptured. These guys got me in and fixed up faster than I would have thought. The price was very competitive. The staff was very helpful and friendly.I had never gone to this place before, and only went because it was so close I could get there with bad brakes, but I was very happy and I will definitely be going back for my car needs.

They were able to patch my tire and do a tire rotation (asked if that could be added on). Friendly staff.

They are the most friendly and helpful people and are always willing to listen to your explanation and offer potential problems as well as thoroughly explaining the solutions and detailing why costs are present when doing repairs. There are a few employees that actually greet customers named Monica, Jason and Craig and all 3 are fantastic people who provide great service. I always bring my truck here when Im stumped on a fix and they always help me out. Would recommend to anybody needing vehicle work.

I went in for removal of my tire stem TPMS after market since it was galvanized. I thought I needed new stems. They were able to remove them without new stems. They were very honest and only charged me for labor when they could have overcharge and put new stems on when it was not needed.

Fast courteous service - my low tire pressure light had come on and stopped in to see if they could help me out. All four tires were low - they aired them up at no charge. I also learned they are full service which means I will definitely be taking my vehicle there for all my servicing. So happy I found them—close to my home and convenient. Highly recommend!!

Just left MT. This is my second time this year. They work quickly. Staff is polite and they explain what they are doing with your vehicle. Thankful I live close to them!

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Always professional with every interaction. They did great at fixing my 2005 Impala. Gave me an estimate of everything that needs to be done to it in future. Plan on bringing car there as often as possible since the other shop, Merlins, is no longer around.

During a snow storm I got a flat tire. M.T.A fit me in and took good care of me. Very helpful. Manager even drove to pick tires up since deliveries had stopped due to road conditions. Will do business with them again for sure!

My family and I always take our cars to the Menasha location and ask for Ryan to work on them and I suggest you do the same. He always does an excellent job and never recommends work that isnt necessary. The one time I went to another shop (ill never make that mistake again) I had nothing but problems and the original problem never even got fixed. I had Ryan look at it. He was able to verify what was going on, taking the guess work out saving me time, money, and frustration. For all our vehicle needs this is our go-to place.

Tried to pull the 10 million things wrong with your car card. Had 2 other mechanics look at it and nothing they said was actually wrong with the car. I dont recommend this Mathews unless you wanna pay for parts you dont need.
