My insurance required me to switch from Walgreens to CVS for my prescription. 1 prescription was transferred. It was filled with the name brand and not generic. The generic brand was what was transferred. Bad enough but what was truly concerning was that my husbands name was on the bottle. I have zero confidence and would warn anyone using this pharmacy to double check your prescriptions before you leave..

Place is a joke. Had a COVID test APPOINTMENT for 3:00. Called me @ 2:40 to tell me the appointment is canceled. I set that appointment the day prior…why would you wait until minutes before the appointment to notify me of cancellation? Let me know in the morning so I have an opportunity to reschedule. Joke of a pharmacy

Literally the worst pharmacy locally. Horrible pharmacy customer service. They always are very slow and very rude like you are being an inconvenience to them by coming to their CVS. The inside general staff is friendly, but the pharmacy is bad enough that it doesn’t help the rating

Been waiting in line for over 30 minutes to pick up my prescription. Oh and there were only 2 cars in front of me. Place is awful! The only reason I am waiting is bc they told me they will put it back on the shelf.

Dont write reviews often, even when something happens or there is an issue. Had a covid test scheduled a day in advance, just received text saying it was canceled without citing a reason. Then 10min later received a text confirming the appointment again. Called to see if its actually happening or not and was bounced back and forth between Covid hotline and Minuteclinic hotline and neither could assist. Eventually auto call system said were sorry for not being able to assist you and then it hung up. Just confused how difficult it is to speak to a person.Half venting, half PSA for if this happens to anyone else, just save your time and go elsewhere.

Store manager is so rude. Sees me 6 months pregnant sitting on the floor by myself waiting for the minute clinic. I assume he’s going to offer me a chair. No he very rudely tells me to pull my mask all the way up. Highly recommend going to the Walgreens across the street if you can.

Ive honestly always had a wonderful experience here. The pharmacists have been knowledgeable, they greet me, they remember me. Every time theyve done their best to expedite things the best they can, even calling other locations when I needed something quickly due to a situation. I feel lucky to be able to go here.

I scheduled a COVID test for 12:40 and in 50 minutes I still hadnt been tested. The store has no signage detailing where to go, so I parked in an area designated for COVID testing, where a sign there told you to wait until youre called. Eventually I called the pharmacy and a rep told me that I should wait in the parking lot. After about 40 minutes I went back around to the pharmacy drive through only to be told that the COVID tests are being done at the first lane and not the second, so they wanted me to wait in line again in the first. I was vocally irritated, but not in a manner in which was unacceptable, and the agent at the drive through hung up on me. I ended up filing an official complaint with CVS corporate.In contrast, when I got tested last at Walgreens, they had signs right from the moment you pull into their parking lot telling you where to go and what to do. I had no problems at all with getting in an out for my test there. CVS has lost my business.

I have always liked going to CVS but today was not good. I couldn’t find the over the counter med I needed and asked the pharmacy tech who replied the store is being remodeled and she doesn’t know where anything is and I should ask someone else. Time came to get my prescription (time they told me it would be ready over the phone) and another pharmacy person said they could find nothing for me and was I sure it was at that location and time. I put back my other items and went to Walgreens where the pharmacist came out from behind the counter to help me!! Called on my prescription elsewhere. Sorry CVS, your customer service is not up to par

The pharmacy has filled my scripts incorrectly several times. When questioned on it with the pharmacy tech, the tech over talked me, would not let me explain my concern, and assumed she knew my concern w/o letting me speak. Will be changing to another pharmacy.

Went to CVS for a Covid test and sadly it’s day 15 and no results. I’ve called the location, hotline, everything but no answers On the results. They said it’s not their fault but clearly it is. I would definitely NOT recommend going there.

I called today to ask about an RX that was picked up on Friday. It is for an incorrect quantity. The pharmacy manager here, Thien, told me that I should have called them before picking up my prescription (RX) to ensure that they refilled my RX correctly as my doctor has always sent over for the previous 2 years. I had my sister pick it since I was ill and she didnt see that it was only for 30 days and came home. I had no reason to suspect there would be this refill issue. They said that they didnt call me because its not their job to tell me my insurance would only allow 30 days this time because I could have called them to check before I came...I called my insurance company, they said they didnt decline my regular 90-day refill and the only reason they can think of that CVS lied to me is so they can profit more by charging me my $20 copay for each 30 day refill vs. just once for the 90 day refill.

The Pharmacist Kim is very difficult to work with and simply put she is just plain rude! I know this store has struggled to keep staff members but its staff members like her that should be terminated. It gives the store a bad reputation...... many of my associates agree this pharmacist is rude. They refuse to use that location - they will go to another CVS or have switched to Walgreens. If I could give a -5 stars I would - simply because of Kim.

Truly unbelievable how rude the pharmacy tech was when I was picking up a prescription today. Not only rude to me but other customers picking up prescriptions as well. She would also yell out the customers name and their prescription they were picking up. HIPAA violation! This was my first time getting a prescription and it will be my last. Glad there are other pharmacies in the area!

Dont go here or to any other CVS for COVID-19 testing. Any other community testing location will get your results in 2-5 days. By the time you get your results from CVS its too late/pointless.

Its a real bad experience working with the staff (2 ladies, not sure the names, talked to the manager David about it) in this store. Store closing time is at 10 pm and i reached there by 9 pm and they were rushing to close the store. The staff lady at photo center was vacuuming and not listening what the customer is talk about, also making real rude expressions when i asked help for, i had to literally walk behind her while she was vacuuming with high machine noise. The photo center lady is zero knowledgeable and not even ready to listen when a customer say something. One lady shouted at me saying we dont have time to process refunds since its closing in 20 minutes and i need to stop by the store next day morning for refunds. REAL VERY BAD experience. I talked to the store manager next day mentioning the rudeness which i faced, not sure any action can be taken. I really request CVS management to teach them how to behave with customers if they work with CVS. As a customer i wasted my time & peace of mind and got disrespect visiting this store.

The freaking worst Pharmacy in the world! Door should be open at 8 a.m. its 8:30 and the doors are still locked. Staff is very rude and uncooperative. Do not want to help you out if you have any questions at all. They just sit behind the counter and wait for your money. Pharmacy staff is not helpful at all. Its like a hassle for them to go back and get your medication. Seriously go someplace else. Scene 3 customers pull up to the door and its still locked 8:38 a.m.Pharmacy hours suck! Weekend hours 10 to 6? People do work on weekends too. Again another reason they dont care about customers

Unfortunately, this location does not seem to have the number of staff required for a busy location. I will repeatedly be contacted that my prescriptions are ready to pick up but when I get to the pharmacy Im told that they havent actually been filled and it will be at least an hour before they are ready, or that the particular prescription is not in stock and it will be a couple days. On three occasions I was told that it would not be ready that evening but I could return the next day and it will be ready, unfortunately, when I returned it had not been filled.The latest issue and the reason that I can no longer use this pharmacy is regarding a prescription that required a doctor refill. I used the telephone refill line to request a refill 2 weeks prior to running out of medicine. When I went in to pick up the medication, I was told that it wasnt ready because it needed a refill from the doctor and they had faxed the request that day, not two weeks prior when I requested the refill. A week goes by and the prescription still had not been filled. I contacted my doctors office and they had not received any communication from the pharmacy. I was finally contacted later that week by CVS staff, saying that they received the communication from the doctor and the medication would be filled in the next day or two. Another 2 weeks go by and today (5 weeks after the initial refill request) I received a call that it was ready to pick up. I wait in line at the pharmacy and it turns out they had ordered the wrong medication and it wasnt actually there.I can no longer use this business because of the inability to reliably perform their job. I am transferring all prescriptions to a different company.Regardless of the time or day, the pharmacy staff is rushing around and trying their best, unfortunately the level of staffing is not adequate for the amount of business at this location. As a result mistakes are constantly being made and I cannot trust that medications will be reliably filled.

EDIT: things have gone downhill fast. The only reason I still come here is because my insurance. Pharmacist is rude, techs are generally clueless, and things are never ready on time. (If filled at all!)The rewards card and rewards program are confusing, but overall I am happy with the service here. Pharmacy is proactive in getting refills from the doctors office and getting prescriptions switched to 90 day refills instead of having to come back every 30 days.

Went there to pick up a prescription after getting a family member out of the hospital. They said they never got it despite the nurse calling in. Said it would take 25-35 minutes to fill, it took well over an hour. Staff was unwilling to expedite even with my post-op relative waiting uncomfortably in the car. Wouldnt trust them with any urgent medical needs. Would rate zero if I could.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The pharmacy staff, one male in particular, is SO rude. He lied and told me I couldnt pick up my medication the day I called because it was too soon and insurance wouldnt cover it. Then tried to lecture me that I should have enough of my medication left. He was extremely nasty and talked down to me like I was a child. I called another CVS location that same day. They filled it, I picked it up no issue, and my insurance covered it. Im not sure why that man feels its his place to withhold medication from people. He needs to do his job and quit being judgemental. I will never return here.

Go somewhere else if you can. Ive tried multiple times not to write a bad review. Ive spoken with the manager and told him about the pharamacy staff but its been months since that and the pharamacys attitude hasnt changed or improved in any way. The pharamacy staff is completly rude. If I call to make sure my prescription is filled and ready they always act as if its a hastle to look up and make sure it is filled with the correct thing [name brand vs generic name] before I drive there and have to wait for them to fill it and or order it in.When I do have another question they simply respond with I dont know and I have no clue. If you dont know there is always asking someone who may know the answer to the question. I get it may be busy but this is your job and if someone has questions you should help. I spend minutes trying to get answers about why I couldnt get a medication Ive been getting for years, they were able to order it in after i continued to question why they no longer had it even though theyve had it for at least 6 years and it was a real medication that is still around.The attitude here is very rude and disrespectful. I think there is one niceish person there otherwise you can forget it.
