Employees always willing to help and are usually redaly available. Go the extra effort to see if they have a product if the shelf is empty. Love the home town felling ❤

Most options are available but prices are high. Not much higher than they are at other hardware stores. The service and friendliness is pretty good. Their helpfulness depends on the time of day Im more than likely what they have to do. Overall Im happy and Shop there often as it is convenient and a close.

Great place to get all your grilling needs. Josh was very helpful ordering me a Blackstone. All the staff was friendly and courteous. I highly recommend stopping in for any needs at a hardware store you might have. You wont be disappointed.

I recently bought a Stihl chainsaw from Kitz& Pfeil as well as a new Stihl helmet and extra chain. Spent about $500. Very, very nice staff & they registered my saw with Stihl.So, all good right? Not yet, 2 weeks later I get an awesome handwritten thank you card with a phone number if I have any questions. The front of the card has pic of their first store in 1913.Just as relevant today as they were when they started.Cant go wrong with this crew at the Power Center!

Great selection and service. Imagine a world in which you ask a sales consultant a question and not question to yourself, whether they know what they are talking about or not. (They will most likely ask you if you need assistance before you take the initiative). Love this place. Bonus: They send me coupons every month as well!

The young man was not overly knowledgeable: he thought a #12 was metric. Definitely not as knowledgeable as other Kitz & Pfeil hardware store associates.

The flower lady is amazing

They had signs about Covid, but NO ONE was wearing a mask. No employees, no customers except myself and I was very self-conscious. The place was busy. I left without purchasing what I came in for because I felt people were staring at me because I wore a mask. Probably wont return.

Awesome little shop for all your hardware and gardening needs. I came in to get something to kill the weeds on my property. I showed the employee who approached me to ask if I needed any help what I was dealing with and he was able to recommend a few different products without being pushy towards buying anything in particular. It was not busy and the checkout process was quick and easy. Every employee was friendly and made sure to make me feel welcome.

Excellent friendly service, and a selection of almost anything you might need. Much more convenient than running to a large DIY store for small items.

Most of the employees are knowledgeable about some stuff, but more often than not Im greeted with a blank stare when I ask where I can find something. The prices are far from competitive, the only reason I can find to shop here is when I need something ASAP and dont have time to go to a real hardware store. My advice would be that if you need more than two items, drive to Appleton. Youll save enough money to pay for the gas to drive there, and youll find a better selection. Plus, the hardware stores in Appleton are open later than 1pm on Sundays.

Hands down, Excellent Customer Service. Brought in a picture with broken glass. We had it fixed in no time, and everyone was there to help. I would definitely go back. They had everything I needed. Very reasonable prices.

The prices for a lot of items are not very fair compared to bigger stores like Walmart or Target. You could probably get a better deal from Dollar General down the street. The entrance area is also all over the place and cluttered.

Typically provide good service but recently had ordered and part and pre paid for it. Hadnt heard back from them for over a week and stopped in to find out the employee didnt even order the part.

They use to be more friendly than they are now. Im said that they also are switching to become ACE hardware. Wish it was still a local family business

This store was recently bought out by Ace, and as such they have a greater selections of products and lower prices. The same great staff that was there has stayed.

Management must not care much for their customers well-being (or staff, for that matter). I only saw 2 staff members wearing masks, a couple customers, and 1 guy walked in with a mask on and took it off while he was shopping. Theyve lost my business.

The people on the store side are always, warm, polite, helpful and friendly. The power center side some of the guys tend to be surly and rude at times. Three times i have dealt with Dan and each time he has been rude and unpleasant. Ill buy parts from them if i have to but they will never service any of my equipment again. Had a rider they worked on and that was a downright fiasco, never again.

Prices are a little high, however the service is excellent and they also do repairs in the back

They had everything I needed, more than any other store did for around this time.

Disappointed in the Power Center side, I waited 15 minutes for help while two men behind the counter talked and occasionally looked back at me but never acknowledged me, finally I left and went to the Appleton store and was helped by someone right away, very friendly and helpful in Appleton.
