My son was supposed to stand up in a wedding on Saturday 9/25 and tested positive for Covid Monday 9/20. On 9/22 I was told I would still need to pay for the tux even though I had no control over his diagnosis and i had even offered to provide documentation of his positive PCR test results. I was told it was due to the supplier at which time I contacted the supplier who stated it was the individual franchise to determine their store policy.I understand certain circumstances however being in the current pandemic there is NO way to predict two weeks prior when someone may contract COVID and if someone is willing and able to provide documentation of positive test results while still having to quarantine they shouldnt be held responsible in that particular case for the tux rental.We are trying to do our parts to limit the spread and follow the guidelines of the CDC which restricts our son from going to the wedding which is NOT by choice yet there is no exception according to the business & supplier. This is horrible policy by both the independent owner and their supplier JimsFormalWear.com. Please keep in mind when considering renting as the uncertainty of COVID affects all of us unfortunately.

What an amazing experience I had at Tres Chic!! It was my first time ever bridal dress shopping this past Saturday and I never thought I would buy a dress on my first visit but I DID, and its amazing! The associate that helped me was extremely helpful, caring, responsive, and FUN!! I felt so at home in the store. Amazing for wedding dress alterations! My dress was not the right length with a lot of complicated detailed lace at the bottom, and they were able to take all of it off piece-by-piece and reattach it after shortening. It looked absolutely perfect after the alterations, and was way more affordable than I would have thought! Will definitely go back for all future alterations :)

Belinda has been so great to our wedding party as well as our family looking for tuxs and dress alike. Shes been helpful making sure what we picked goes well with other aspects of our wedding. I had the best experience here. It truly felt like I was part of the family. I purchased a blush pink dress and it was the second dress I tried on. LOVE IT. I would truly recommend anyone to go into this store, and get some of the love they provide to their customers. I am an event/wedding coordinator, and I will be telling everyone about this place. These ladies are wonderful! They have such great personalities and customer service. We ordered our tuxes through them. The only issue we had was the wrong color for vests/ties was wrong for the groomsmen but we got the correct ones reordered and got them the day before the wedding. They definitely strive to please and I would definitely recommend them.

I recently bought a bridesmaids dress from Tres Chic and I have nothing but good things to say about this place! The ladies that run the shop are so nice. They allowed us to look around and were there to answer questions and help with styles without breathing down our necks. They were not at all snooty like the girls at a lot of bridal shops Ive been to. I picked out a gorgeous dress for a reasonable price and it fit perfectly. Great experience all around!

Tres Chic does a fantastic job in making you feel welcome and altered my dress exactly the way I needed. Additionally, they worked very fast, and I received my altered dress with a quick turnaround. I would suggest them to friends. They are amazing!!

Great place to rent and/or buy a Tux and other Formal needs! The only issue was my husbands (at the time Fiancees) Tux, for our wedding, could have been fitted a little better; as the jacket was a bit too long but all in all the Tux looked Awesome on him! Thank you Tre Chic!

Love this place!! she is so fricken nice! and a lot of fun enjoyed joking around with her! I only got a bridesmaid dress but when it comes to my wedding ill definitely look here first!! Not to mention we ordered late and she still made sure everything came in on time and I love the honesty in this place! would recommend to everyone!!

I would NOT recommend this business! So unprofessional! My daughter was lied to about the prices. She was charged $100 more than what she was quoted on the phone. Her receipt was a plain note card and she was required to pay cash. When we said we were not going to have them steam the dress, they said they already paid the company that does that when the owner had told us the previous time that she is the one who steams the dresses. She was originally going to be closed the day before my daughters wedding and then she said she would be opened. My daughter called ahead of time before going to pick up her dress and no one answered. She called again 10 minutes later and the owner answered and said, I noticed you called, but wanted to make you stew! Who does this???? The bustle that she paid so much money to have done, lasted all of one hour. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

OMG, the best experience I have ever had! I traveled 5 hrs and was no disappointed. The owner and I hit off as if we had known each other for years. The selection wasnt overwhelming and was able to find the perfect dress for my event. Thank you Belinda for making me feel like family. Will recommend you to everyone!

Tres Chic rocks! I called early last week to get in on Saturday morning for bridesmaid dress shopping. I didnt expect to get in but the woman was very understanding that my schedule wasnt flexible and she invited us in at the time I requested. We were greeted with an enthusiastic, outgoing consultant (possibly the owner). She was very helpful and accommodating the entire visit. The selection of dresses was very nice.Definitely consider shopping here!

Loved the experience here. Belinda was very nice and helpful! I will definitely recommend this place. Not a huge selection (about 100 dresses) but I found several dresses that were amazing and two that are top contenders.

The lady wouldnt let me try on the types of dresses I wanted to saying that they wouldnt be flattering on my figure. She continually put me in dresses that made me look like I was in my 40s.

We ordered our tuxes for our wedding from here. Excellent competitive prices, great communication, and nice color selection. We would definitely recommend renting tuxes from here.

I would not recommend this store. I had to order a bridesmaid dress through here and did not have a great experience. The person measuring me measured me over my clothes ( which I was wearing a hooded sweatshirt) which put me in a size up. I tried to explain that I was not that size, and given that it was strapless I needed a smaller size ( i have a very small chest). I ended up leaving very frustrated and came back to get resized before ordering it, this time only in a tank top. I felt very pressured and uncomfortable through the entire process. I would recommend other bridal store in the area.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. I would never recommend this place to anyone! My husband ordered all of his tuxedos here. He was told with 5 tuxedo rentals, his would be free. His was paid for by someone else and he was charged for his tuxedo, after he was told it was free.THEN, when the groomsman and everyone picked up the tuxedos, the bow ties for them were completely wrong. So on the day of our wedding, the guys were in the church trying to swap bow ties. Honestly, the price of this was slightly less than other places we looked and now I certainly see why, HORRIBLE service. I would gladly have paid the extra 10-20 bucks per tux and gone to Mens Warehouse!!!! Brides and grooms beware, do not spend your money here!

I was married this past December and the only store with great customer service was Tres Chic. We had all of our dresses before expected dates all tuxes fit great :) I would highly recommended to anyone searching. LOVE LOVE LOVE :)

Before you go buy here you should follow your gut, everything was outdated and the only dress that I found that looked remotely like anything you should be wearing in 2011 was the one I bought. After realizing that I should had thought about it a while, I then realized that they charges me $850 for a dress that was spring of 2009 and I cant even resale for more then $300. I did not do my research. They were rude and when the dress came in and there was a problem, they kept blaming it on me and how it looked on me.... not what I had in mind when Im dropping some serious cash.

Highly recommended!!! They have tons of great styles and very friendly and honest staff!! I recommend them to everyone!

Amazing costumer service and exellent selection, not just the same 5 cookie cutter dresses like other stores such as Davids bridal, you feel welcome and comfortable even if dresses and trying them on isnt your cup of tea. I really enjoyed my experience here genuinely, this is coming from a maid of honor who is 19 not a girly girl has social anxiety and isnt a dress person so this holds a lot of weight in my mind that the average women who are actually into dresses n weddings would love this shop Im willing to type a review that also says alot!

The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. She lies about prices and overcharges members of a bridal party and insults peoples ages and bodies. I wouldnt recommend to anyone.
