Worst customer service! I cancelled my service because the online app wasn’t working for me. I tried to get a new link to start over and reached customer service at least 3 times to get help. I’m incredibly tech savvy so it was not user error.We were so frustrated that we had to call customer service to reschedule delivery because they kept sending us water every two weeks when I asked for monthly service. Now I get this email from the company stating they have a new policy. If you call the customer service line for help, they will charge you $4.99!!! Seriously?! Stay away from this service.
Horrible, if there is 0, I would have given it. Initially they mentioned dispenser is free, while returning after a month coz i didn’t like the water service- they added 50$ return fee(for dispenser refurbished) i spend total of 90$ from May 6th to May 24th for this stupid nestle water service.Try not to get water here - you have lot of better places.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.If I could give this review a 0 I would. For the past half year, I have never gotten my water delivery on time. I have missed all deliveries and have only received it once after constant calling. Each time I call, the customer service representative will blatantly hang up on me if they do not know how to help me, or the escalation manager will make false promises and hope that I will not call again. I have been taken off the delivery system with no explanation, and although I both called and emailed, they will not respond or fix the issue. Furthermore, they charge me even though I did not receive water. These people are not accountable and do not care about their customers.
Never received order
I ordered the dispenser and two five gallon water. Getting text confirming deliveries. I also checked my account to check delivery status and confirmed my items. When the delivery person came, he said he only have the water but not the dispenser. So disapponting. I should have been informed in advance for they give you instructions to prepare the area where the dispenser is going, which I did. Waste of time and effort.
This service is HORRIBLE. One star is too much for them. Save yourself the time and frustration to sign up. Ive already used way to much of my time calling the useless costumer service people to try and make it work. Im just pasting here what I told them and whoever is interested in reading about their service is welcome to do so.Hello,Im sorry to say that your delivery service is been the most irritating and unpleasant experience Ive ever had with water delivery. I had to cancel my service today because once more my delivery is delayed and when I had to call for an update all I get are excuses on how the area is experiencing shortage on something, blah, blah... water delivery is a SIMPLE thing and most people like myself get it because its supposed to be convenient. However, after having the service for a few months and have had to call at least 3-4 times I feel like the problem is more than just being short-staffed for the actual delivery. I was so frustrated today when I call and I get this guy with a monochromatic voice level that clearly cares zero about my issue. Im probably writing to an endless pile of unanswered complaints but your costumer service is HORRIBLE and now I have to wait almost a week for your company to come get your useless cooler ( which, by the way is not serving hot water after already being replaced once in the short time I had the service) and the empty bottles I have.
They rescheduled for 6 times now and never showed up
I ordered service on a Thursday and was delighted to see my delivery was for the next day. I took the morning off work to accept the delivery, I did not buy bottled water for the weekend, waited ALL day... nobody ever came. I checked website and they moved my delivery date to the following Monday. I again, took Monday morning off, waited ALL day... finally called them. The operator said they would be out for delivery by end of week. I told her I thought it ridiculous just cancel my order altogether. Rather than attempt to “save” my new account, she canceled my order.I wrote to customer service explaining my frustration and they sent back a blanket email staring they “see a customer service rep took car of my request “.No customer service!!!!! You failed!
Driver that came by with water told me that drivers dont stay due to poor pay and also the way they are treated and they are over worked. He also said that the San Jose site does not sch drivers for end of the week and so they bring in other drivers from around the bay to cover and so this is the reason deliveries are always missed and delivered on Saturdays. I also checked with Alhambra and they also do the same thing.
Your paperless billing starting 1-1-2019 is inconvenient. We must go on-line, put in our password then downloading the statement. How cheap are you? Send the client an email with the statement in a PDF form and make our life easier. Your representative said that if we want paper there is a $3 charge. Please change your mind and send the client an email with the statement attached.
They give you a delivery time and date and do not deliver. Customer service doesnt care. No discount for inconvience. Nothing. Just sorry we cant do our ONLY job which is to of course deliver water on time. No regard for peoples time. Dont waste your time with this company.
Deliveries were consistently late by up to a week and a half. Every day we would get a text / call saying that we should leave the bottles out and that the delivery would be that day.
Do yourself a favor. Do not do business with these clowns. You will regret it.
Their delivery service is a disaster. The only reason I gave one star is that when I finally do get my water it’s good. The only delivery I’ve gotten on the scheduled date was the first one. Ever since, each delivery is rescheduled at least twice. I run out of water every time because I don’t account for later delivery. Then I have to skip the next delivery because they don’t shift it accordingly and if for some reason they delivered the next delivery on time I would end up with too much water. This isn’t rocket science ready fresh. All you have to do is deliver the water on the day you say you are going instead of repeatedly sending emails saying it’s “rescheduled”
Delivery is spotty. Nestlé doesnt seem to be able to keep their drivers, my guess is they pay poorly. For a big conglomerate, youd think they could manage a simple water delivery business, but as soon as Arrowhead was sold to Nestlé, things went downhill. Im going to find another vendor.
Never received water Ive ordered. Been hearing you will get it tomorrow, driver was late today for about a week until Ive canceled service. They couldnt care less. Just go to Safeway.
They are terrible! We are supposed to get delivery once a week and its been every 3 weeks instead so now I triple my order so Ill have enough water. Id switch companies but all the other companies have been bought up and the guys at my construction site dont like the water from their remaining competitor.
They are regularly late. Last month they were late by 10 days. I called three times and they promised to comp that order but they still charged me. Now you cant even get through on the phone to them and they have not answered my emails.
This company is hands down the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
I have not had 1 delivery on time - I always run out of water and need to go out and purchase - because the take it upon themselves to reschedule to several days later - the excuse is always problems with the linguistics of the route...
