The staff are friendly and helpful. It is well stocked, clean, and organized. I highly recommend this store. Its one of my favorites in the Bay area.

I enjoy shopping here for a variety of reasons.The carry great products consistently.They routinely have sales, some up to 50 to 75% off.There is a sort of bohemian-hippie-chic vibe with products from high end skin care to scented candles to aromatherapy oils to stationary, greeting cards, baby products and, of course, pharmaceuticals.The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient.The atmosphere is always quiet and peaceful which makes browsing a joy.Very calm, efficient, well managed and well run store.One of my personal favorites in Menlo Park.

I just received my COVID-19 vaccine from Pharmaca–the staff there were so friendly, welcoming and the store was beautiful with great products–there was even a post-vaccine goodie-bag that the owner put together. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

The customer service is always on point and I love the various options on hand for essential oils, candles, bath salts. I appreciate seeing some of the items sold are also local and/or eco conscious.

Friendly staff, great products, smells fresh. This is a nice place to buy gifts, supplements and natural beauty and cleaning products. They also have special days where they give out free samples and information. A serene and lovely place to shop.

Prices are different from what is advertised - despite i have membership

The manager of the Menlo Park store (woman, late 50s, short grayish-blond hair, reading glasses) is so unbelievably rude, abrasive; and nasty, it’s outright baffling. Her face is perpetually contorted into a scowl; and she responds to the simplest inquiries, including those from her own employees, with a look that says; “What the hell do **you** want?!” I’ve read numerous unfavorable reviews from other customers about her. In fact, some shoppers won’t even enter the store if they see her. Clearly, this woman hates her job; and doesn’t deserve the privilege. Get rid of her!!

All of the pharmacy staff is are a pleasure to interact with and very efficient. Although my health plan keeps trying to get me to just do everything by mail order, I resist because I like to support my neighborhood pharmacy and sometimes need to talk in person to the pharmacist. Also, nice vitamin and beauty section...

Service was very good before pandemic but now is very poor . It seems like employees are not interested in their job . . Very disappointing!!

Why the one star?This is for the customer service. (Product wise they have an amazing selection).If I ask you where something is or what its called dont snap at me and tell me you are not a nutropath. Um.. konw your product and if you dont apologize and say you dont know....but never snap at your costumer.
