October 2021. OEM Part Source carries many parts as well as some hard to find parts. From my experience if you have any issues, they will follow up in a timely manner. Good customer service. If the price is right and they have what you need, Id say go for it. They are legit.

So I ordered two parts for my Honda Pilot, a trailer hitch and a trailer light harness. The web site had an option NOT to provide the VIN number and I selected that one. Apparently my card was charged and the product never shipped. I called about a month later and asked about my order and it was held up because they wanted my VIN number anyhow. No calls, nothing. I called and asked about my order and thats when I found out that they had charged my card. I promptly canceled my order. This amount of ineptitude doesnt deserve anyones business. How can I give a lower than one star score? Now that Ive had this experience with this company, I see I should have done more digging to see all the other negative reviews and I should have never placed an order here. Do your research and see all the other negative reviews.

I can report only on my own experience, and it was a good one. OEM Part Source gave me an expected shipping date, and they beat it by several days. The item (2 gallons of Honda Type 2 coolant) was packed well, each jug sealed in a large zip lock type bag. The price was right, and I am happy. I was able to get my coolant change done when I wanted to.

Take the advice of others on here. Do not order from this “company.” I ordered a Toyota Tacoma skid plate from this supplier. The next day I received an email stating they needed my vehicles VIN to “ensure proper figment.” After replying to that email, I never heard anything back. I sent emails and called twice a day, every day, for an entire week. No one would answer the emails I sent or the phone. After trying for over a week without reaching anyone, I contacted the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. The status page on their website has continually stated my order is “In Progress,” and hasn’t changed for more than a week on a part that was supposed to be in stock. Luckily my credit card company has refunded my money. If you are even thinking about purchasing something from this company, take a look at all of the complaints on the Better Business Bureau’s website first. It will make you think twice! Wish I had looked up this company’s history before making my purchase.

Ordered parts July 15 2021. Never received my order. Customer service does not answer the phone, and hardly responds to email. I was told I would receive a refund but after a month... nothing. I would really like to solve this issue. As of now, I would not recommend shopping here, if anything happens to your order your probably never getting your money back.

Took a long time to be delivered, we got our part but didn’t need it anymore since it took them so long . We kept asking them how to return it (haven’t even taken the product out of packaging), and they haven’t responded until 3 MONTHS later saying it’s too late to return now??? We tried contacting them multiple times with NO answer and now they refuse to accept the return due to their negligence.

This business will lie to you and it will cost you money. I recently purchased an item and they sent the wrong thing. They said they could send me a shipping label but that they would reimburse my return shipping costs and provide a refund. So far they have only given a partial refund and are not acknowledging that they owe me for the shipping they promised to pay for. Avoid!

I ordered a Honda CR-V seat back protector from them, simply because the shipping, at nearly $20, was less expensive than most places. Know that you wont get installation instructions; they direct you to a website where they can be obtained. Thats not this stores fault, and understand that since its an OEM part, the expectation was that the deal would likely be installing...and would have instructions to do so.I ordered the part on 17Oct, and received it on 23Oct (Saturday). The part includes 5 pieces...only 4 were shipped. I didnt notice until I got to the end of the installation and saw the part was missing. I filled out a form immediately describing the issue. I received an email Monday stating the 5th part isnt an included part...which it clearly is from the Honda instructions. I immediately replied to their email, including the Honda instructions with the missing part highlighted. Nothing. I tried to call several times...and was only given the option to leave a voicemail, although they never identified themselves as OEMPartSource. I tried their chat option, and was connected with Stinney at 4:33:39 pm EST. I replied to Stinneysinitial question, as well as uploading the instructions previously provided with the missing part highlighted, and my invoice, at 4:37:15 pm EST and waited for response. And waited. Then magically the chat ended with no response...with a duration showing of 26 minutes, 36 seconds. So at 5:00:15, Stinney bolted.Stinney must have been hungry. Time to go home.Bottom Line: AVOID THESE GUYS LIKE THE PLAGUE. If you have any issues at all, they will either tell you youre wrong, or not take care of you. Im my case, I was blessed to have gotten both treatments.Im guessing Stinney works out of his moms basement drop-shipping items from Mentor, Ohio. If somebody can swing by Stinneys moms house and get the part that I still need, greatly appreciated.

As many of the other reviews say, stay away - this company is terrible!!! I ordered two items - a window regulator and a car cover. The regulator was was backordered and they requested a VIN number to make sure of the fitment of the car cover. I provided the VIN for the car cover and requested that they cancel the order for regulator.My voice messages and emails went unanswered for weeks. They finally replied with an email cancelling the order for the car cover but sent the regulator. Now, theyre ignoring my emails about returning the regulator. I would give a negative rating if I could!! These guys are crooks!!!!!!

I read some of the reviews about 3-4 times debating, should I order from these guys. I knew I needed by parts before October 20. I said what the hell, and gave them a try. I ordered my Toyota headlights from them on September 13, and my headlights were sitting on my front porch September 22. I called them twice during the whole process just to verify if they would be here before my deadline. I talked to Patrick both times, and he reassured me that I would receive them by Friday 24. I give oempartsource 5 ⭐️ for the customer service, and shipping time. I just opened the boxes, and everything looks good. I plan to install them this weekend!!! Thank You!!!

Read negative reviews here but decided to pull trigger because their price was lower than other Mazda dealers, but now regret it. First, my order came missing parts. I contacted them and they sent the missing parts. So thank you for that. Second, I told them I wanted to return a few stuff in the order. They sent me instruction. I followed it and sent back. It has been a month since. I sent 3 email inquiries and many phone calls but they never picked up the phone nor return email. If you plan to spend a few hundreds bucks or more on parts, you better off buying from high rated dealers, even if a bit more expensive.

I ordered three items from this company and confirmed the correct part by entering my VIN. I was sent the wrong carpeted mats for my 2010 Toyota 4Runner. I have sent three separate emails and have attempted to contact the company with no response. Will be seeking relief through the BBB website. Look elsewhere.These guys are pretty much a middle man between the real warehouse and the customer. They order the supplies themselves and then ship them after they receive them. Its been 2 weeks and still no parts which is holding up my project.

I find it rather irritating that your website tries to portray how easy and communicable you as a company are. But in reality I have called and left messages and replied to the email (3 emails sent with no response) and have not heard back from either. This has not been a positive experience. The picture was the part I wanted and the description was correct, unfortunately the P/N they had attached to the description / picture was not correct. This meant the OEM dealer sent me the wrong part. No big deal, let me just exchange the item for the correct part, multiple emails (no response), multiple calls (no one picks up), multiple voicemails (no response). Save your money, go someplace else

WOW! The first review I read says it all! I came here to check the reviews and again, they never answer the phone, return calls, or Emails. I left them a message to CANCEL my order as I was finally able to find a Mazda Dealership to match their price on a part. Yes this site is slightly cheaper than all of the other Mazda parts sites which is why I chose them but based on my experience and the exact same thing everyone else is experiencing I no longer want to use this site again.

Ordered some parts to swap a fabric console out to leather. Did my research on the forums, so I was positive the parts I ordered would work. They did email me about one piece being backordered, but I was happy to wait, and it didnt take long at all! Shipped very well, boxes inside boxes with plenty of paper packing to make it sturdy. This place is not honest- I ordered parts on 09/01/21 website showed in stock should arrive 09/14/21. Never sent tracking or any updates till I asked. Then was told they have some of them but the others would ship 09/23/21. Of course again no update on 09/23/21, I emailed and got the response 2 days later that they are backordered and they will refund. Nothing but lies!!!! Do not waste your time!!

Terrible customer service. Took them a full week to tell me they didnt actually have the part I ordered and couldnt get it. I understand inventory mistakes, but I should should have been notified after a buisness day or 2 at most. They only told me once I reached out via email that they didnt have it. They didnt even contact me on their own. I tried calling 6 or more times over 3 weekdays, during regular buisness hours and they never answered the phone once. So now Im back to square 1 a week later trying to place a whole new order elsewhere, meanwhile my tahoe, a daily driver, sits out of service.

Absolutely horrible! I have been waiting over a month now for the parts to come in for my Mazda and they were supposed to ship the parts in 2-4 days. I placed my order at the beginning of August, and I am still waiting for the parts to come in. It just says processing when I look up the order on the Part Source website. I left several voicemails and sent several emails to get an update on the order, but I have not received any contact back. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and ordering somewhere else now. Hopefully I will be able to get a refund for the purchase, but that seems unlikely at this point. Please do not shop here!

When i reach out to them they automatically tell me to return the parts with me paying the shipping cost, after paying $15 for shipping in the first place. then 3 days later i notice they removed the photo they originally had on their website to what i have attached. Kinda sucks when 10 days later my items are “still processing”. Now I’m reading reviews of people waiting over a month. My email said 2-3 business days for the items to get to their facility. The car is completed minus these parts and I’m half considering just cancelling this and paying a bit more and getting from a dealer. I’ll update my review when I either wait to long and I have to cancel or my parts are shipped. It’s already later than stated. I’m hoping to see them shipped this coming week at the latest.Edit 13 days later - changed to a one start after no return of emails, calls, and even tried to message on Facebook. I swear they don’t even deserve a 1 star don’t buy form them it takes 3 weeks to ship and then on top of all that they don’t answer their emails. Customer service is trash . I ordered my iteams on the 9/23 and I tried to cancel my order on the first of October because they took way to long to ship because apparently it was back ordered and I emailed them multiple times to cancel it then they ship it on October 8th like what do I want with it anymore. I had an issue on a refund where I didnt get the full amount after cancelling an order. Tried to contact them over 6 times over the course of 5 days by emailing and calling. They never responded. I originally gave them a 1 star as I was pretty upset with the lack of response. However, they finally responded and realized there was an error on their side and refunded the difference. I have decided to give back a few stars mainly because other than this last transaction, I hadnt had any issues with them before.

Similar experience to everyone else. I placed my order on July 9th and a week later I still did not get an email regarding the tracking even though their order confirmation states that shipping details is usually available within 24hrs. Spoke with a rep at the time and he stated that there was some supply issues. Come early August, I was lucky enough to speak with another rep who still told me that they had supply issues. In the past couple of weeks, I have not been able to get a response via phone/email. Giving up at this point and working with my credit card company to get my money back. Shop somewhere else, not worth the headache.

I ordered a Honda trailer hitch a couple of days before the Memorial Day holiday, and even with the holiday, the parts arrived by Friday! That was even with it being shipped to them and then to me. Their communication was excellent, updating the status and answering my questions. I contacted them right after I ordered because I forgot to put in a shipping discount code, and they ended up emailing me back and applying it for me no problem. The parts were exactly right, they shipped fast, the price was great and their communication was great! What more can I ask for? One reason I choose them was the picture they posted for the hitch showed all of the included parts (one supplier on Amazon said they excluded a trim piece.) After this experience, I will definitely look to their service first when needing parts/accessories for our vehicles.

On September 17th, I placed an order for $292.53 on OEMPartSource.com. I was told it would take roughly 5 business days for shipping. A week and a half went by and the items still had not been shipped. On September 24th and on the 27th, they emailed saying the parts would ship within 2-3 business days which did not happen. I have called and sent emails with no response. Order is still listed as in progress and the status hasnt changed in over three weeks.

This site has parts listed for purchase that they dont have. Its one thing to list a part as backordered or out of stock, but they tell you its available and the time frame it will be shipped. I will never purchase from this business again. I havent recieved any responses back to my multiple calls and emails about my order. My purchase order took almost 2 weeks longer to recieve than it was supposed to(paid for expedited shipping). I ended up purchasing the part from a local dealership. Now I finally recieved this part from OEM and I dont need it anymore. I tried contacting them before it ever shipped(since it took so long) to tell them to cancel this order. I have requested a return and refund with no response. Now I just recieved an email from them stating they refunded $46 to me. My order was $68. I paid more for expedited shipping than I did for the part. So they basically just refunded me 2/3 of my total and let me keep this unneeded part? This is not the appropriate solution. I want all of my purchase total refunded as I will send back their part.

This company is absolutely the worst I have ever dealt with! I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for the first time in my life because of this company! I paid with shipping included $377.38 for a Honda HR-V headlight assembly that was busted upon arrival. The headlight had apparently been taken out and just thrown back in the box with a few pieces of bubble wrap that did nothing to protect the fragile plastics. No one will call me, email me, text me or anything!! I am furious and I needed this part last week when it arrived to put into my vehicle but I can’t! DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! If you need help there phone lines automatically say “all their customer service employees are busy helping other customers so leave and message or email and someone will contact you back.” Uh yeah right! OEM parts tend to always be more expensive then they should be but OEM Part Source makes it a lot easier to stomach. My order was about 35% less than what my local Honda dealer quoted me and I got it shipped to my door. Some of the items in my order required them to order it from their distributer and that took a d day or two but they kept me in the loop. I got my order a head of the estimated delivery time (about a week from order date). Very happy with the parts and the service. Highly recommend if you want OEM parts at a more reasonable price.

Final update:Before submitting a claim with Amex, I did give them one final chance. I was able to phone in and speak with Patrick who was sincerely apologetic and proceeded to waive the re-stocking fee due to the delay in processing and issue a full refund.I will leave the rating at 1 star because the overall experience was very disappointing.They are now doing the right thing though and I appreciate that.Below is my recent update:I have since shipped then the return items and I am still waiting for a refund. Ordered carpet mats for a 2015 sienna, what I got was nothing like the original mats, thread binding on the edges original does not, cheap felt like backing, original is rubber. They are half the weight. I was told the original style was replaced with what they sent me. I sent them back and they received them more than a week ago still no refund. Ordered mats at a local toyota dealer and got mats just like the originals.

I have experience placing two orders with this company. My first order in February 2021 went without a hitch and was pleasant. This review is for my second order I placed in March 2021. I have never had such an unpleasant experience with an online company. I dont know what happened between February and March, but they took a wrong a turn somewhere and drove off a cliff.Very poor communication and service. I ordered brake parts for my Jeep on March 25th. My order did not SHIP until April 30th, and that was AFTER I initiated a charge-back request with my credit card company since they never responded to my order inquiries.They will never answer the phone. Once your order is placed and confirmed, they stop responding to e-mails or messages sent via their website. I am still trying to get in touch with them about about returning my cores for the core charge. Surprise, I have not heard from them in over 2 weeks after multiple messages sent. Fortunately, the core charges for my parts are only $70 total. Eating that cost negates any money saved ordering with them.My brake rotors were also dinged on the edges and had some scratches on them due to poor packaging. They were placed in a larger than needed thin cardboard box without any padding or wrapping to take up extra space. Needless to say, the box was beat up and ripped as the rotors were free to bang around during transit. I still put them on my Jeep, but the products I paid a lot of money for should be better protected...The positive is that I received all the correct parts? I cant imagine trying to deal with them after receiving incorrect or broken parts.Avoid this business at all costs unless you have no value for your money, time, and peace of mind.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE, I ordered wheels cover, typed the VIN# and they sent me the wrong parts and when I called them they like to argue and tell you that they sent exactly what you ask for, and If you return something there is a 15% restocking fee, beside that I pay for the return almost 30 dollars from my pocket, and it has been weeks and I havent received my refund . By profession, I run a customer service organization. It has been quite awhile since Ive seen service this poor. Ive contacted via email and contact us with no response. I called and got no one. I chatted in and was met by Steve, the rude parts specialist who made it clear that despite all of the tracking information OEM provided showing they still hadnt had it picked up by FedEx after 4 days of sending tracking, that it was my problem that I needed to take up with my local FedEx. He then said they would re-send the package, and I asked if it could he expedited due to their error and was told that I should have chosen that at checkout. At this point I asked him to forget it and just cancel the order, even though he had yet to resend what they failed to send already and was told it wasnt possible. And then he had the Gaul to tell me to wait two weeks and try. Ill be contacting the BBB, something isnt right here. Avoid!

Had a perfect experience ordering interior parts for our 2019 Toyota Highlander. OEM Part Source verified fitment with the VIN number, advised these were special order but would ship to me in 2-3 days. I ordered on a Tuesday evening and received by Fedex on Sunday morning! Parts to my door within 5 days and at a discount over MSRP! My experience was a 5-Star transaction...I dont know why so many negative reviews and the BBB negative grade...auto parts orders take time and confirmation of fitment...like any other internet/mail order businesses...vendors can and do ship bad/broken items on occasion to a fulfillment business and it doesnt get found out until the customer receives part(s) unfortunately. Dont forget with imports where a lot of these parts might have to be ordered from...across the globe...it can take some time. I wouldnt hesitate to order from OEM Part Source LLC again! 4/12/2021 Im currently having an issue with this company and am trying to get this resolved but Im having problems getting them to respond to any of my emails, texts or voicemails. So Im going to attempt to reach out on this platform to see if I can get a response. Ordered parts from website. They took my money and then sent an email asking whether or not i wanted to provide my VIN number or if they should just ship the parts without the VIN verification. This email went to my junk mail and so i have no idea they aren’t shipping my parts, all the while, they have my money. When i verify my cart and verify it again at checkout and you take my money, you ship my parts! Don’t take my money and strike up an email conversation asking if i’m really sure i want the parts. Ordered a foam heater core seal (foam that wraps around the core to insulate it, stop it rattling etc.) for my 00 f150. The shipping was on the slow side and took 3 or 4 days longer than projected. I contacted customer service via email thinking there was a shipping problem. They got back to me promptly and the package arrived a few days later. I ordered specialty floor matts from OEM on March 31st and got an email shortly after that I could expect the order to ship to them within 2-3 days, and then I will get a tracking number when they ship to me. 19 days later, the order still shows as processing on their site. Ive called them, texted them and emailed them on more than 7 occasions trying to follow up on the status of the order and then to cancel the order after no response. No one ever picks up the phone or answers texts. Their phone message says to text them for a faster response only to never provide any response at all. Worst customer service ever.

I am disappointed with the customer service of OEM Part Source. I ordered a cargo cover for my Honda Fit. The cover arrived missing a couple of small hooks required to install it.
