In 2001 I bought a FLH standard. The reason I chose Western Reserve at the time they were the only Harley Dealer that didnt charge over factory price. I went there yesterday looking to buy a 2021 FLH Standard. The salesman told me he could get me one, but at $1000.00 over factory price. I guess in 20 years things have changed.
Even during a pandemic the entire staff was very knowledgeable and professional. I work at a car dealership as a Finance Manager and even though would normally negotiate harder I was happy to pay up for the way I was treated and how well everyone did their job. Made me feel like family. Thank you to everyone involved.

Good thing they sell Harley cause my bike only starts better. Not a happy customer. Just purchased my bike and asked them to check it over really good. Described a few things I knew wasnt right(like loading up). I asked service department to change the oil, described a front wheel vibration on deceleration, hard starts, Dyno and please look it over and let me know if anything needs fixed. Bike started better when I picked it up but still loads up from 2-3k rpms just as it did before I turned it over to them to make it more rider(2up) friendly. So I decided to look at the filter and see if that was an issue (it wasnt), the gasket between the intake tube and EFI was not seated right and was blocking my air and just not right. Never heard anything about front wheel vibration. Really wanted and would have paid for a really good look over on my bike which I wanna trust with my life and my 2up(kids/wife). I have a 110 with a stage 4 upgrade on it and the technician couldnt figure out what I had. With a little online research and a few easy measurements I figured out what I had. So the bike still runs but loads up. Just glad it was full of oil, despite the amount of oil that was all over my clean motor and frame prior to the oil change. Not happy what so ever and was told there would be extra charges for tuning it right since it wasnt right I still need this work preformed. I will refuse to spend money here again unless its my last resort. I also spent 300 in clothes here.... Very sad customer.
Overall great experience, purchased the Vrod online, through texts, emails and phone calls and the process was seamless. They delivered my bike to me and it was just as they claimed it would be and that I expected, perfect!
I am once again disgusted with the service at this store. Everyone there thinks that they are doing you a favor by waiting on you, I thought being a customer was a good thing but not there
Always treated like family.Its nice to have a guy that appreciates his customers and goes out of his way to show them they matter and he is truly there to help them. Not just get a bike off the floor. Problem today is some guys treat Harley sales like its a Kia. Its not. Treat us right and well be your most faithful customer. Act like youre selling a Forte.and youre screwed. Larry is what every salesman should aspire to be. This is our 3rd bike in 3 years. Wont shop anywhere else. Unless Larry worked somewhere else.

I went in to ask a question about the riding classes and ended up with a tour from the owner. Stacy is amazing. Shes knowledgeable, friendly, a rider with years of experience, and dedicated to safe and fun riding. I also bought my gear from Eli on the Honda side who helped me purchase all the gear i needed. He knew how the gear should fit and look and also the necessary safety requirements i need for a safe and exciting bike ride. Im looking forward to taking the classes, getting my license, and buying my first bike. Thank you Stacy and Eli for making me feel like part of the riding family.

Very disapointed with Saturday afternoon retail staff. Acted like we were bothering their gossip session. Had to beg for assistance. So rude! not the place i used to shop at. Husband loves the new boots. Belt. And mask . tried to purchase a tri fold chained wallet had none to sell . you need to hire c ustomer oriented sales clerks. Not entitled teanagers with attitudes, these employees make you look bad!

I had an issue with my endorsement it had expired after 60-days, took the 3 day course previously at this dealership, felt reluctant to go through this process again due to time constraints. Susan, the course manager, was more than helpful with my situation I am thoroughly pleased. Couldnt have had a better experience anywhere else. I highly recommend this dealership and the course that they provide.

These guys rescued me from the side of the road! They offered to pick up my trade and deliver my new bike. The day came and it was pretty nice out, so we decided to ride instead. Well, my bike of 13 years had other plans. Broke down about 20 miles out. They said to still try to get it there and they would work a deal! We only made it about 10 more miles. My bike was done... They worked so hard to get their already busy busy driver to the rescue! Once we finally got there, it was closing time. They stayed late to finalize everything so I had one to ride home. NOT ONLY DID I GET MY DREAM BIKE, THEY SAVED MY RIDING SEASON. I WOULDNT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO RIDE MY OLD ONE THIS YEAR! SPECIAL THANKS TO ALL THE SUPER HEROES AT WESTERN RESERVE HARLEY DAVIDSON!!
I visited WRHD probably a half a dozen times when trying to find the right bike for me (new Harley rider). Larry was unbelievably patient with me. He took the time to answer every question I had, and was very knowledgeable/truthful with his answers. He shared with me very important things to look for, and even things that I might want to stray away from. Very educational! There was zero pressure to purchase at any given time. GREAT experience. I I have been eyeing this bike for months but everytime I would stop in no one ever approached me to see if I needed any help. After the third try I gave up just figured it wasnt meant to be. Well I cant get that bike out of my mind and because Western Reserve is so close to me thought I would give it one more shot. The other day I walked in and was fortunate enough to speak with Larry, What a pleasure he is. He was even there on his day off and took all the time I needed to get all my questions answered. He has renewed my faith in this dealership. He is currently working on a deal for me. Hopefully we can come to an agreement as I would love to give him the commission. I had been looking for a gently used FLHP for a while. I found this one on the Western Reserve HD website. After inquiring, I took the trip. Once there, I was promptly greeted by the staff and immediately introduced to John. He was very helpful in answering all questions. The bike was priced to sell but John and the staff still addressed my payment needs. John quickly arranged for me to test ride the bike when I arrived. John and the staff were very responsive to my concerns regarding the front brake. The issue was corrected and the bike delivered to my home.

Brought original handlebars with wiring and a set of new bars to have them switch over the wiring. Got it done in a timely fashion and a reasonable price. When installed the throttle did not work and bike was in forced idle mode. Called the service department and was told they wired it correctly and I must have broke something. Never offered to have me bring the bars back so they could check their work. What they did offer was for me to pay a diagnostic fee for them to figure it out. Took fairing back apart, looked up schematic online and lo and behold 2 wires were put in the incorrect pinholes. When things arent going right is when you find out who you are. I did not want anything for free, only the offer to have them check their work. Instead I was told that I must have broke something. What was broke was a customer business relationship that day.
Couldnt be more impressed with Larry and staff tonight at Western Reserve Harley!! Started talking with Larry a few days back, did all the negotiating from the comfort of my own home while Larry did all the legwork making sure I got the deal Of a lifetime on my 2013 Nightrod Special. The rest of the staff was very welcoming as well! My lady and I really felt at home during the entire experience! Thanks again Larry and the staff, We will be back!!!

I am a Honda owner and have purchased a bike and many accessories from your Honda store (You know, the one in the back). I realize that Harley is your bread & butter, but it would be nice once in a while to recognize your Honda clientele and offer some promos, news letter, etc. for us also.
