I’ve always liked shopping for cigars and wine at this place. I went to outside patio for the first time and I enjoyed it. The service was slow but understandable because the workers were slammed but still gave us our orders and checked on us. We ordered like 30 minutes before dining was closing. We felt bad about that but we still wish we got more than we ordered.

A nice place to grab a bite to eat, or if you like wine, theres hundreds to choose from. Many cigar brands too. The help is friendly and if you are looking for something special, they will assist you.

Would love to leave a great review, but I can’t… I do love the store part of the restaurant, but the rest needs work. Just left Red Wine and Brew. We were seated and ignored. We bought a cold bottle of wine to enjoy with dinner and couldn’t get anyone to come to the table to open it. Our presence was not even acknowledged. This has happened several times now. Don’t think we will be going back. Made management aware of the poor service and he couldn’t have cared less! Left and went to Austin’s Grill down the street. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, we were immediately seated, acknowledged, and our order taken! Now sitting here enjoying a glass of wine.

A must stop every time I visit home. The restaurant is fantastic, always have great food and tried some things I never thought Id enjoy. The craft beer selection is fantastic, especially the singles, and their willingness to always break up a 6 pack of you want a single is greatly appreciated. The staff is always super friendly! Cant recommend enough.

I havent been to a wine/ beer store this expansive in a long time. The selection seems endless and unique and the store itself is really attractive. Pretty decent selection of cigars as well and a really nice patio to enjoy all of your purchases. Thanks for the great customer service Karley.

I havent been to the dining portion of this business, but the retail side is amazing... A fabulous selection of beer, ale, wine, and cigars, without any overwhelming tobacco/smoke smell. I am quite pleased with this store and has become my go-to for low alcohol beverages.

Server was attentive even though they were short staffed. Short ribs were tender and well seasoned.

My waitress Brandi was amazing. Very professional and Helpful with the menu. Chicken marsala was incredible . Big change in service since my visit 4 months ago. Glad we came back and we will return again .

This place is one of my favorite spots in NE Cleveland. Having a massive cigar and craft beer collection is a great way to enjoy a night out. Their food is also very good, lots of options. I do wish they had a larger bourbon menu. This is a must see place while in Mentor.

Stop when you have time to look around. You will not be disappointed. Best beer selection around by far. When you need a break from the beer and wine decisions, head to the lounge area and grab some food. I recommend the Pretzels. Light crisp on the outside but soft on the inside.

Friendly staff but sometimes hard to find someone as they always seem to be at the counter with customers. While there is a wide selection of different styles of wines, the wine selection seems thin the last few times I have stopped. The beer selection is vast. Always have the seasonal beers in front of the large back cooler with tons of craft beers and other coolers with other random imports. They have various large bombers to the right, along with the normal walk in cooler water beers, Bud, Miller, etc. They also have cigars. Mask required but no plexiglass at the checkout counter.

Frank or Cab Franc is what we we calling him was amazing . He’s the ideal person to have in the front of the house . Just awesome . We had all had a long weekend and he made us feel more than welcomed. Thanks again Frank we will be back next time we are in town !

Our hidden gem in lake county. Every time we go to Mentor Concord area we make our way for dinner and drinks. The food has always been great and no one can beat the beer and wine selection. Service is friendly and we have never had a wait for a table.

Best place, hands down, to have a beer, flatbread, and cigar.They have a wide variety of beers available in the beer cooler. If you smoke, cigars and an outdoor smoking area are available. Their menu is not lacking in food items to try as well.The place also doubles as a wine and beer store if youre not inclined to sit down at a restaurant.

This is the coolest beer store I have ever been to. They have hundred of bottles of wine, hundreds of types of beer, and a huge selection of cigars. Also, theres a bar.

RWB is one of the best places to find great beer, and also beer that is hard to find. The personnel here is very knowledgeable and friendly. I like to try different beer, and one of the best features of this place is that they allow you to break a 4-pack or 6-pack and buy one or two cans. This is by far the best thing Ive ever seen at a liquor store. Keep being awesome, RWB!!

Stopped in to get some cigars for people on my Christmas list... staff was very knowledgeable and most helpful. It was easy shopping, lots of choices. Glad I stopped in and I will be back.

The wine and beer selection at Red, Wine, and Brew is great. The wine experts are very helpful and informative. This part of the establishment I would give 5 stars. The restaurant/lounge area is what brought the rating down for me. While the atmosphere is nice, the restaurant is extremely understaffed. We waited an hour for a table only to wait another 30 minutes for a server once seated. This did not seem to be due to the servers incompotance, but rather managements habit of understaffing the very busy lounge. When we did finally get our food, I quickly realized that what I ordered contained eggs, which I am allergic to. It took another hour to get the check so that we could leave the restaurant.

Red, Wine, & Brew is an amazing place. They have, pretty much unquestionably, the best and widest variety of wine selection in the region. They even have a sommelier on staff who very much knows his stuff. For a superior wine selection experience I suggest visiting while he is on duty. He will make your visit for the perfect wine so much more successful.They do so a variety of brews and ciders, however, their selection here is not as varied. In a number of cases they dont carry obvious seasonal selections that leaves one scratching their head when compared to the wine selection.Lastly they dont sell hard alcohol. With that in mind this the ideal location to go for wine, a passable location for beer. On a positive note the staff is generally friendly and helpful.

Love the cigar selection, hope to visit the lounge. Also hoping it stays open a bit longer so I can shower and have time to make it there before they close.

Visited recently with family. 11 people in our group. Fabulous selection of beers. Wine selections were reasonable. I ordered a wine flight of reds. My wife enjoyed a vodka & tonic. Both were satisfacrory.We ordered the Gnocchi Cabernet ($14.) as our entree to share. Very disappointing. The beef tips were tender and tasty. The gnocchi was pitiful. I am not a cook but the gnocchi Ive seen prepared over the years has texture (tine lines) and shape. This dish had neither. Little balls of undercooked potato. We took half of the order home but never ate it.For dessert we enjoyed a well prepared Creme Brulee. Tasty and done perfectly.As a nightcap, I asked our waitress for aB & B and a regular coffee. She did not know what a Benedictine & brandy was but infomed me of an alrenative cognac, which I agreed to and enjoyed.RW&B is a fun, upbeat, mostly younger crowd. I suggest dining elsewhere prior to visiting.

First experience was okay. Ordered my steak MR came back MW and they cooked me a new one and came back W and the manager gave me such a hard time telling me it was because it was dark outside. But I had to change my review when I came back because my ribeye, mac and potatoes were to die for!!

What a wonderful and unique place to go! They have hundreds of beers for only $3, and they have a wine store right next to the restaurant that would compare to any 5 star restaurant. And with no corkage fee you can feel free to indulge! They also recently hired a new executive chef who has brought some deliciously unique ideas to the restaurant, such as buffalo basil wings (to die for)! Lots of beers to select from, and the service has always been top notch. Have only eaten there once, but the food was great when I was there. Also, they are very helpful when you have questions about myriad beers available.

They always have new and interesting beer to purchase. Whether its Porters or Stouts, IPAs or Sours, Imports or local, they have the selections you want.

We hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner in the Loft at Red, Wine, and Brew, in Mentor, OH. All our guests had a fabulous time. The food and drink were delicious; praised by everyone. The Catering Manager, Eilee Parcell was so great and easy to work with on this event and she accommodated all our needs and requests.We highly recommend the RWB as a venue for hosting your group event. All CDC guidelines were followed and everyone felt safe.

Outstanding selection of wines and beers. You can buy bottles from the attached retail shop (also a cigar shop) and enjoy with dinner. Our service was superb (we were at the bar). Very enjoyable and unique experience. Glad we stumbled on this as we were in town overnight for business.

The facility is amazing with the beer, wine selections along with the cigar lounge. The only downside is the service in the lounge and quality of food. I was disappointed by both as we waited 45 minutes for a table. I will definitely try to visit again and hope to have a better experience.

I want to like this place. Have only been a few times, but the service is inconsistent and if you eat outside, be weary of bees joining you. The beer cooler of every kind of beer you can think of is what makes this place cool. Food is decent.

TERRIBLE place. Went out as a family and two of the meals werent cooked enough and almost cold in the middle. We asked if they could cook it more and after almost an hour, they never brought out new food. Waiter didnt seem to care really. We got up and left.

You have a very knowledgeable employee who helped me figure out how the beers are organized and he also helped me find a few of a specific kind of beer that I was interested in trying more of. Now Im telling all of my friends and family who drink beer to check it out. I only wish they could provide a list of beers they carry because there are so many, but I understand that they are always changing.
