Really easy to shop for your mattress. They made the whole experience very simple. Find the mattress you want, pay for it, and they come out and take the old mattress away and set up your new one. They were super fast with the delivery as well, literally the next business day, even though it was new years eve. Communication was great as well, with a courtesy call when they were about 10 minutes away.

By far the best mattress buying experience Ive ever had. No pressure, easy to order, great customer service, quick and free delivery/removal..all for less than half of the price competitors were offering for the same price! I would absolutely recommend anyone in the market for a new mattress to check this place out. We couldnt be happier!

Love that there are no employees trying to sell you something you dont need or cant afford.

They exchanged the first mattress 9 mos new, charging only delivery. 10 mos later (now) the body divots were crazy deep. They sent out a representative who pointed out that the old boxspring was the cause. They offered a discounted boxspring and seems to have fixed the problem. Great/polite customer service overall. ADVICE: If you think youll save $ by NOT getting a new box spring from the start, think again...

Went to Hassleless first and tried out mattresses in my price and desired comfort range. Then left and went to 2 other competitors stores where prices were much higher when you add it all up.Went back to Hassleless and purchased the one that fit us best. Bought it right there at the kiosk. Received a confirmation email right away. We picked this Wednesday December 26th for free delivery and a free box spring and they take the old one away free as well. So far so good we shall see how delivery goes. Very happy so far.

Nice store, but we went to Menards!

Honestly we just came in to check out the mattresses and we were not being rude or disrespectful at all and the lady yelled at us and I really felt disrespected. Right as we walked in the store, almost immediately the intercom turned on and we were threatened to have the police called on us and we were doing absolutly nothing wrong. Overall, horrible service and very disrespectful employees. Im never going back there again and Im not going to recommend this place to others.

Look around, get to try out the product and no one bothered us. I like that

Its okay. It kind of felt creepy with a camera right there in such a small store staring at us. However, the idea of having no workers with you is nice.

Hassleless it is, but so is helpless.
