The audiologist-mark stanford was very astute to handle the adjustments to my hearing aid that i actually bought in Cleveland before virus and was sent to SF area. I could not get back to Cleveland. Reasonably priced,, wants to do his best and did. Very fortuitous for me

Amazing knowledge. I resisted hearing aids for too long and am fortunate to have found Rex and Sandy. I no longer have to work to hear - the hearing aids are such a gift. I got them after my 5 year old daughter told me I couldn’t hear. And my cats just had fun with my hearing aids and Rex solved for all the issues. Amazing. And insurance is taken which is great.

The best place for the best type of hearing aid.

Very nice and helpful people. Answered all my questions and concern. However, the problem I believe is myself and need to get the right material that can actually satisfy my need.

I was never turned away, I had never been disappointed. Service at its best.I am currently wearing a Lyric in the canal hearing aid.The good thing is that there is no battery to worry about.The bad news is that one never knows exactly when the device will go out.But Rex has always been able to get me in, sometimes in between patients.Rex is the nicest, most compassionate person I ever met in the hearing business. An appointment at BHC is always good. Rex and Sandy are friendly and courteous, and Rex is great with answering questions about the Lyric aids. Im in my second year with these aids and really love them.

The dome tip of my hearing aid came loose and got stuck in my ear. I pushed it in even deeper as I used a qtip to clean my ear, thinking that I had a pimple in there. Rex Andersen was able to extract it after a few tries. I am so thankful to him. This is very friendly and helpful hearing aid center. I highly recommend it.

Very friendly effective​ service by Rex. I went in to buy ear wax traps my husband needed for his hearing aides and Rex cleaned the hearing aides and placed new batteries in as well as replaced the traps as a courtesy. No charge. I purchased the ear traps at a low cost and was very pleased by the professionalism and friendly service!

Ive had a challenging case trying to fit hearing aids The Lyric product, but the Mountainview location has gone way over and above what you expect for customer service these days. Theyre knowledgeable, patient, and extremely accommodating. They have made it easy to regain my hearing and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of this service!!
