I’ve been using Prescott for all my maintenance needs for about 2 years now. I recently decided it was time for an upgrade. I walked in and got the pleasure of working with Pat. I told him I wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee and he walked the lot with me, we narrowed it down to three options based on what I preferred. He was very informative and not pushy about anything. I brought my Jeep in for an appraisal and they gave me more than I was expecting for a Jeep with 105,000 miles on it. Pat let me test drive the Jeep I wanted and showed me how to use all the new features. He broke down the price for me and explain everything very easily. I was able to take the Jeep I wanted for a few days before signing any papers. The purchase part was unlike any experience I’ve had. Pat sent everything to the bank for me. All I had to do was sign a few papers and away I went with my new Jeep! Pat had my plates switched over and everything inside switched and placed in the same place they were in before. Hooked my car up to computer and was going to charge $780 for a simple $150 fix and a it was not time consuming..took and hour. For spark plugs an wires.. then quoted me another $175 for a busted head gasket check, NOT fix.. and if they would’ve removed the manifold they would’ve seen it was just a hose lose. Basically did nothing to help me but “speculate” what was wrong, raise prices on me, and did no work.. will not recommend to anyone. Pretty lazy work if ya ask me!!

Had been shopping for a new truck for a few weeks. I expanded my search parameters as I was not having much luck finding what I was looking for in both truck and quality of customer service. I wrote a message via CARFAX and Pat got back to me immediately. I asked if he could post some more pictures of the truck I was interested in (as i was 300 miles away). He asked for my cell number and sent me a bunch of photos and then he asked if there were any more I would like. He held the car for me (which I was not expecting to even be a possibility) and the purchase and trade-in were the smoothest I have ever experienced. Everyone here was so friendly and relaxed. I hope I dont need a new car for a while, but when I do, I will happily make the drive out for the great customer service.

I bought a van that came from this dealership (it was transferred to the Princeton lot). After purchasing the vehicle it was clear that the Mendota shop never fully went through it. The windshield wiper fluid hook ups for the front windshield were disconnected, the van had a rough idle and was due for an oil change. The biggest issue was that the brake booster was going out and the pedal constantly moved and made a hissing noise...the van would move when at a stop. I’ve only had this van for 3 weeks and it’s spent more time at the dealership waiting on parts than my family using it. Now I’m stuck with a small rental that doesn’t fit 3 car seats.

I have bought 2 cars from Prescott. The first was a Dodge Journey. The rear view mirror kept falling off and the entire electrical system went out. The car was 2 years old, rather than spending thousands to fix it after several “ repair” appointments they said I could trade it in for a Chevy Malibu. My Malibu keeps dying, the screen system keeps going black. The screen system keeps going in and out and I cannot change the radio. The heater cannot be adjusted either. My husband took it in and they said it was just the battery. The very next day after we paid 200$ for a battery the rear camera system says” needs service.”

Really enjoyed buying from Prescott Brothers. I didn’t have to excessively haggle over price. Took truck home for a few days to give it a real test drive. Had a small issue that was costly to fix. Went there to get a truck after finding them on Cargurus.com I sent an email out and Pat Becker immediately contacted me back with details and when we could meet. Due to my work schedule and the 2 hour drive to get there they worked around it all.After arriving there I wasn’t pressured into anything from start to finish. I went on the test drive took my time on it came back the loan process was fast and smooth. The final paperwork was fast and smooth the entire process from me pulling into the dealership to leaving with a new set of wheels was 1 hour and 43 minutes. That included a appraisal on my trade in which they are very lenient on also.Great group of employees, very down to earth the atmosphere in the dealership is nice. Prior to leaving I inquired about an additional vehicle. Info was gave about it and came back the following day a Saturday already had the vehicles out and ready for the test drive. Saturday took a little longer (still fast for a dealership) due to not everything being open because it was a weekend.All in all would highly recommend this dealership, very professional down to earth guys, don’t pressure you to do anything, allow and show numerous various options from payments on loans, also deals to work and they WILL help you out with numbers to get you what you NEED for trade in and ultimately new vehicle. We started out on our trip to Canada from southern Indiana with our ram 3500 and fifth wheel and a boat and by 9:30 started having a bad noise and lights coming on saying our 4x4 needed service and we were concerned about traveling any further so we pulled into Prescott brothers dealership and first thing in the morning they got us in to the service department right away and found our problem with the truck, everyone was very nice and even offered us a car to go get breakfast if we wanted. My husband was very impressed with there service and how nice they were.

After having somewhat of a rough experience at another dealership, this one worked with me very easily. They had a very friendly demeanor while answering all of my questions. They got the vehicle I was interested in in a very quick amount of time from another dealership. They cleaned it and gave it a full tank of gas before I arrived. All the paperwork was thoroughly explained. They even help me configure my car to my preference before I left. Great experience, would recommend.

We live in Dayton, OH. That is 5.5 hours away from Prescott on a good traffic day. My wife found a used SUV there and started working with Pat. DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM PRESCOTT BROTHERS!!! I purchased a dodge ram from them and found out the truck had a snapped leaf spring that was patched back together with a weld... there salesman Johnny sold me the truck and says they wont fix it or compensate me anything to get it fixed. They sold me an un road worthy vehicle with a problem they hid! If you are looking to buy a used vehicle take your business elsewhere!! I just spent all this money on a truck I cant even drive!

We were heading back to Michigan when our car suddenly stopped while exiting I-80 for gas. We had to be towed, but Bill and his team got us in as soon as we arrived and had the problem diagnosed in less than an hour. The necessary part had to be delivered from Chicago, but the job was done at 9:00 a.m. the next day and we were back on the road! Needless to say...fantastic team...fantastic service!
