Hot Topic is loud, dark and crowded, but has the best stuff and its almost always on sale in some way. I actually love this store no matter how overwhelming it can be. The Great Lakes Mall location has a kiosk outside the store with the Loungefly bags on display, which was great.

Not the same from when we were kids. Quality of t shirts has went down. Still some cool stuff

Cramped aisles. Hard to see tee shirt displays...think sitting in the front row of a movie theater... I graduated in 1997 and they had the same storefront… youd think they could expand over 20 some years.

Had alot of new things they dont normally carry, one being my favorites Loungefly bags/purses! I still prefer to order online (better deals) but its great to see them in person! And of course loved seeing all the nightmare before christmas stuff! Had an abundance of sales/clearance!

Anima art on clothing, stuff young and older will like. Shoes, bags, Capri stretch leggings, buttons to change up atop, and jewelry. Clean place and changing rooms open. We like the deals also.

I wrote a pretty scathing review today out of frustration over some items I had ordered online for the holidays.When I called-up, I did not feel that I was being heard.I went into the store to exchange the items and was pleasantly surprised at how attentive and accommodating the store manager Corey was. This was not the experience I was expecting.Corey and his staff addressed my concerns immediately and I apologized for my behavior over the phone. Kudos to Corey and his staff for answering every lame question I asked. I have since taken my initial review down and would highly recommend this store to anyone.Thank you, Corey and staff.

One of the best kept Hot Topics ive been to with inviting and helpful staff. Normally isnt too busy. They have a lot to choose from and theyve definitely branched out what they sell, although lately theyve been getting really really good stock. Cute great quality enamel pins, embroidery patches, stickers, adorable cheap plushies. Tons of shirts to choose from. Only thing is that their prices for clothing are a bit on the pricey side

I always enjoy going here because it reminds me of my teenage years. Always a fun experience.

Hot Topic is a great store but they have a ton more options online than in the store.

Great variety for nuanced gift ideas. Shirts, figures, mugs, blankets and tons more. Prices are ok. Quality is awesome. Anime and pop culture themes everywhere.

I am a mom of a teenager who loves the store. I am not enthralled, but occasionally visit to purchase things for her. Very trendy, dark... Great service though, friendly employees.

We shop there semi regularly they always great us with a smile and are super helpful if you simply ask. They are limiting patrons to 10 at a time currently.

Love this Hot Topic. The staff is super awesome and engaging. They have all the most recent pop culture stuff Im looking for and I love having a local store to go visit. They keep me up to date on new arrivals via Instagram, which lets me know when to plan my visit.

This is my go to place for Pop Vinyls. I love this store and I have been a customer since I was a teenager. I love the selection of clothes and merchandise they have for Pop culture.... AND DISNEY! 10/10 would recommend!

Hot topic is always kinda neat. Definitely aimed at a younger crowd, but I enjoy it there. Their t shirt selection is fun and I can usually find something neat there. We got the kids backpacks there.

Love this place but sad they have so many cropped hoodies. Wish the designs came both cropped and normal length because I would buy more. 4 stars though because my whole family loves the store and the staff is awesome.

Has unique items for animes, TV shows, movies, bands, etc, not available in mainstream stores. A bit pricey, but they almost always have a deal going on. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Ive been shopping here for 19 years! They always have great quality clothes, helpful staff, and a great assortment of products. Ive been to other Hot Topic locations, but this one is by far my favorite.

First time there. Went shopping with granddaughter. Definitely a different kind of store. The salesperson was very informative and told us about all the different specials and sales going on. They do have some very unique items you wont find in other stores.

Hot Topic just has one of the most unique selection of jewlery of any store in mentor. It is nice to be able to shop there in person to measure the jewlery and the weight. They also have a nice selection of clothes for anyone of any interest. From band tees and anime tees to riverdale jewlery and makeup pallets, they have something for everyone in every fandom

Its a nice store, Im never ignored by the staff and I think what they have in the store is okay, although its the only hot topic Ive ever been in.
