I’ve been seeing Shay as my stylist for over a year and I’ve never been disappointed. My hair is a pain to deal with and I’ve seen such an improvement since I’ve been coming to Deriah. On top of being an amazing stylist, who actually listens to what her clients want, Shay is incredibly kind! The staff at the front are amazing as well! Very warm and welcoming.

Its a nice place and everyone was very friendly. I have gotten color here and it turned out good and I have seen other coloring they have done and it always look nice. My 3 stars is because I was very unhappy with my last haircut. I was going to one stylist who did a good job but then she left and I decided to try someone else. The new stylists haircuts were $14 more than what I had been paying. I did not mind this. I figured higher price means more experience. I was wrong. I showed a picture of basic layered cut. She did my entire head of layers using point cutting and razoring with her shears. An experienced stylist would know these are not techniques you use on every type of hair or every style. My hair was left looking frayed and frizzy. I get irritated every time I look at it. $55 is too much to pay for someone to do such a bad job. And I didnt even get the cut I asked for. I would rate less stars its just that Im sure this stylist is good at other things. I am just disappointed. Only way to fix this is cut my hair shorter. Higher price should mean more expertise and stylist should be able to cut different types of hair.

I have been going to DeRiah for 20+ years!! Their continuing education program is phenomenal and they are always professional. I can go to any stylist and know I will leave 110% satisfied with my service, however, Rachel is my favorite!!

De Riah is such an elegant place to relax. Every time I go, I receive the best customer service experience from the moment I get there till the time I leave. Danielle does such an awesome job with my hair, she listens to the things I like and am looking for in my hair style. I would highly recommend this salon. They offer so many different services. The spray tan is also another favorite of mine! It won’t leave you looking orange or streaky. It goes on very natural and lasts about 2-3 weeks for me.

My stylist Rachel did a great job fixing my covid cut and a much needed color. Mille gave me wonderful facial services, dermaplaning. I found DeRiah to be a great salon where I felt safe and received great services.

Rachel works magic on my crazy hair! I often get compliments on the color; the owner of the salon even commented on it once. Rachel is competent in her skills and takes the time to talk to me to understand what I’m looking for. She is not afraid to tell me when something will not work with my hair type as she understands I do not like to spend a lot of time styling my hair every day. She is truly skilled and I highly recommend her!The salon itself is clean and the staff are friendly. I am warmly greeted each time I arrive. I like that it is not too big like some of the other near by salons. De Riah is definitely a place I recommend to family and friends.

Ive been going here since I moved to Wisconsin 9 months ago and was trying to find a good place for a hair cut. One of my friends recommended Alex saying she did a good job and that was probably an understatement.Im having a difficult time coming up with an elegant way to write this review, so I apologize ahead of time if this is a bit crude. Alex is more than capable of looking at a picture on your phone and giving you a haircut like that one. Thats a feat in itself, but thats not why I drive 25 miles each way in Milwaukee traffic.Alex actually listens to your concerns and offers her own opinion instead of just doing what you request. She has no issues talking you down from changing up your haircut that she knows youve been working on for months and her confidence is appreciated. I feel like Im working with Alex as opposed to just telling her how I want my hair to look.If you know what kind of hairstyle you are going for, then go to Alex. If you have no idea what you want done with your hair, go to Alex, she has enough confidence to make recommendations and enough skill to make it look amazing.This wasnt really a review for the salon, but I think its the people that make the company. The salon itself has always been clean, the receptionists are always very friendly too.

A nicely maintained salon with a variety of products... Never disappointed when I leave.

Took too long for pedicure and shellac. Came from the Groupon deal and it took 2 months to get in. When i was there, it was in time for my wedding but she said I cant have any sparkle or details on my nails because its not included. Didnt make me feel good or special so I ended up taking them off a couple days later and going somewhere else that was more of a people pleasing type of business.

Danielle is the absolute best. Shes professional, knowledgeable and her work is fantastic. I would highly recommend making an appointment with her.

Deriah Salon is wonderful!! The receptionists greet you warmly every time! I’ve received impeccable haircuts from my exceptional hair stylist, Aria. She has a plethora of knowledge about color and styling. Deriah carries quality product lines that are cruelty free, paraben and sulfate free and gluten free. All the things I look for in hair care products. I most definitely recommend this salon!!

Aria did an amazing job on my hair. After getting horribly botched highlights/platinum blonde hair, I thought it would take a few trips to the salon for my hair to look half-way decent. Just one appointment with her and Im so in love with the color. She definitely knows what to do in a hair crisis and she really knows color. It was traumatic getting my hair so messed up by the previous salon I went to, but the silver lining is that I found a new stylist and my hair looks better than it has in a long time.

I went there to have cut and color. I purchased a Groupon for full highlights. When I got there, my hairdresser explained since I had a Groupon, I only get x amount of highlights. I have to pay more if I in fact wanted full highlights done. I ended up purchasing what she recommended. My color was totally mediocre. I had a blob of blonde on one side of my head, which is completely noticeable.Overall it was not worth the money at all!
