My experience with Bridgepoint Music was Exceptional!I was assisted by the shop manager Dan. He took a personal interest in making sure that all of my questions were answered prior to making the purchase.I appreciated Dans knowledge and experience but what made the difference was that he really cared about my needs.I purchased the Adams A4 Custom Bb Trumpet. The horn was shipped to me immediately and the price was more than fair.If you are in the market to purchased a musical instrument, look no further than the folks at Bridgepoint Music.

Weve been coming here for music lessons for 5+ years. Great instructors and facilities. Its also great that if we need any books or otherwise, they have it in the store.Parking is in the back and is generally pretty easy except some of the spaces can be a bit small.As an added bonus, Stacks is just 2 block away.

This store doesnt look like anything from the street, but when you walk in, you are surrounded by this gorgeous display of instruments! The staff are friendly and it is obvious that they are all passionate and knowledgeable about music. They offer both new instruments for sale and also rentals for those who cant afford it (or for kids in school who are just starting out). They can also help set you up with a teacher and do repairs for you.

Fantastic service, very friendly and professional staff. Im truly amazed.I brought in a cello for a minor repair and wanted to rent another one for a week, ready to pay the full months rental price. They did the repair perfectly in just a few days and didnt charge me anything for the loaner (which was a beautiful, gorgeous-sounding Scott Cao cello).

Renting instrument here for my kids for years. It has been a 5 star store. They usually have very good service but not this summer. Went there last week. The girl works there does not know much and working kind of rude. She is not helpful or friendly. I will avoid summer next time.
