I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday. It was supposed to be a unicorn. Had my husband pick it up on his way home from work. When he got home he said he ask what I had ordered. It was awful! Looked like a bunny on drugs. No horn, different colors than I had ordered and its eyes were smeared. I called several times and the owners never returned my call. I had to go out and buy a new cake because I couldnt serve this. Dont waste your money.

Had good service. My kids all had ice cream and they loved it. Not that busy at all. Went in on a Thursday around 3 pm.

It was yummy. We enjoyed our treat. We will return soon.

My grandma and me get the peanut butter chocolate ice cream tub everytime we go for my grandfather. Its really good. I usually get a single scoop of the vanilla and its really refreshing in this heat and just cools down your entire mouth. Really good ice cream. Cold stone may have more tasty options that are out there. But I dont recommend getting it in a cone. Last time I did it tasted kind of dusty lol. But other than that its a really good place Ive gone to since I was a little kid.

A coworker stopped here today to let our other coworkers son Kai pick out an ice cream cone for graduating Kindergarten (first we all went to his school for a drive thru celebration) and then she treated us too (i got a caramel cappucino blast, she got a chocolate ice cream cone and other coworker got strawberry/banana smoothie) 😊 Wonderful treats on such a hot day 💕

I got ice cream for my family today and my mom found a literal metal hardware bolt in her ice cream! Tried calling but they already closed. Went on the website and there’s nothing to submit a claim or for customer service over the weekend!

It has been weeks, perhaps months since they had all the flavors. They only have 16 at the time of this review. I suggest going to the Atwater establishment.

A bit slow, but friendly staff.

Very Irritating when every single time i go here for a doordash order, they’re literally out of EVERY SINGLE ITEM that’s been ordered. They either A. Need to update their doordash menu or B. Need to order a bigger supply of stuff. The only thing that isn’t bad when I go in, is the amazing customer service. Management really needs to do something as I have lost out on atleast a total of $100 (probably More) because somebody doesn’t know how to update their menu, or order enough stuff to support it. Like I said though THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. All employees I’ve dealt with are amazing! If you want to order doordash from there, I’d suggest calling first to make sure they have the items cause I’ve had to cancel 80% of orders from there.

Went to celebrate an important night with some ice cream last night. Got there at 8:30, hours state it closes 9pm, all sign lights were off so my husband ask if they were open & the girl behind the counter gave him a stank face & never answered him. So we left. They need better night staff with actual customer service skills!

This visit bought back happy memories of childhood visits. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone enjoyed their ice cream. Alas nothing celiac safe.

Yay ice cream. Small little shop in mall. Place is easy to find and clean This place is a bit overpriced. But hey it is a great treat. The cakes are OK not great but OK. Banana splits are so yummy and big. Love the sundae and all the toppings .

Its just a small place in the mall with access from the outside, but the workers are super friendly.

Super good place, all of the ice cream flavors are listed on the glass making it easier to choose and they also allow you to get samples of the ice cream, which just makes the choosing process for the ice cream much more efficient. Would come here again.

A nice treat for when I visit the mall. Lots of flavors to choose from at decent prices. The staff is cool and friendly.

I’ve ordered previously Baskin Robins cakes and have always been happy. Today, I went to pick up my daughters cake and they said they had it down for next Sunday. Even though I preordered and prepaid it on Thursday. Very upset especially since they did not offer a solution to a mistake that was made by them.
