A little bit out of the way with a hint of hard to find. Next to the Big 5 I used to visit in the 90s I should have known how to get there! I had to print one label for an eBay auction I had & be the copier be was giving me a hard time. I asked an associate who was running the printing department for help & she helped me quickly & got me exactly what I needed. I thank her so very much because I was just about to throw the copier across the store. That would have been awkward & Im sure expensive for sure! Kunsang, many thanks & keep on smiling young lady!! I simply wanted passport photos to be printed, which I had done before at a different Staples location (very quickly and flawlessly, I might add). However, here it took me 10 minutes to be acknowledged at all, and once I stated that I wanted passport photos printed they told me, We cant do that here, with no explanation why, despite me asking. I asked if they could just print it out on regular photo paper. They said they only had 8.5 x 11, which was fine by me; I could cut out the photos as long as they were sized properly. The answer was still no.Finally, the peeved woman in charge of the printing department said that she could do it, but only 1 copy instead of 3 and I would have to wait 45 minutes. (So you can print 1 copy, but not 3? Can you not just print the same file 3 times?)I said a polite thank you, and marched down the plaza to get my photos printed by CVS, where the service was friendly, efficient, and cheap. Im not sure why anyone would patronize this Staples if a simple print job like this befuddles their printing department.

This store is great! I visited from 5-6 pm on a Tuesday and I was one of only 2 or 3 customers so I was helped immediately! Teresa, the woman who worked at the copy & print center, was Very knowledgeable and helpful and patient & understanding.

This store is nice and also their products very affordableand the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Good costumer service.

The self-service printing station is old and janky, and will inexplicably print your documents incorrectly. However, the staff are upbeat, helpful and proactive about refunding printing issues and finding solutions.

Just moved to the area and tried to recycle ink here. Was told “my group” was warned not to recycle anymore by the manager..WTF. Safe to say worst Staples I’ve ever been to.

Average staples. Entrance is behind the storefront facing the main road. Quiet. not a lot of business on a Sunday morning

I was buy a outlet from there. i spend around $30 I just use not even a week already broken. I when back ask for return. They are Manager told me they are not manufactory. I have to contact outlet manufactory.I first time Heard a Store manager push out they are responsibility like this!I’m your customer. I buy this outlet from you guys! Not manufactory!😡

I had 10 11x17 posters to print from a pdf, where the preview in the app was giving me a warning on low resolution. Staff was extremely helpful and the color glossy posters turned out perfectly fine! Will definitely come back for printing, but also for craft supplies -- I found in the store a beautiful red Staples Tri project board, just what I needed!

That one guy, Jesse, was a lot of help. Seemed excited to go out of his way to direct me to the product and give his opinion on it! Plus he loved league, so that was a plus!

I 1st went to the ups store and the lady was no help all she said is read the instructions #+÷%!#! Ugh i readr and reread printer instructions tried making a 2 sided color copy and it wasnt working 4 me so after 4 attemps and paying 4 it i couldnt get it to work 4 me. I handed the paid copy card 2 the lady on my way out - i said there is still money on it give it 2 someone who may need it Im going 2 staples- then she asked do u want me 2 make the copies 4 u ugh...really....i said no Im going 2 staples.I got excellent service copies were made 4 me with a SMILE - STTESS FREE AND QUICK oh yes!

Tried to print the text, waited 2 hours until the machine will download the file, calculate the cost. Left with nothing. Its terrible.

Shame on Staples for making it difficult to recycle e-waste at this store - in the past it was as simple as dropping off the items

Horrible. I placed an order to pick up business cards on the same day and this location was not able to execute on this. They did not take any fault on this and was unable to provide me with any contact information for there manager!!! When you advertise on your website same day pick up- than you need to follow through! Otherwise, I would not have used your service and gone to FedEx !!!
