I had such a great experience with Precision. The man who came out, Eric, was incredibly friendly while also being professional and knowledgeable.I had called for 2 issues. One, he was able to fix in about 30 seconds. The other one he began to fix but as he continued to work we realized the issue was bigger than he was able to fix that day. He pivoted quickly and got everything ordered for everything that needed to be replaced. 10/10 would recommend using precision.

Brand new door and Ive had to have them come out and keep fixing things. I just had someone out yesterday and need them to come back out because its still making loud cracking sounds but cant have them out because its a weekend and they charge. When it works its great but a brand new door shouldnt be making a single sound especially when it was just fixed

Great service, fast response. Within a day of one spring breaking leaving us locked out our home(no keys to the any of doors to the house on us at the time) Precision Door was right there, and earlier than expected. Everything was done satisfactory, quotes were detailed, no upselling, over all great.So why only FOUR stars, discounts, specifically military, called to see what the discount was.....10 dollars. My initial bill was around $613, a $10 discount would still be $600. They also had free service call fee that was waived of $70. I used the free service fee(with parts purchase vice the military discount) as you cant use both! I got my total bill down to $543.I didnt ask but I bet the senior discount is also going to be $10. 10% would have been $61, still less than the free service fee of $70, would I have worried about a difference of $9 and taken the military discount, probably, if it was a percentage, but as a flat fee, when the highest quote I got was over $1200, $10 and 10 percent is completely different. If we needed $1200 of work done(were talking a refit job, minus new garage panels), $10 is a joke, I probably would have found someone else.

I had Jacob, guy just moved from Kansas City, come this cold evening to fix my door. After inspecting and telling me the options I could go with. My wife and I chose to get a new garage operator system. Jacob was ready to go and got it done in less than two hours. He also taught me how to sync my phone to the garage door. Overall he was very informative and time efficient!

We had a wonderful experience with precision garage door. Our tech, Dan, was very helpful, professional and informative. He also took proper COVID 19 precautions when sometimes service personnel who come to your home do not.

I called Precision for an estimate. They scheduled an appointment quickly, and when the estimator was called away for a last-minute family matter, the field operations manager came over and personally helped me out. It turns out I could replace a couple of parts and fix the garage myself for free. He fixed one part for me and even gave me one of the parts that I needed for free. Precision was very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

I cant even rate it but thanks Google for asking me to, I had a job interview at 1 p.m I got there at 12:50 P.M and the doors where locked and an outta town employee was locked out also and he said they where out to lunch till 1 p.m. I waited in their parking lot till 1:15 still nobody was there so I left. Disappointing I was interested in working there and its 2:30 P.M and still no call from them but thats just my experience.

I received a total of 3 quotes for repair on my damaged garage door. Not only did Precision quote on repair only, they were the most professional, responsive, and on time business of the 3. I was able to have my door quoted and repaired on the spot. The only honest complaint I have is that the trip charge should be credited towards the service if you decide to have the work done by them. The other two companies did not charge a trip charge.

Outstanding service provided! The technician was timely, personable, expert, thorough and efficient. The 4 stars rather than 5 relates solely to price. The $69.99 service call turned to $284.90 for an hour of labor with not parts charge. In summary, outstanding but expensive!

My garage door suffered from two broken torsion springs. I had called Precision Garage Door on a Thursday around 7pm and was greeted by a friendly employee. The appointment I booked was for the following day, they said the technician would arrive between the hours of 4pm-6pm. They gave me the name of the technician who would arrive at my house, and there were even links to view their bios which was nice. Matthew was my technician. He arrived at my house right at 4pm, and was very professional. He took time to explain what was wrong with my garage door and outlined several options and their associated prices. There was never any pressure to purchase a more expensive service. He completed the work in about an hour and ran through all that he did to make sure I was satisfied. I had a few standard follow-up questions which he took time to fully answer. I was very impressed by his professionalism and the quality work performed -- especially on a late Friday afternoon. As I had expected, there was a fee to have them come out to my house, but it wasnt too bad. Ill be recommending Precision to others who need garage door service.

I had a 1980s large 18 foot garage door malfunction and Precision Door Service came quickly to the rescue. Appointment over the phone was easy and our technician, Stu, was out first thing the next day. I was concerned that having such an old door was going to lead to an immediate sales pitch of a completely new door. Not true. Stu inspected the garage door thoroughly and pointed out the problems in detail. He discussed the repair options with me and immediately started to work on it. The knowledge level and speed of work was very impressive. He was done in about a 1/2 hour and reviewed the repair worked performed. I personally already knew our old door was coming up on end of life so I asked about the potential of a new door. He spent time taking actual measurements and coming up with a quote at the same appointment which was very reasonable. I now have a working door and am prepared to replace the entire door when the 1980s door finally comes to an end. Overall a great experience with Precision Door Services and Stu.

These folks are definitely worthy of a five star review. After a long, hard day, I was sitting in my den at nearly 11pm when the spring in my garage broke. All of our cars were trapped inside and I wasnt able to lift that very heavy door on my own. Precision had a 24 hour call service, so I called to get on the books as soon as possible. The agent I spoke with was kind, polite, and personable, and she was able to get someone to my house the next morning.Rick Bourget drove over from Milwaukee to service my door. He was on time, and he was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem, described the solutions, and gave me detailed information about all of my options. Nothing happened without my knowledge. When Rick discovered a secondary issue that required additional parts, he made sure I understood why it was necessary to add that to the project, the different options, and the costs.Rick was great, and there were no surprises. We looked at ratings and reviews of several companies in our area. We chose Precision Door Services based on reading many reviews. Precision Doors was quick to respond. A person came to our home to assess our needs. We had an unusual design in our garage which required special consideration. We ordered the garage door and were able to schedule a convenient time for installation. Brandon, the technician, came to install the door. He presented as skilled and knowledgeable. The door itself had a lock on it. We requested a handle and a lock, but were told the lock served the dual role as lock and handle. After using the garage door several times, we would have added a handle near the bottom for both inside and outside the garage door. This would allow for more efficient and safe body mechanics. Overall we are happy with the service and product.

I highly recommend this company. I spoke with the after 5 pm and they were at my house by noon the very next day. Rick B was great! He informed me every step he was doing. Very knowledgeable and very nice. Thank you!

My garage door opener broke down on a Saturday. I called Precision and they were able to send out a technician that day. My tech was Rick Bourget.He was examined my opener and the garage door. He quickly identifiedthe problem with the opener and also some issues with the door. All repairs and adjustments were done within an hour.Rick was helpful in explaining what happened, and what can be donegoing forward to prevent the issue from happening again.I would not hesitate to use Precision again, and would highly recommend them to my friends.

This would have been a 1-star review, but the manager (Kelly?) and Steve, the technician made it right for me. I originally called for a quote- asking for a total, and the woman I spoke with quoted me the cost of the transit for the technician and the cost of the part. There was no mention of a third element- a possible cost of labor. It turns out when Steve arrived, he informed me that there would, in fact be a 90$ labor charge. This was very upsetting since I had called other garage door companies with quotes that did include a total cost with labor being included with the cost of the part. To me, this the likely possibility of having a labor charge should have been included when I asked for the total cost. I was visibly angry and when I called Precision Door Services again they made it right by waiving the cost of labor. Steve, throughout this awkward situation with me being visibly upset was very professional and cordial. He should be recognized by the company for his skill in customer service and deserves more than a $20 tip.

I was totally impressed with everything we did with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service from the time we called them, when our garage spring broke, to when they finished the replacement. From the initial call where the receptionist was very understanding and accommodating, to the technician calling to advise he would arrive in 30 minutes. He discussed what he thought would be best for us without pressuring in any way and when we chose our options, he gave us 3, he went right to work and finished in appx 45 minutes. My husband and I (we are both sitting and writing this review) just had Precision (Steve Gatson was the technician) come out and do a quote to replace our garage door, opener, and all hardware. Steve was very professional, friendly, and thorough. He had very clear answers to every question we had and we felt he definitely understood exactly what we wanted done. I was also really impressed with the warranty they provide on everything. The onsite quote process was thorough, easy, and quick. We are having 2 other companies come out to do quotes this week and we will decide in the next week or so if we end up going with Precision. If we do we will also post a review after the install.

Steve did a great job! Called in the morning and he was here by 11 a.m. Replaced springs (2), rollers and bearings and was out of here within about 1 1/2 hours. SO much quieter!

My installer was Tony. This guy knows his stuff. His every movement was not wasted. He was very focused on his job while at the same time training a guy with him. It was quickly obvious he was there to work and not chit chat. However, if I had a question he was more than happy to answer it. If Precision Door ever needed a job to be done right, Tonys the guy for the job. The job site was cleaned up perfectly and completed in a courteous and professional manner. The technician, Steve was professional and courteous. Arrived promptly and fixed my issue quickly. Since my door was inoperable and a car trapped inside, I didnt call around to check prices. Not sure Precision is the best value around but they definitely got the job done.

I called and got quotes from 3 places. All quotes were within $500 of each other. Precision door had the most quote including EVERYTHING and all specs. A1 door had an incomplete quote with a lesser model opener and did not include any extras. Alex installed my door (was not an easy job) no one was anxious to do my door as it was a flat roof house. Alex was polite personable and very very THOROUGH. I own a business myself and would be proud to have an employee like Alex.Precision door installed a new door and opener in May this year. I had a problem with the door cables coming off making the door useless. Dan came out to service the door and was persistent in solving the problem that was not obvious. Dan was going to co.e out for a second trip to replace the opener but the real cause was then discovered, a wheel occasionally hitting the track bolt. Dan was very professional as was everyone involved. Problem fixed didnt cost me a dime and witne6how this company really feels about their customers. I was not left out twisting in the wind.

Just over 3 years ago, we had Precision Door Services replace the broken spring on our garage door. (Springs replaced in pairs). I called them to adjust them yesterday, as the door seemed rather heavy. Steve Gatson called, and arrived quicker than initially stated. He serviced the door effectively, and was done and gone. I would recommend Precision Services for anyone that needs to have a broken spring or other hardware replace. Adam and Dan were both prompt on arrival, went over all the details and got straight to work. It took them about 30 min to replace the spring and all the other hardware. Great experience.

Every part of doing business with Precision was easy and enjoyable. Everyone I had contact with, from the receptionist who took my call to the service technician (Rick B.), was a perfect professional. The Liftmaster belt-drive opener was installed in about an hour with no issues. After Rick was done, he helped me pick out a replacement door (totally my idea, no pressure sale here) and quote it up on the spot. I look forward to getting my new door installed in a few weeks. Excellent experience. Very prompt - quite important for garage door repairs. Technicians very skilled and personable. These days many skilled service operations are overloaded and cant provide service - these guys were here on time and did a great job. They even included a tip for the future on our door which I was not aware of. The needs they mentioned were correct, as I already knew of the very real issues, so no attempt to oversell.
