Had a really nice experience today while i shopped there today. The lady who was my cashier, jojo, (i called to give the store a compliment and to find out her name because she deserves it!) well, she was awesome. Told me about to rewards program (that saved me $5 on my purchase) and then apologized when it wasn’t working for me and it was taking a while to work. (My luck. 😂)But she was very nice about everything. Also. She greeted me when i walked with with a huge smile. I know that’s what they should be doing….but i don’t see that any more. Moral of story, she’s great and i wanted to give her a compliment.

Wife shopped, I paid. Went to get one thing found a$100 sale item, couldnt resist the deal and asked me to buy 😅 🙃. Now its time to put it together. Good deals can be found she says if you know how to shop. Its a go to spot when Im driving for some reason. I dont mind though, like every other store they need help!

Ordered online and glad they did curbside pickup! The man loaded my order right in the vehicle for me and was fast and friendly! Super easy!

I like shopping here but since the pandemic hit there are items that they dont carry as much as they used to however if I need some small items and dont feel like visiting a big store i definitely will go here. Its also close to restaurants and a grocery store.

LOVE the store. Very clean. Employees answered all my questions with very knowledgeable information and even went above and beyond explaining the product in question. AWESOME PRICES on high quality name brand products. Will be shopping at big lots a lot more often then other big box stores from now on.

Very good store huge and has a lot of nice beds and other merchandise im surprised their is not enough of big lots around the state or country the black lady on sunday was very welcoming and very friendly have a lot of nice quality stuff and other foods aswell

Literally physically got shoved out of the way by a lady in pajamas without a mask on after standing behind her abandoned cart in line while 2 people were cashed out. I finally moved her cart out of the way when it was our turn and as I was unloading my things she hit me and my daughter with her cart while the cashier watched her shove us out of the way and say “sorry I ran to grab some things.”

All their prices are up so unless they stock something you cant find elsewhere, its not worth the trip. Checkout takes too long

Not to bad... pretty sad when a customer asks 2 other customers to help a elderly veteran load up his couch into the truck.

Great clean and friendly store. Staff is always acknowledging the customers and willing to help. Our cashier was fabulous and consistent with every customer he had. They were busy but opened another register to handle the line and we all got through quickly. Managers and staff were seen on the sales floor helping and greeting customers. Nice to see...

Normally find what I’m looking for here and staff is helpful and friendly. However, I visited this location 10/9/2019 around 10:30 and the young guy on the register has absolutely zero customer service skills. Not a greet, not a hello, wasn’t helpful when something wouldn’t scan. It took for me to ask him what can we do about this product not scanning because I wanted it and his response was ‘I don’t know because it’s probably not our product’. Like huh? Eventually a woman walked up to help him out and I was on my way. Again, not a have a nice day..just a walk off...did I do something wrong here? Put a very bad taste in my mouth with this location. The other staff are very friendly, just put them up there to greet customers instead.Update: guy working at counter this morning 3/12/20 around 11am is super friendly and enthusiastic, I absolutely love it.

Big Lots has always been my favorite store. Ive worked and shopped there every since they first opened the first store in Milwaukee. I continue to shop there. You always find something great there at a great savings.

You can find good old stuff that we VB had back in the good old days and the prices are low that you can afford thanks big lots keep it up and stay strong 💪

Been to many Big Lots in the US. This one was okay. Some good deals, somewhat messy. Team members not as friendly as other Big Lots I have been to. The store was well stocked, good prices. Some things you can get cheaper at other stores though. Lots of large furniture pieces which made the store feel small.

Big Lots prices are great. I can shop for makeup products, nail polish, food, and household products - easily & save money. The workers are nice and friendly.

Store was well kept. Staff helpful and polite. The restrooms were very clean.

Good stuff cheap. Better than dollar stores. Furniture, beds, candy, decor, food, seasonal decor, h&ba. Cheap.

Thought I was getting bargains and then found food items cheaper in grocery store. Check and compare prices before you purchase anything. But fun to walk through and you may find things you didnt know you needed till you see them

Disappointing since the pandemic their tissue that they used to stock they no longer sell they stock a tissue at a higher price I used to purchase A Certain brand of tissue from them and they no longer sell it but they keep stocking a higher price of tissue so Ill have to find me another store where I can find a bargain by now they should have been able to stock up certain items that I purchased from them for The Last 5 Years and they havent😨
