Used to be my favorite place to get Carnitas every time I came back to the Bay area but I guess theres a new owner and the food doesnt even taste half the same as used to everybody Id show the Carnitas to would say its the best Ive ever had but times have changed and the flavor is not even theyre not worth to go at all good beer prices on Cinco de Mayo...... When the other day to get a carnitas burrito the burrito was way smaller than they usually make it usually its a big burrito but it was very tiny I watched the guy make it he put barely any rice and beans and the meat look like it was so dry but I was so hungry I didnt care then when he handed me the burrito it was $10 for a very small burrito when I got home and get into it the carnitas were rubbery and dry no flavor I threw half of it away and I never throw burritos away this place is really going downhill in their food and Ive noticed that not a lot of people go there for their hot food anymore I really wish things were different but theyre not and everything in the store during covid and after is extremely expensive how hard can you be on people working everyday to keep raising your prices

Great place to grab a quick lunch, prices below average considering the area. Mom/pop store, not a chain store, friendly atmosphere and a great customer service, fresh meat department, deli sandwich stand, has recently met and passed the strict USDA hygiene standards, fresh bread and coffee available in the mornings, fresh legumes and vegetables, cant say enough great things about the store, highly recommended 👍

I am a frequent client of this store and I always wasted hundreds of dollars for my business but I wont ever go back or buy anything because the service was terrible. There was a man following me around the store like if I was going to steal something. His name is Adolfo Guevara. He is not a good supervisor, ignorant, terrible person.

The cashiers at this store were very rude and argued to me that my payment didnt go through when it clearly said on the screen that it was approved and it even gave the authorization code. They still continued to argue with me until they realized they were wrong. And in the end they didnt even apologize.

Today was the second time that I went to buy food at the deli and you will find that the treatment of one of the cooks sucks. I do not know how to deal with the people. He sent me to buy a can for the pasiyos ... I mean, what? The girl next to me listened and kindly opened the refrigerator and gave them to me.The food is delicious, the brunette with a real face that does not fit in that position.
