I have successfully worked with Star Precision Technologies for over 4 years to help train Auburn Career Center interns. Star has been a class act helping our students become successful machinists who hold high tolerances and achieve excellent quality. The supervisors are patient and knowledgeable and have taken our students to the next level of ability. I look forward to continuing our partnership for a long time to come!

It is unfortunate when young individuals are hired at a company like Star as an intern, or a new hire, expect to have the assignments, status, and/or pay of very experienced Company Team Members, and cant due to their limited skills and experience. It is even more unfortunate when those same individuals leave with both guns drawn, demeaning both the company and the Leaders within the company who gave them the shot at a good career with a good company. Sad. Star Precision Technologies is a strong, growing company that has doubled its workforce in 15 months and is becoming a World Class company both in terms of serving both its growing customer base and its Employees. employees.
