I got good vibes from the guy the minute I got him on the phone. Very kind and transparent. Dad vibes. He did not feel like a salesman and actually encouraged me to go with a cheaper option. My only complaint is their AC units are slightly pricier than I wanted to spend. (Classic story) I’ve heard people get them for $2,00-$3,000 and I’m paying $4,000. Literally my only complaint but it’s also rather possible that that is a standard rate in my area. Regardless, the demeanor, the service, the time frame, all of it was the best. I would definitely use this company again.
Technician David Morris was out to do prepaid maintenance on the AC. He called before he arrived and was friendly and professional. Service call determined we needed new replacement part for the unit and the prepaid plan meant we got a discount. Very satisfied. Just a note - I forgot to ask him to mask up when inside. He volunteered to put on shoe coverings though.

We just moved into a new home, so I scheduled a diagnostic, and Sedgwick explained how the systems work and how best to maintain each component. It was well worth the money to prevent future issues and maximize performance by maintaining the systems properly from the beginning.
Simple amazing service and prices. When my AC stopped blowing cold air on a Friday, a technician from a competitor proposed a fix and the price seemed extremely high. I felt as if they were trying to take advantage of me, so I called Sedgwick immediately, having heard positive reviews of them in the past. Sedgwick sent a technician over within an hour on a Friday afternoon, Jeremy worked quickly and did a great job explaining the process. Not to mention, the price was LESS THAN HALF that of the competitors AND he didnt try to upsell me a new AC. Sedgwick will be my go-to for all my HVAC needs moving forward.
David was very personable as well as professional. He communicated what he was doing and why at every step of the process. Even though it was a Saturday evening at 8:00, he cleaned & repaired our AC as if it were Monday morning at 8:00. The fees for service and parts seemed a reasonable expense.

When we woke up sweating Saturday morning, I knew we needed help fast. Sedgwick had put in our new furnace in January, so they were the logical ones to call. The phone was answered quickly, even at 7:10 on a Saturday morning, and I got a call from the service tech within 15 minutes. He showed up a bit before he said he would - the only negative here is that he said he would call before arriving and didnt. He got right to work, found the problem and we had blessed cool air flowing in short order. It wasnt particularly cheap but well worth it for the professional, fast service. Recommended.
The crew that showed up and worked to install my AC unit was on time, very friendly, efficient and did an excellent job. They even stopped by my neighbors house as they heard their unit not functioning properly and help them out. What an excellent experience. I highly recommend!

Wayne showed up to fix my NEST thermostat.He put in a C-wire, and figured out there was an additional, sneaky place in the system that the unit wasn’t linked to. Worth every penny, and they fit me in the same day I called.I asked for a card, to make sure I remember this Company next time I need them.I will be asking for Wayne.
Horrible experience. Overpriced, non transparent and terrible customer service.First they don’t provide any information on the phone on minimum charges or diagnostic fees.Second, the technician replaces a component but can’t tell us what the price is because “the system is down”. I later found on the invoice that they are charging $140 for a component that costs $12 online.Third, because the system is down the technician can not charge us for the service and he let us know we will receive an invoice in the mail. Well, not only we did not receive an invoice but we got a threatening letter asking us to pay an exorbitant amount for a small repair or expect legal actions. And asking us to pay by 6/25 when the letter was posted on that very same day and received in the mailbox on 6/30. Also saying they had tried contacting me which is a lie. They never called/mailed before.Unbelievable. A scam. I would not recommend them not even to my worst enemy.
Great and friendly customer service. Knowledgeable techs. Very well run business. Even though this is a very hot period and everyone is having AC issues, they were able to come out same week to assess the issue.

On a holiday that was 95 degrees my AC went out. Despite a busy day Sedgwick put me on their schedule and came to my house within 90 minutes to get me up and cooling again. My dogs and I really appreciate that kind of service. Thank you!
The diagnosis of the problem and installation of the new A/C unit were both great experiences, with the service people involved explaining the problems and/or necessary info very well. I cannot speak to the value of the unit but it does appear to be quality.I also had two positive experiences with customer service on the phone. My only problem, however, was with the fact that I was not notified as to the appointment time as it approached (as I was told I would be.) Ultimately, I had to leave a live international work call (online) due to the installers knocking at 7:15 AM. Perhaps “my bad” for assuming that they wouldn’t come before 8 AM (when I knew I would be done.) A courtesy call the day before would have been nice, and professional.That said, everything else was good, well done. I have tried various HVAC services as a way to save a few $ but I keep going back to Sedgewick They carry quality product lines and their techs are professional and competent. In the end, it is worth the money especially if you want to maximize the life of your HVAC system.
First, we were pleasantly surprised by their responsiveness. From our call, a technician arrived within two hours, announcing arrival half an hour ahead. Once he arrived he quickly diagnosed and isolated the problem to our ancient furnace control electric panel, independent of the furnace itself. He then said that he would have to come back with another technician the following day due to the nature of the repair, which happened the first thing in the morning. Within two hours of their arrival, our furnace got back to action.then, at the end of the work, we were again pleasantly surprised by the bill, which was not bad at all, considering the type of work that they had to perform and that the work spanned over two separate visits.Both of the technicians were friendly, courteous, very clear as to what the work was going to involve and left the work site spotlessly clean afterwards. We would certainly consider hiring Sedgwick again and recommend them to our friends and family as well.

The technician arrived promptly after calling to say he would be there shortly. The service was done in a timely way. Cam wore shoe covers while inside and asked if we wanted him to wear a mask. He gave me his card and said to call with any questions or to report any problems.
My ac was not working and they were the only people that were able to come out that day. Wayne, our tech was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and awesome guy!

They were able to send Brent out to repair my old AC unit within an hour of calling on a busy week in July (while other businesses were booked for weeks or didn’t answer their phone). Matt and Terry are all around pros. Our very old furnace broke down in sub zero weather and they were able to quickly mobilize and also gave us the options to either repair or replace our system. We went with a new dual stage furnace and it works great!! We’re lucky to have chosen Sedgwick.

Wayne was our technician to have our HVAC system maintained for winter. He called prior to arriving and I was also sent an email from Sedgwick with his photo for identification. Wayne was friendly, on-time, and did a thorough and quick job. The invoice gave a complete description of the work that was completed along with recommendations for extending the life of our unit and increasing efficiency. He explained different plan/pricing options without being at all pushy. Highly recommend!

The company sent a person out within an hour after I called about my heat being out. The Technician was knowledgeable and very helpful and finished the job in a very short period of time. He made filter recommendations and even helped me with a future install of my Eccobee thermostat. I would recommend them.

Have used Sedgwick for decades. Tech was professional and very competent. Pricing use to be competitive, but Ive noticed that several other highly regarded furnace maintenance companies have offers that put Sedgwick 30-40% higher for the same service. I’m not referring to the $49 dollar offers, but fall promos for $99 or $109 from HVAC companies in direct competition with Sedgwick. In previous years, Sedgwick did have offers for loyal customers. May have to change next season.
Installation problem last winter with furnace that caused condensation to back up from AC. Repaired at no cost.

Jerremy Chan did a bang up job of repairing my 25 year old furnace in spite of my help. He did a methodical analysis of the malfunction and and was able to pinpoint the problem in a few minutes. Gave me the choice of a new furnace or a new control board. After making a few checks on the furnace the rest of the furnace seemed to be in good condition. So I chose a new control board. Luckily he had a replacement in his truck. He replaced the control board which had a dozen or so wire connections in careful and profession manner. He is a very personable and cheerful worker. He speaks well for Sedgwick. If nothing else he deserves a big gold star.Tell Jerremy that when I got up that morning I smelled a strange order in the house. I thought it was coming from outside. With 2020 hindsight and having been in the electronic business for over 50 years you woulld think I would recognize the smell of burning electronic parts. It would probably have saved a little time if I had thought about it at the time and mentioned it to Jerremy.Bill

I needed a very quick turnaround on a furnace inspection because Im selling my house. I called sedgwick late last night, and right away today they had a technician out at my house. He took all the appropriate safety measures and was extremely helpful answering our questions. The service was completed quickly, and included the detailed inspection report we needed.
