They lied about the condition of the trailer when we bought it and gave a fake inspection sheet. Then threaten eviction even though weve never missed a rent payment or havent paid when we said we would. Very dishonest company

Don’t buy from them they will take advantage of you they sold me a used home as new beware

The site I purchased mine from management is horrible you can’t get a hold of the property owner. All the homes but the brand brand new ones are lemons &overprice just horrible never doing this again..

My husband and I lived at the Fennimore North View Estates location for 3 years. Every year the rent was raised, at the end we were paying $735.00 per month. This did not include any amenities. About a 4 months after moving in a large tree from the lot landed on the house during a storm. We moved out over 2 years later, the work was never finished. The manager at the time Mark Sweeney, was called many times about the situation. While we lived there we had lights, smoke alarms and unfinished drywall to deal with. The front door was so out of frame I placed a 1/4 inch piece of foam board in the crack to stop the cold and heat. The screen door was hanging from one hinge, the back door had to have a blanket placed over it to keep the cold out. If I could give this organization a zero I would. Very unhappy with the service and the company, the company was taken over about 4 months before we moved. The payments were supposed to stay the same if you had auto deduct for your rent. We were charged overdue twice because they did not take the money out of our account. Please consider all of this when looking to live in this mobile home community. I do want to say the new property manager Darren is very helpful. I wish him much luck in getting the reputation about this community back.

All I can say is slum lords. For the past 4 years they have upped rent by 10 or 20 dollars each year. There has been no rise in property taxes in the area and no improvements to the community. All of the road are trashed and full of pot holes some almost 4 inches deep and up to 3 feet wide. They seem to think a sufficient fix is filling the holes with gravel that washes out in less than a week. After 3 years of the waiting for the black top company to come they finally came only to black top the roads at the very entrance of the park the ones that were in the best shape to begin with They only have a plow service come in if there is over 2 inches of snow. So if its 1 inch of snow on top of ice good luck at least the left over gravel from attempting to fill the pot holes will help with some traction. It is literally impossible for me to get ahead in life to buy a real house when I have this money hungry greedy company sucking me dry with unfair over priced rent every month. If that is not bad enough my neighbor is now finding it impossible to sell his home because everyone that is even remotely interested has to pass on it because they cannot afford the over priced rent and a mortgage. These people have no care for their customers because they know we are all stuck right where we are and as long and we stay we are forced to pay this overpriced rent every month

If there was a no star that’s what these low life scum would get. They have managers that do not know how to do their jobs. I received an eviction notice when my rent was always paid early and over paid I always rounded up. They hung up on me every time I tried to figure it out. Apparently one of their workers never filed my free months rent that I received with the purchase of my home. Thank god I had all my paper work. Fast forward 3 yrs they gave me a written offer on my house and never followed thro so I proceeded and sold the house on my own and it took 6-7 month to get my security deposit on my lot back and when I did they took water bill money that I again had paid and never paid late a day in my time there. Another fight of proving they didn’t know how to do thier jobs. Fast forward 3 yrs my sister actually gave them her 16,000 trailer back after she paid in full and has proof she signed the title over and has a copy of it, her lien release and the surrender paper, these people never call back to fix their issues. They’ve had this house up for sale for 15,000 dollars since she surrended it and she’s still receiving eviction notices and papers saying she owes money. They owe her for the security deposit she gave them the house! You are better homeless than living in one of these dumps. It don’t matter what kind of person you are they don’t know how to do their jobs and they will hang up on you when you don’t see things their way.

I feel like the guy profiled me and my family, told us everyone gets approved to move in the community, yet we were denied not by phone like he said but by letter. Not sure what my credit score has to do with my work history or cash. Would not recommend

This place is horrible. They allow trash to move in don’t have management on site for when you need to pay rent or have an issue with you property. When you do call to get assistance you get an answering service which tells you that the staff will get back to you in 1-2 business days. This is rediculus in my mind and not away to take care of your renters. I agree you run Indian head trailer park in Chippewa falls like a slum.

This is a terrible place I would never rent from them again Management is horrible trailer park manager is a drunk and then whoever is above that avoids yeah I have been calling for months and never get a call back I would not suggest living here
