OTR Driver here. Picked up here. Got here, they knew nothing about my load, after getting a hold of my dispatch and some research, the shipping dept. found that someone in their company gave them the wrong info. Also check which bldg you need to pick up at, they have like two off Campbell and one off Overview Drive. I was told by their shipping dept. at Campbell to go to this one off Overview Drive. They use/provide no seals, I put ours on, no trailer # on my bills so I hand wrote both seal and trailer # on them. No ovnp at their facilities as there is no room, can stage on street if you have to. Actual loading time good, friendly employees. Just verify your load info, building location, etc to avoid the hoopla.
