Very frustrated with the AR department, they have lost multiple checks of mine forcing me to cancel and reissued which leads to paying bank fees. Called and try and talk to people to get situation handled with no call back after documenting my case. This has been about an 6 month issue with me calling about every other month and being told I will receive a call back in a few days which does not happen.

The management team (namely Luis) and those in the office are outstanding and very responsive! They are always going above and beyond, working the extra hours, and going out of their way to ensure we have the product we need. Our delivery driver, Xavier, is the best! The only downside is the apparent disconnect from the rest of the team behind the scenes and in distribution of ensuring the drivers have quality product to get out to their clients on time. Still the best Ive encountered in the Madison area for towel delivery and customer service!

Great management team, really goes the extra mile to ensure quality in a timely manner. I can tell its a great place to work, just difficult to find people who want to work, as with any job nowadays. The office staff care and try their best to get back to customer calls as soon as they possibly can. Great uniform quality and would recommend over any competitors.

They never answer, they do not respond to contact us request. Awful customer service.

Unresponsive management. Branch manager no call/no show for appointment. Im constantly running out of back up stock. For instance, they havent brought me any toilet paper in over 2 months! Theyd rather ignore me than fix the problem.

This is a great place to work.
