This was our first visit to Menomonie. We called this Ace and talked to Dominick about a part we needed. He assured us he would help us, so we drove a half hour from Spring Valley. Sure enough he tended to our needs and even opened the package to assure us of the proper size. This employee along other friendly customers who held the door open have us a very good first impression of your store and town. Keep up the good work.

Great staff that always ask how your day is going. Overpriced on most items but not many other options here in Menomonie so usually my go-to. Using ace rewards I get a $5 off about once every two weeks so definitely sign up for that!

Great little store. Has a very good selection from a variety of brands and similar prices to other stores. This store is very close to where I stay in Menomonie so its good to have an option nearby that isnt trying gouge you of your money.

Fantastic service! I had a minor plumbing project, and it seemed like ever plumbing related business in town couldnt help me, sending me to another plumbing business saying that they might have what Im looking for. I walked in to Ace, was welcomed with a smile, and Samuel took 15 to 20 minutes to help me problem-solve the issue and find a solution. I will definitely come here first in the future, and I encourage others to do the same!

Good local hardware store. May not have a much stock or very as the big box stores, but carries an impressive array of items and has disappointed me less often than the other places in town.

They have everything that fleet farm doesnt.

This is a great place to find those hard to find hardwear items. Just about everytime you walk in the door they ask if you need any help.

Friendly and helpful staff! Always able to point you to what you are looking for. This small store has every the big stores do, save your self the drive and get better service.

Nice little hometown hardware store

Always has what I am looking for. Every though Ace is small it had everything you need to get it all done. And the staff here are better versed than most of the other stores in this general area. They meet not always have the great process, but they make up for that by actually being stocked and helpful. The plumbing and paint areas are especially helpful if you want to about driving to Eau Claire for the bigger box stores.

They are helpful and friendly. I prefer to go here than to a big box store. These guys and gals work hard to serve our community.

Home town store. Very helpful. Lots of things you may need in day to day home and farm.

My go to place when fleet farm ends up being a bust, which is quite often. 4 star rating due to pricing. Staff is generally good.

Always clean, everyone is always very helpful, and for a small store the selection is surprisingly great. The only reason for not 5 stars is that prices are generally more than other home improvement type stores. But if you need something small and need it fast, this is the place to go.

Standard Ace hardware store. Has helpful employees and is usually pretty easy to navigate. They also make copies of keys which is really nice.

Was great glad we have one so close

Dont have to go to Walmart from s side of the town. No Id if they know you, or if you can get them your phone# for membership. That way you can get their catalogue in the mail. Dont have to go wander all over the place like Walmart. They have about all you need.

They have everything under the sun. At exactly what I needed when I couldnt even order it online. The helpful Ace Hardware associate new right where to find what I needed!

Im impressed both by the store and the employees. I ordered a grill, which came with assembly and delivery. They did a great job assembling the grill, and really accommodating when it came time to delivery. Im so glad to see more local options available in Menomonie! I recommend them highly!

FINALLY - a hardware store in Menomonie again. And happily on the South side so those of us south of the river have a place to buy hardware without heading North. This is a very nice hardware store, which carries most of what youd expect. A very nice selection of paints, and an amazing assortment of small hardware and fasteners, etc. What they have is very nice, and I hope they will carry a wider selection of items soon, since theyre quite new. Highly recommended, and the staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Glad to have a hardware store in town so I dont have to trek to Fleet Farm or Menards. The store has a large selection or tools, parts, and supplies to meet most project needs. Sometimes they dont have what Im looking for, but thats rare. Ace is my first stop in home improvement projects or house ware needs. I signed up for rewards and regularly get coupons in the mail!
