My beautiful ring that I had custom made (while I worked for A&E Jewelers a few years back) got caught on a door handle at my current job. His staff was also friendly and helpful. We had been to MANY other stores prior to finding Bob, and they all seemed like used car salesmen - lol. Bob was simply - THE BEST!! His store is very petit, but Its not about size and flashy junk in the windows. AGAIN BOB is an ARTIST and specializes in custom pieces. If you can daw it - he can CREATE IT!
