I wanted to purchase my girlfriend a necklace for Christmas and after looking at all the big name jewelry stores and seeing the poor quality yet absurd prices as well as the constant badgering from the sales people, I decided to find a small local jeweler and I am extremely happy I did. The moment I came in, the guy that came out (sorry forgot your name) was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. He showed me many different options that they had in the store and after not finding one that suited what I was looking for, offered custom ordering it. One other thing that I noticed was that while I was there another couple came in. While they were there, the wife mentioned that her necklace had an issue. Right there on the spot, he took the necklace in the back and fixed it free of charge. Never once made a big deal about it either. It just shows how committed they are to good customer service!The necklace was complete after only a week which is amazing given that this was 1 week before Christmas and it turned out even better than I expected. The aquamarine stone was stunning and had that exact shade of blue that I was looking for and the whole necklace just looks great. On top of this all, the price was extremely fair.I will definitely be going here again for any future jewelry needs.

I visited this location in early June 2016. The intention of my visit was to potentially sell an engagement ring and 2 wedding bands that I had and I was also in the market to purchase an engagement ring for my current girlfriend.Upon entering the store, the man working was helping an older couple. They finished up fairly quickly and I was helped immediately. What kind of seemed a bit strange to me is in giving me an offer for the ring, he did not look at the appraisal description I had of the rings. After about 5 minutes, he offered me 1/3rd of what 3 other jewelers in the greater Milwaukee area had just hours earlier.After trying not to laugh, I switched my focus into looking at engagement rings for my girlfriend. They did not have what I was looking for in store as I was looking for a large solitaire stone. When I asked the man working about it, he showed me their largest. When I explained I was looking for about 2 carats, he pulled out a chart and looked at it for a few minutes. He then told me a 2 carat H color stone with SI2 clarity would be $18k. I nearly fell on the floor. This was about $4-6k higher than that stone would cost nearly anywhere else I have inquired.It is safe to say my experience as an educated diamond consumer was not as expected here. I made a point to come here due to the extremely high reviews I have seen on google and the like, but my experience was not similar to what I have read.

I came in last week looking for a reasonably priced piece of jewelry for my wife. I wanted to make sure that it was the best of the best because our anniversary is next week! 30 years already! Bill welcomed me with open arms and explained all the different pieces of jewelry to me so that I could better understand and be able to choose what I wanted. I never felt persuaded to buy something that I may have not wanted or anything like that. I found the most beautiful necklace there, and Im 100% positive that she is going to love it.

I cannot recommend this jeweler. After calling and asking if he could replace a watch battery and him confirming he could, I brought the watch in for what I thought would be a quick battery change. After 10 minutes of waiting, he returns to tell me he needed to keep my watch because a piece snapped off inside over the battery area while he attempted to remove old battery. While explaining this visually, William had placed the watch crystal face down on his counter (without any protection underneath). Without jumping to conclusions, I said fine, how long? He said until Wednesday (2 days from then because his repair guy was closed Tuesday). I didnt receive a call until Thursday (not a big deal but considering the unexpected circumstance, I reasonably expected repair service to be as prompt as he initially stated as its my fathers watch who wears it daily). When I returned for pick-up, he didnt say much. He took my watch out of an envelope and proceeded with a bill of service for replacing the battery. $10.00. No explanation regarding the repair whatsoever, no apology. He was grumpy handing me the watch back (likely because he wanted to charge me for the repair service). Today, a month later, the watchs date no longer changes properly. Too careless which is odd considering his years of service. My father has had this watch for many years without any issue and a few battery replacements by other jewelers. So, for this and the other reasons stated, I do not recommend him for any services he offers.

William is a wonderful guy! I bought a pair of beautiful peridot earrings this summer for my mother in law at his store, and just recently a watch for my husband for Xmas. My husband unfortunately told me he wasnt interested in wearing a watch, and I went to the store to return it. William treated me with such kindness and grace, and didnt make me feel uncomfortable one bit. I will return to his store, again and again to purchase from him. He has a very nice kept store and takes care of the most important part, people. Thank you William for being such a great local business owner. Im a customer for life!

This place is a scam they offer you 50% of your golds worth! I was told my 14ct gold 646$ 5.25 grams I said I would bring my own scale. He wouldnt allow it it really weighs 75 grams. Wish I could screw people like that
