Well, let me tell you there was no need to wait. THE CAR HAS BEEN GREAT! Anyone that has done maintenance on it (oil change, new tire (her fault)) has said what a great car it is! Bought a 08 Ridgeline from here . Super friendly guys . Vehicle was super clean inside and out, price was right on for age and mileage . Had to drive halfway across the state to get this, so I was a little nervous . Financing was a breeze . Took it home and gave it my total inspection and was pleasantly surprise that everything was gone through and replaced. A couple dealers prior said they do a 27 point inspection and they got a nasty phone call after I found nothing was inspected and replaced . GOOD JOB . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I bought a ford ranger from these guys in april of 2020. Fuel pump went out on day 1. Needed new front brakes and rotors on day 1. In less than 4 months the engine jumped time. Ford garage wanted to charge 5000 dollars to fix. Yes I said five thousand. If I could rate these guys at negative 5 stars I would.

I dont believe they check over their cars well enough. When I got home from the 80 mile drive the check engine light came on in my 2009 Subaru Outback. It was a $60 sensor so not that big of a deal. The car also had a low idle which caused it to stall a few times but was easily fixed by a procedure I followed on YouTube. The power steering made some noises the next day and I noticed it has been leaking so I replaced it which was kind of a pain and waste of a half day. The tire pressure light was on so the sales man filled the tires and it went away temporarily then came back on while I was driving home, when I called the owner said they disable the sensor so who knows. The owner said I should have paid for the extended warranty but I said all of this shouldnt be happening right away, he offered to look at it but I being a hour away its not so convienent so I just fixed the issues myself. If you buy a car here make sure you really check it and test drive it for a good amount of time, they also do not haggle on price so in the end I basically paid what they were asking plus another $260 on sensor and power steering pump and a bunch of wasted time.Update 5/14/20: the company never reached out on this issue which Im not surprised by. Im over it, just wanted to update.

I wish it was possible to give them no stars. Our experience was terrible here, the worst I’ve ever had at a dealership. We were looking to purchase a used SUV and were out test driving different models. We went to tri-city because they had some in our price range that we were interested in.As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a guy at a desk. I think he is one of the owners. When I say greeted, he asked what were up to. When I told him, we were looking around at different models we are interested in, he responded by mocked me. He asked what our price range was and then preceded to tell me that everything out there under nine grand is junk. He seemed annoyed we stopped there while shopping around. I have no interest in doing business with someone like this, so we immediately left. Don’t waste your time with this jerk.

I’ve been screwed over by the little car dealerships before in the Fox Valley so I was hesitant when I went to Tri City. My wife and I were set on a Subaru at Bergstrom but decided to check out a Prius at Tri City. The folks at Tri City made me feel like I wasn’t being screwed over and told me the thorough testing that they put their used cars through. So far we’re pleased with the Prius and hope it lasts 300,000+ miles. We did get a 36-month warranty for only $20ish more a payment. I might’ve gotten screwed over but at least I can sleep better knowing Tri City will make things right if our Prius ever has issues. I’ll definitely be buying my future Toyota’s from them.

Bought a subaru Impreza. Didnt even have the car for 2months and have to spend 600bucks to fix both BROKEN sway bars and housing for oil is leaking and leaking coolant. Dont go to tri city for a car

My daughter bought a car from Tri City around 4 months ago. At the 3 month mark her engine started to act up. She called Tri City and they told her to bring it in. The problem was that she lives in Green Bay and was told by another mechanic that her engine needed to be replaced. She told them that it wouldnt make it back. They told her if it breaks down they would send a tow truck to pick it up. Well the engine blew on the way to Menasha and as they said they sent a tow truck. They paid half of the bill for a engine which was great since there was no warranty. A week after that she heard hissing from an air conditioner line. She was told to bring it in. After their mechanic said it would cost $150 she was then told by Tri City Auto that they would cover the cost. They have been very helpful and compassionate towards my daughter and I would recomend that any body that is looking to buy a used vehicle should stop at Tri City Auto first. They will stand behing their cars and their customers. Thank You for Standing behind your product.
