BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!If I could, this wouldve been one of the first places I wouldnt even give a 1star. The lady inside was RUDE and was super mean to my child because my childs ice cream dripped on the ground. Small little drop. She totally flipped out, yelling and complaining, made us uncomfortable. She cleaned everything we looked at,didnt even touch, then followed us like we were thieves, Smh. Very sad. We put all the stuff we were going to buy back on the shelves and left. We will not return. We will no longer support this store after this experience.

The loveliest gift shop in town with so much variety!!! Customer service is excellent, the lady who runs the shop is very kind and gives great purchase recommendations. We ended up buying quite a few items, and at purchase she even gave us a positive energy charm on the side. I reccomend this shop to everyone. I couldnt imagine anyone leaving a bad review.

Awesome spot, check it out sometime when youre in the area. I stopped by not knowing what to expect. It is connected to a Chinese buffet after all, which is a plus in my book. They got swords and knifes, so nifty pointy goodness. Art to buy and imported oddities. They also carry assorted smoking tools such as spoon pipes, small and medium size water pipes, hookahs, and papers.

People here have always been welcoming to me. Very friendly and respectful customer service. Ive always recommended this place to all my people and they all have have good experiences with the staff there. Keep up the great work folks Ill be by again very soon.

I went to the Gift Zone today with an agenda, tomorrow is my brothers birthday and we are planning a chinese themed day. I was greeted very pleasantly as I entered. I explained what I was planning and said I was looking for decorations. The woman was so very helpful with ideas, the shop has a lot of unique gifts and decor and at a very reasonable price. I left feeling excited and more than satisfied, so eager for tomorrow to come - the day is going to be fantastic! Thank you so much Gift Zone, Ill definitely be returning soon.

Uummm this place needs some organizing. They have a wall of people who have stolen items. That should say alot.

Today was my first time coming to this gifyt shop. They have some really unique things that you dont see at the stores here in Merced . I have to admit As a customer and working in the customer service field I had a bad experience at this place . AS I enter this place and starting walking down the first aisle the lady at the register started to walk by and shoving food up her mouth as she was talking directly to me on how it was cold and I didnt even close the door. I had no idea I had left the door open and she kept on rambling. I didnt get q greeting and if I knew the door had stayed open I would of closed it. Then she had a man follow me down the aisle keeping an eye on me like if I was going to steal. I Felt really uncomfortable just having someone follow and staring that I didnt get the chance to see everything they have. Im suprice how their even still open if this is how they are.

Great selection of unique items you wont find elsewhere. Fun to shop!

THE LADY WAS VERY RUDE. We had just moved an elephant and she got mad and said something under her breath we werent even there for more than 3 minutes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE.

The lady at the register was very rude .... it was 5 of us and she said that only 2 of us could go in because she couldnt watch too many of us and that we could steal.. she followed us with a mean face all the time until we left
