Always a clean nice place to shop. Of course better pricing would be great

Website hours not consistent with hours on the door. Showed up on Thursday within posted hours on site, and got there to find out is was closed. So we went back a 2nd time today (Sunday)...website hours and website say open 11am on Sunday. 1:15pm and no one is there. Reached out to customer service, and started speaking with someone and got cutoff. 2nd person I spoke with was not much help either. We are done at this point spending our money at GNC.

Walked in and walked right back out at 3:10 pm on 4/8. For a “health” products store to have an unmasked employee working as cashier with no plexiglass etc is ridiculous. GNC should realize many of their customers shop there because they have health issues- recovering from cancer, immune disorders, etc. How irresponsible and disrespectful. I won’t shop there again!

It was my first visit to this store, and was much more enjoyable than previous visits to other stores. The young gentleman behind the counter was very helpful, and knew exactly where everything was. He was very friendly and polite, this could be my new favorite supplement store!

Love the assortment of Vegan protein! Stopped by to get a few tubs of protein powder, and I’m excited to try these new flavors. Thanks to Trevin for the help!

Not busy had what I wanted

Went there at 12 15pm and the store was closed. No sign. Last time I was here staff was friendly and knowledgeable but not happy today.

How do store managers not change their store hours on maps when they change them?

This is my new go to place for weight loss management. Talked with a very knowledgeable guy who pointed me in the right direction as far as support and supplements. The GNC brand supplements are quality. And I have grown to trust the name through experience. I signed up to be a pro member the other day and now I take advantage of the Bogo, the rewards points and the free box of goodies they send to you twice a year. Clean store, fully stocked shelves and knowledgable staff. Not only in products but in sales.

The store is always clean and the staff always has a great attitude towards their customers. Im a frequent customer because the store carries what I need, but also because of the way im treated when I walk through the door. Dave is always helpful in every way possible and is extremely easy and fun to talk to. Amanda is newer, but she is very sweet and has a beautiful smile that makes you feel very welcomed in the store. Chris is a people person, and that is a fantastic character trait that you dont find in too many people now a days. Overall, the staff at the Falls location is great and you couldnt ask for better service.-Spud

This place is a joke. the staff workign has no idea what in the hell they are trying to sell. All they know is how to promote their cheasy gnc brand products. Then sell the colorfully packaged junk is second on their list. Their prices are insanely high and a waste of time and effort to open the door.

Now that they price match GNC is convenient and well priced.
