Would not take returns on parts after 30 days. I often do repairs on friends and family toys. Getting to them in spare time. Guess I will be ordering parts elsewhere!

Good guys here. I had an emergency no start issue with my UTV on a (negative temps) Saturday afternoon. Brought it by with no appointment yet Josh helped me get it going outside in the extreme cold as soon as I got there. Because of them my trip here from Milwaukee to ice fish wasnt ruined. Need to communicate better and not play blame game. Own up when you put a huge crack on a paying customers machine! Gave me many different ways it could have happened and said they would get to the bottom of it? Yeah called me back and said it was there! Sorry but anyone who knows me knows I keep all my stuff in immaculate condition. All in all I thought I finally found a good repair shop for my toys, but I guess I was wrong.But wait there’s more... I thought I would give them another easier task of ordering some parts for my plow for the same machine, they gave me a number to send pictures too so they would have a better idea of what I was looking for. I texted some pictures to the number given on Friday at 1:11 pm. Didn’t hear anything back by Saturday so i did my own research and found the parts myself. So today Tuesday I sent a text to the same number and got a response saying.. no one here knows what your talking about and they never got any pictures! My iPhone shows they were delivered just like my text today did? Like I said fender is cracked, gaps between moldings where fenders line up.. for over $850 bucks for the repairs I now have $600 worth of fenders to replace. As a business owner myself I would have handled this situation WAY Differently!

Picked up a new helmet and snowmobile jacket from Airtec today, Steph and Ben were great to deal with, thank you guys for the help.

Ive been shopping at this location twice now. Showroom is clean, staff is friendly. Issue is that they seem to know little about the products they are a selling, more specifically, the 4-wheelers and side-by-sides. When I ask about pricing or the mechanical aspects of the machines Ive been told that there are too many pricing options and machine setups to know them all. I was asking for pricing on the base model 570 Sportsman along with the SP. Not sure how that would be complicated.They will let you take the machine of your choosing out back for a test ride and the staff is friendly so thats a plus.

Good at sales,just not warranty work.Bought a 2015 Polaris 570 brand new. Took it in 3 times for starting issues since new,they could never figure it out, they put in starter,checked battery, no fix. Took it to white Bear lake and they told me it was a bad battery before I unloaded it out of my truck. Warranty is only as good as the place fixing it. No problems after they put a new one in.

After trying to get a clutch spring from the dealership where I bought my new sled these guys got me set up!! Even offered to do some research and return my call. They had the part I needed. Definitely a return customerUpdate. Stopped in yesterday for a few last minute things and walked out with more then I went for. Which in the sled world is always a good thing Hahahaha tried one a few helmets and decided on the one I wanted. Very knowledgeable staff here. Very friendly. I was there at the same time as a few other people and was helped in a very timely manner. Even let the guy I was standing next to fire up a new sled that was inside 😍😍. If that don’t make you happy I don’t know what does. Hoping to get my rmk into them sometime this year to get the tunnel wrapped before snow flys 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻Thanks guys!!

The list goes on and on, first off I got my first sports quad there. Me knowing nothing about four wheelers running wise, took their word that everything was solid with it ( previous to this I had some experience with four wheeling so I knew how to ride it right ). Well 2 or 3 days later I was riding with a couple friends and heard a bang sound. Towed it home, took it apart and pulled the piston. The entire Lower half of it was gone. the vaccum seal was non present so it never ran right. and from professional eyes it had been like that at time of sale. Thats my first negative experience with this company. The second comes from a very close friend of mine who had a polaris predator 100% rebuilt there, it took them months to finish which isnt right. and when he got it back it smoked extremely bad ( piston rings went bad ) they didnt put oil in it nor did they say it had no oil. They test drive everything they fix so they either knew or just have no brain and still gave it back. Lets just say airtech is not somewhere Id reccomended to have work done on youre machine. Wether it be an oil change or just a maintenance check. Maybe their 100%.brand new machines are better but used save youre money Facebook or craigslist is more trustworthy than them.

Great price on a new Pro S 800. Easy deal and smooth transaction. They didnt have the exact sled I wanted at the Menomonie location but they did at the Hudson location. Menomonie was more convenient for me so they drove to Hudson and delivered it to Menomonie for me.

Had problem with my sled mxz and decided to rent their new sled, and i told the mechanic if its over $100 then dont do it. Called them back n hr and told be its fixed and $255 for to clean carbs and gas tank! Now I have to pay more and mechanic was not listening to me and they Prob ably wants my money. Not recommended.

I had to laugh went to two other dealers to trade my ATV in . One dealer offered me 5000 and an another one offered 4800 trade in. Took to Airtec they offered me 3500. Thats a hell of a difference! I didnt trade it in at Airtec! Bend over well screw ya!
