Stopped by today to get 10 copies of a 9 page paper. Quoted $67 for those pages and a $50 same day printing fee! Absurd! Last month I printed same amount same day for $30 and change. Absolutely the worst experience ever in 15 years of using them. Woman was rude.Going to go elsewhere from now on.
Horrible customer service. Employees were rude both over the phone and in store and we spend over 5k with them annually on prints. They tried to charge me 50% more in store vs placing my order online. They insisted they were right until I logged into the website. Not sure why anyone would go here.
6-2-2020 I was rushing to get there before they closed, which was 6PM and got there according to my watch at 6PM. I run up to the door again it was 6 and it was locked. Obviously they locked it before 6. There was a customer still in there. He was at the counter (which uses the computer system) I was there to picked up a package that was delivered there. I am there yes right at close but all I needed was a package handed to me. I wasnt asking for anything that took long or difficult. I knocked on the door and stood there. Finally an employee came over and was telling me how they were closed. I told her that was just technical and I just need the package and mind you that other customer is still in there and tells me the system is shut down. The system is not shut down the employee is still helping the customer. I told her the package is even obvious what it is so she could see it very easily and doesnt have to look hard for it. Finally she is telling me theyll start the system up again all angry and rude when A. it isnt shut down so why you lying to me. I wasnt asking for much. It is a difficult time right now for everyone. I wasnt there 10 minutes after close and it was mere seconds depending on whos clock you were looking at. What happened to customer service and treating one another nicely, respecting each other and us supposedly in this together in a time period when things are hard enough?
Just dropped off package staff was really helpful.
NO WORKING FAX AT THIS LOCATION. EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND HANG UP ON YOU. THERE IS NO MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION. COMPLETELY DISORGANIZED.
Terrible experience. Needed to print off some documents for work. Print job was extremely poor, couldn’t even distinguish letters from numbers. Also looked as if some ink was just smeared across the paper. Will never return.
Used this place twice. Only Fedex place anywhere close to where I live. The employees are always very polite. I get or send my stuff and get out. Easy.
They told me how hard it would be to print my blueprints at 50% & 75% the standard 24”x36” size! I’ve never had a problem at other Fed Ex locations or Staples! They said it was so hard, they had to add a $5 surcharge to the order! I refused the surcharge & told her I would go elsewhere. Even without that, they quoted a figure twice as high as I ended up getting them for at Staples! Their color prices were even more absurd! I will not darken their door again, as that seems to be what they were aiming for anyway!I am also reminded that my friend mailed 5 loaves of bread to NC and they charged her $75 for 2-day delivery! The post office would have done 1-day for less than HALF THAT! Mentor Fed Ex is committing Hari-Kari upon itself! I will still visit the Mayfield store. They are competent there... and friendly too!
Staples is the better bet in Mentor for fast services in regards to printing. Machines are often down and the quality of their copies are not good, drive a few more blocks to Staples.
I brought my own labels to be printed and the representative printed all but one sheet before she discovered that the machine was printing them off center and stopped it. On one hand, I got 1 out of 20 sheets of labels printed properly. On the other hand, 19 sheets of the labels that I needed that day were ruined and the rep offered no solution to the problem she caused. I will never return.

I have used this FedEx office numerous times to have leases printed up and to send packages. The staff and quality of work are, and have always been, excellent! Regretfully, I ordered leases at two different times from two different office supply stores in an attempt find a better price. The price was not any better and the quality was mediocre.I will be using this FedEx office for all my printing and shipping needs going forward.
I stopped early in the morning and had trouble with my shipping label. Kristy took her time and made sure we got it shipped. I really appreciated her help and will definitely be using this store in the future!

Dont get your paper cut here! The short haired lady was rude kept rolling her eyes at me and would walk away while I was talking to her. She didnt care about giving quality service and so all my paper invitations were cut unevenly and she blamed my paper quality and printing. Ive gotten cuts done at other kinkos and they were able to cut with precision. Because of her errors, I had to throw away everything and get it reprinted and cut again. And if the paper trimmer is not able to cut closely, she should of warned me before butchering it up.
