My original review of this store was one star, but I felt the need to update it. After reading about my negative experience in my first review, I received email and a call from the store manager and the corporate office.I truly appreciate the immediate response from the store on a local and corporate level. As a result, I would be willing to try them again.

Selling used/returned office furniture as new.......Last night I went and bought a desk chair. A store associated located the chair for me, which was on the second level of skid racking. She proceeds to push the chair off of the skid racking so it falls and lands directly on the floor. I should have turned away at this point but still bought the chair.I get the chair home only to open the box and find out nothing was in factory sealed packing materials. The casters were in a bag taped shut with scotch tape. The bags that protect the chair were torn. The fasteners were loose in the bottom of the box and someone cut the package open with a knife.Not wanting someones used chair I returned it. The cashier never offered any apology. She needed approval for the return and called the store manager over who it turns out is the first person that helped me locate the chair and pushed it off the skid racking. Again no apology from her.First bad experience with the store but I wont be going back with this poor service.Be careful what you buy since clearly they sell used / returned items at new and full price.

Ive had great luck with the staff at this location. They are very knowledgeable and willing to help out. The prices are about as good as you will find anywhere for office supplies. Some of the best customer service Ive experienced at any retail store. Will continue to shop here for all my office supplies.

Teenage employee with bright blue hair told me to wear my mask properly (I was holding it in front of my nose and mouth with my hand). We left and they lost a $100 sale. Buh bye...going to Best Buy. They dont harass patrons there. Wont be back.

Great assortment of office supplies. Very friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Did have to stand in a very short line (3 people) for at least 5 minutes. Another cashier did come to the front, so Ill give them that. It wasnt a perfect experience, but it was pretty good 4/5 stars.

It was what I expected... Quiet, office supplies galore. I left with a planner that Ill probably never use. :)

Overall okay experience. We were greeted when we were shopping for a new desk chair, however was never really offered and assistance to carry out or getting a cart to help with it. We ended up having to bring it back since there was damage to the chair, but they happily exchanged it with no problems.

Just your average office supply store. Nothing too special. Do not get your computer fixed here though. They wont really fix the problem. More like wipe your computer and charge you for it.

The service was slow at best. It took 15 minutes to pick up an online order and they had no customers in line. In this situation, it should take under 5 minutes. Online orders should save time.

I was in the store for about 25 mins. and no one never said a word to me. I was not asked if they could help me. I finally had to ask for assistance. Because of my experience I will buy what I wanted from a different company.

The store is too warm n too expensive. The girl at the register was awesome and very informed and efficient. Pleasant demeanor. This is the men Fls store on Appleton Ave. at 4pm on Sunday, August 20th.

Excellent office supply store. Great customer service, and they had what I was looking for.

Returned a pickup order on behalf of themself. Never told the customer, just refunded because the pickup item that was never picked up was returned. It wasnt even 1 full day when the order was placed when it got returned.

Its not the biggest Office Max in town but the staff at the professional services desk are the best. They were so helpful and went above and beyond to get me exactly what I needed as quickly as possible.

Looking for a shredder.After checking Wal-Mart and Target I found one at Office Max that was better quality and on sale for $25.00 less,very happy with my purchase.

Did a sign painting class here with a local vendor. Excellent venue for classes.
