Tried to order a plow mount over 2 weeks ago, gave them card info and everything they need. Called back twice to check on order, no one i talked to had a clue about it. Turn out they forgot to order, and never called back.

I called for a price on a lift cylinder and 3 new hoses. When i got there they had them ready and i walked out with one more item that was needed. Very knowledgeable. I have been dealing with them for 10 years now.

Last August 2019 Took our craftsman edger to get serviced had a carburetor put on it Along with new tubing to the gas line and it still wouldn’t start took it back out in October And I put a new spark plug in Once again it doesn’t start put it away for the winter After draining the gasoline out And told by this lady that answered the phone I would have to pay service charges to have it looked at again I think $80 got wash down the drain one but I’m not a dummy to do it again!!!! Horrible service and horrible customer service from the ladies it’s just answered your phone

Well, I have been waiting 2 days for a quote, so I cant really say how the service actually will be; the only thing I can say was excellent was the pick up of my mower. The charge for pick up was very fair. However, they need to find a person to answer the phone that has customer service. The man who answered my questions and calls was crabby! After, I get my quote and my mower comes back home, I will rate the business - as of today, I give it an excellent for pick up and a fair for service.

Absolute terrible customer service. Girl up front is nasty to every human that comes through that door. Im sure snow dogg and bad boy mowers is losing so much business from this location.

Went in last summer to get blade fixed, they fixed it, but it broke again. I took it to another repair shop who told me, “The last guys that did it put the blade on upside down, so it broke the blade mount.” Never again!

Terrible customer service. I dont recommend using these guys.

Eshelmans has always came through when we need help with our snow plowing equipment. Extremely grateful for the help when the snow is flying and we need to keep our trucks on the road..

About a week ago I took a 26 truck to Eshelmans because it was leaking some fluids. They took about 2 days to come back to us with a diagnosis. The called and said We have bad news you need a new radiator and the part is $2200. I responded telling them to give me some time to make a decision. I immediately called Lake Truck International in Painesville to get a price on the part. To my amazement the part was $990 brand new. I find 100% markup on parts absolutely absurd and robbery. I decided that I wanted no part of doing business with people like this. So, I took the truck to another shop in mentor who informed me that there wasnt even anything wrong with the radiator. I find this even more aggravating. I am not typically one to write negative reviews, but Eshelmans surely did everything they could to deserve this one. *Beware*
