Im giving Kivlin Eye Clinic 5 stars! They are professional yet so personable!!Everyone there is so friendly and it makes you feel good going somewhere that is so customer friendly!

I genuinely enjoy going and have been since I was in high school. They are very professional and they really do a good job. Plus, they are a convenient location for me and they take my insurance.I am docking them a star for two reason:1. Today I had to wait 15 minutes extra as the doc didnt finalize my prescription before seeing another patient. Frankly, they should finish with one customer before moving on to the next. I wanted to take a hard-copy with me so I had to wait until he was done examining someone else.2. The price of glasses is ridiculous. I guess age 23 is when you stop caring if your glasses are name-brand or not. I am not paying 200 for just the frames. Im good.A pro is that they easily can transfer your prescription to Walmart, Target, or wherever. I still would (and do) recommend them! They are very knowledgeable and friendly!

My entire family and I have been going to Kivlin ever since I could remember and the staff is always very welcoming and personable. They immediately attend to your needs and do everything they can to help. They truly go out of their way to give you the best service! I would recommend Kivlin Eye Clinic to anyone of any age.

I had a great experience at Kivlin, everyone was friendly and called me by name, they sympathized when dilating my pupils, which in the past when I have had it done (for the first time) I had no idea how awful it was going to be, but they warned me and it worked out well. When trying on new frames and asking for opinions, multiple staff members came over to help me find the pair of frames that was right for me, this was a really nice gesture for the employees who had not been personally assisting me. Then when I went in to pick up my glasses, they came with a complimentary truffle from local chocolate shop Marions Legacy, this was icing on the cake, I felt like they went above and beyond what I expected. We fit my glasses, and I got a complimentary spray and wipe with my glasses to. I felt as though they cared about me.

The staff was great! Very helpful in picking out my first pair of glasses. The Dr. was very helpful with all questions! I would recommend them forall your eye care needs!

Its always a pleasure to visit Kivlin Eye Clinic. Their workers are very personable and informed as to how their machines work. I became more aware of my eye health and health in general visiting Kivlin, and have tried since then to follow their instructions. They also have a wide variety of glasses and contacts to choose from. Only drawback is that it can get expensive. But then contacts and glasses are expensive in general.

This was the best eye exam Ive had. The staff were all so nice and helpful. I saw Dr. Dustin Hetke who was so nice and helpful throughout the exam. He explained everything he was doing and when I was having trouble keeping my eyes open from how bright the lights are he was very nice about letting me close them and open when I was ready. When it was time for me to look for frames he offered to have someone assist me in showing what I can get with my type of insurance and explain all my benefits. I found a pair I really liked that my insurance covered. I sat down with a staff member, I think her name was Angie, she was very nice and explained all my insurance questions to me. She showed me all the different options for my lenses and didnt make me feel like she was trying to upsell me anything. Also when I turned down a few upsellers she was still very polite and I really appreciate that you arent pressured into buying more than youre wanting to spend. Im very happy with my choice to come to this office and will absolutely be back!

I got the best glasses ever. I look great in them! Unlike the glasses I get from Walmart (which always seems to break), I have never had a problem with these glasses ever!

Reception/service fast and friendly. Dr. Kivlin was helpful and on schedule. Exam was expensive at over $150 for simple exam.

Worst experience ever with Kivlin Eye Clinic. Lack of care for patient, no follow through or follow up by Dr. Kivlin or his staff. Will never recommend this office and will never return. All they want is your money.

Really disappointed with my experience at Kivlin Eye Clinic. I decided to go with them to support a local business rather than Wal Mart. They were out of network which cost me almost $200 just for an eye exam. Thats more than double the cost Ive ever paid. Secondly, I was recommended really expensive contacts. I asked a couple of times if there was a cheaper option that wasnt as special and all I got was Well, youre fair skinned and red headed so these are going to work best for you. I am not concerned about that but wasnt given any other options even when I asked for another option. The options they gave me for purchasing those contacts through them were also much too expensive for me. A trip to Wal Mart Vision Center and I got a much cheaper option...same contacts, different price. They also do a Nutritional Antioxidant test by having you put your hand on a machine, then give you a score. I scored very high so I guess I wasnt pitched any vitamins but read a couple other reviews (had to dig for them) that said that those who score lower on that test usually hear sales pitches about vitamins (thats where the omega 3s come in to play I think.) A plus to Kivlin was the friendly staff. The reason I chose to go to Kivlin was a video on their website talking about the benefits of Omega 3s. Im huge on nutrition and health and that impressed me that they cared enough about nutrition to put that video up. They also give out free eye exams to babies under 1 year old (although it takes all of 30 seconds to do the exam) ;-) AND they gave my little guy free sunglasses (though I dont count it as free when I paid so much for my eye exam...) Maybe I set my expectations too high, but unless I have money to burn I wont be making a trip back here. Totally bummed out.

Nothing but the best of eye care with the most modern equipment. Also great personal to work with.

Very modern and up-to-date technology I like the fact they have all the new machines and can really check out your eyes .The ladies are friendly and easy to work with .And what can I say about Dr. Kevlin...He is awesome and knows his profession and stays current on up to date medicine.
