I brought my Galaxy S20 up for cracked back glass. They had the replacement glass in stock and had it fixed in less than a half hour. I would highly recommend this place for cell phone repair. They also have a lot of cases and screen protectors available for purchase.

Had an excellent experience with Sam at Express Phone Repair. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and honest. My boyfriend had dropped his phone and the screen broke in a way where the whole panel had to be completely replaced and Sam went out of his way to make sure the phone was repaired right away.

I had a great experience here. I had a jammed sim card that I made 1000x worse by trying to fix it and unjam it myself. They were able to take my phone apart and safely unlodge it without hurting anything internally and keeping my screen intact. The price was reasonable and the service was quick. Walked in, replaced camera lense on an older model phone (had part in stock!) And it did not cost a fortune!EDIT! After taking plastic off the back of my phone I realized he replaced the back of my phone with a black glass instead of the blue color my phone is...doesnt bother me cause a case will cover it but it would have been nice to mention it before taking my money and letting me walk out to figure it out for myself

Waking up on a Sunday morning my Samsung S-7 phone screen was black making the it inoperable. I called around but couldnt find a repair shop that was open or who had the part needed. One service quoted that it would take 2 days to repair leaving me without a phone for that time. Really? Drove to Mentor from Beachwood. Sam from EPR perfectly performed the needed service in about an hour. He was very professional and friendly. Appreciated that Express Phone Service was open on Sunday.

IPhone screen is not quality at all. Will not allow you to see the screen with polarized sunglasses on (looks like privacy glass but when you look straight at it). Brought it back immediately and Sam replaced it again to fix it. I thought it was good but now you cant see it when holding the phone in landscape orientation. 🔥$200🔥 Also, basically forced a review. Asks to sign into google then grabs the phone with no explanation, searched for the company, presses 5 stars for you, then asks you to write a review. Explains the 600+ reviews.

Quick and excellent service that broke my phone. Have an RGB light on my Asus phone. Had screen replacement and hasnt worked sense. My phone stays hot all the time and my battery life is 10% of the usage I had before they replaced my screen. Wouldnt recommend.

I wish I could give a 10 star review to Sam. He gave my phone a new life! My Samsung Note 10 Plus phone was starting to lose battery life very quickly through the day. It would go from 100% to almost dead in a few hours. I called a few other places and no one would attempt a battery replacement on this phone because of the delicate screen. Sam repair screen on my S10 Plus went great. I got to watch the last part of the repair and really enjoyed talking to the technician while he worked on it. He went above and beyond, putting on a screen protector that was not really part of the job. Although I hope I dont have to use them again for a screen repair, I highly recommend them for anyone who unfortunately does need a phone screen repaired.

Excellent customer service from Sam.He fixed. My I iphone 11 would not or could not sustain a charge for the past month. I was not sure why. I thought replacing the battery was the answer. Yesterday, I stopped into the Apple Store and the tech told me that my charging port was damaged and he recommended that I purchase either a IPhone pro or a pro max. He said that using a 3rd Party cable often caused this issue. However, I told him that I was not interested in taking on more debt - especially since I just paid off the phone!! They also highlighted the new features of these models. The tech did not attempt to clean out the port of my phone. I left the store thinking that I might have to purchase a new phone. However, I stopped into Express Phone Repair and Sam first tried to clean out the port but were unsuccessful in repairing my phone. He agreed that the charging port was not functioning properly. However he said a cleaning usually solves the problem but in this case, replacing the port proved to be the perfect solution. Instead of spending $1000.00-$1200.00 on a new device the cost was only $59.00. I highly recommend Express Phone Repair ! Professional, honest, friendly and repairs done in a timely manner.
