These guys are the very best definition of a local family business - very straight forward and honest. Ive had service done with them for years and they have always been great to work with when scheduling a pick-up and drop off. We bought our snow blower and lawn tractor from them. I would not go anywhere else for my rider and snow blower sales and service.

I had my John deer fixed here about a week or two ago. Let me tell you, it’s like night and day! It’s my fist lawnmower I’ve never used one before so I had no idea it could drive like that and sound much quieter. The whole thing is so much smoother and sounds better. If I would of know it’s supposed to sound like that and drive this way I would of taken it in to be serviced before the barring broke off the motor. I’m so pleased with the way my mower turned out! 10/10 They got it in nice and fast my dad took it there for me and delt with the situation. It was so bad so it was like a 4 week turn around which isn’t bad considering how broken it was.

The people at this company are always very respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and want to make sure they get your equipment back to you in a timely fashion. 100% recommend this company to anyone I come across!

Owning old Simplicity and LawnBoy equipment can be a challenge. Many other outdoor power equipment dealers closer to me laughed when I said I needed service or parts. If it was not new, or bought from them, forget it.Nelson Brothers not only helped, but were honest, reasonable, and true to their word. This is so Important!This is the first post I have ever done. Ever. Why is important to know? Because simply taking care of the customer, as with any purchase, should be a given, and often is not. Its taken for granted. Nelson Brothers are old school. My Toro lawnmower that I purchased from a big box store several years ago was nothing but trouble. I decided that before I spent one more dollar on repairs, I would get another mower. The staff at Nelson Brothers were absolutely great. Very patient, informative, and helpful. After talking to me over the phone, I stopped over and looked over their inventory (early June). I went ahead and purchased another Toro and upgraded to the Super Recycler. Best decision I could have made. If you are looking for a family run business that wont be going anywhere for a long time, this is the place. I will be going back to Nelson Brothers next month to replace my 25 year old Toro snowblower which will be handed down to one of my kids. Thanks again Nelson Brothers

These guys are the best! They are knowledgeable, and they are on your side. If you can do it yourself, they will point that out, along with good tips on how best to do it. If there is a less expensive alternative, they will present it. As long as I live close enough, I will never consider going anywhere else.

OMG these guys were amazing. I had been searching for over 2 month to get my snow blower serviced and everyone kept tell me that they didnt service every brand of snow blower. So I called my lawn mower guy and he told me that he takes all his equipment to Nelson Brothers, so I said let me call them. I dropped off the equipment and within in 3 weeks my snow blower was purring like a kitten. That you guys for an awesome job, you are greatly appreciated.
