Very fast shipping and easy to work with

I purchased an Cobra ATV windshield from this company which had a picture and ad that said it would fit my 2006 Honda Rancher. However when I received the windshield it was the wrong one. I called the company and sent multiple emails trying to report the issue. Once I got someone on the phone they told me that the picture was wrong and that the number matched the headlight cut out which is the GPS style windshield. I explained to them that I had a picture of the ad and the description that did not match what they sent. The phone contact said I would need to return the windshield and that I would need to pay the shipping and a 20% restocking fee because they didn’t have the windshield I had ordered. In addition they changed the picture and the information on their website and told me I was incorrect the next day. But I had proof of what I ordered by taking pictures of the item and information listed at the time I ordered. I would not purchase anything from this company as their ads do not match what they will send you. I even called and emailed the owner/manager and have still not gotten a response. I am only warning others of this unreliable company. My first bad review for any company and I buy on line a great deal of time.So sad you can’t get people to stand behind the products that are advertised. It’s hard to believe they want people to write bad reviews knowing they are getting over good paying customers.
