I cant say enough about the service and care that was given to me and my 100 year old mother by Daniel at TLC. She has severe arthritis and our goal was to give her more mobility without pain as she moved about the house. Daniel helped us select the Go Go Elite 4 wheel model to give her more stabilty over the 3 wheeled version. She rode it around the store easily. Unfortunately when we got home, we found she could not navigate the sharp turns required to go into her bedroom. I contacted Daniel and through his help and that of his manager, Mitch, we were able to exchange it for the 3 wheeled model. Now mom can move easily and make those turns without hitting the walls! Again I am forever grateful to Daniel for his efforts to give mom the best option for her mobility.

Dan and Mitch were VERY knowledgeable and helpful. They were the ONLY place I called that provided additional information to me, asked me what I was looking for etc instead of just answering one question then ending the call. They helped me select the perfect lift chair for my father and he loves it. They also recommended a pillow for my father to assist him in keeping his feet elevated. They were kind, helpful, and went above and beyond my expectations. After I made the purchase they told me if I needed anything else or had a question about the chair to call them and theyd help. They are truly beyond WONDERFUL!

We purchased a bathroom shower seat for our son. We had many other questions about other items we may need in the future. Daniel was not only helpful but put our minds at ease as to which item would suit our son the best. He also made us laugh at times which was something we hadnt done in awhile due to our sons situation. We will definitely return to TLC and recommend you to others in need.

I left my 4 wheeled walker to have the brakes adjusted. I got a call saying they were unable to fix the brakes and could pick up my walker. When I got my walker I found that they had broken the brake and I had to find another company who could fix what TLC broke. I would never recommend them. My personal opinion was that they were trying to sell me another walker, instead of saying they did not carry my brand and could not adjust the brakes on it. From the minute I walked in with the walker they kept trying to sell me their brands of walkers. Again, I would never set foot in their establishment for anything. Now I have to pay another company to repair what they broke to over $100.

Planning a family vacation in rural Ohio with occasional power outages. Concerned about using my nebulizer. Purchased Innospire Go and had a failure the first time out. TLC exchanged it and the new unit is beyond good! Silent and completes treatment in half the time. Now I have no concerns. Businesses such as TLC are why I shop locally! They take care of neighbors like me. Thank you.
