In august I bought a tempur pedic adjustable bed the adjustable bed frame broke been waiting 2 months and no returns no phone calls I will see you guys in court, paid over 5k for this bed and you guys have been giving me the run around, I paid for a bed and adjustable mattress from you guys and you were supposed to order me a new one and the only thing you guys kept saying was it will be here next week and that’s all I heard I only received a order tag with no info on the bed, and that was it. I paid for a bed which does not work. I don’t have no serial number etc you didn’t give me anything just a receipt. I will see what the warranty is all about the bed was 1 month old before I bought it and you guys still got your money. Never again I will purchase with a company “going out of business”

I highly recommend this place, especially for students moving to the area. I came here with the intent of getting a mattress fast, as I was new in town and was sleeping on a couch in the meantime. I happily received next day delivery. I also did not feel pressured to choose a more expensive mattress or add things I did not need, which was great considering my budget. Thanks to the salesperson (who also delivered the mattress) I was quickly relieved of a huge burden on my move. I have slept on the mattress for about a week and it is as comfortable as it was affordable.

Not trustworthy. We purchased a mattress from them and they mistakenly ordered a different model. Once we discovered the mistake we tried to deal with them on two separate occasions to reach a solution, but the owner refused to cooperate. He insisted that because his invoice (that he generated incorrectly) matched the bed they delivered it was ultimately our responsibility. I would recommend buying a mattress from any other store. The owner was pleasant when we made the purchase, but once we mentioned having an issue he became instantly rude and difficult to deal with.I see the owner has responded and so I must respectfully disagree with his response. We chose the softer of the two mattresses and trusted him to complete the order as meticulously as he claims. He ordered the wrong bed and we did not look at the invoice after paying, again, assuming he completed the order correctly. He admitted during our in-person conversation that he may very well have entered the order incorrectly but it is ultimately our responsibility for accepting the wrong bed based on his error. I understand his point of view in not wanting to be financially responsible for his mistake, but that is disappointing customer service. I see I am not the only one in these reviews whose complained of similar issues and come away disappointed with the response of the owner.

Not sure what some of these people are talking about. Feel like they may be talking about a different store. The guys at this store are friendly, accommodating and polite. I’ve bought 2 mattresses from them and couldn’t be happier. They quickly and efficiently set up my frame and bed and even asked me if I had a bed skirt I’d like them to put on the box!

I quickly needed a mattress for my elderly father who lives at a local senior living facility. Bill assisted me with my purchase and was very helpful and accommodating. He not only found me a reasonably priced mattress, but also provided a mattress pad and bed frame at no additional charge. He also arranged a quick delivery to accommodate my fathers situation. (This is something local department stores could not provide.) I cant thank him enough for his kind and expedient service.

This locally owned store has been helping our family for over 10 years. We couldnt be happier with their products and service. We just bought a 3rd mattress!!

Went in to purchase a mattress and talked with the owner. He was very nice but seemed agitated. I did buy a mattress from them but when the owner asked the delivery team to deliver they got very upset. They asked why i needed it today?!?! It seemed as though they thought they were done for the day at noon!!The bed was delivered by some NOT SO HAPPY guys who basically threw it in the room and left. Non responsive to “hello” or anything else said. The mattress is as hard as a rock and does not feel anything like the mattress I tried or bought. Called the store to tell them and it seemed I was bothering them. The response was that MY body had to adjust to the mattress....... never heard that one before. I wanted to return it for a mattress I could actually use. Guess I’m out of luck and money.

Owner will not honor what store employee said. Owner is unprofessional and disrespectful. Was sold what appears to be a used pillow. Brought it back and for a refund and was told ;No refunds will be given once product was taken home. But selling used or damaged product is ok. Owner lacks customer service skills and. Anybody shopping at store should think twice befode making a purchase.

Why bother posting closing times on yelp and your store if your not even going to bother to stay open during those times. Wasted an hour driving here and closed! Thanks for nothing!

I came in to buy a mattress this evening, but the store is closed an hour and a half before it’s posted closing time. Place is going downhill.
